Can’t say enough good things about this place. The private beach access was perfect and the walk was not bad at all. We had a toddler with us who made the walk with ease multiple times a day. Felt very safe and peaceful. The space was spotless and very comfortable. We slept great and loved the closeness to restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Overall the place was great! Very close to Alvin's, Dunkin donuts, Chick Fil A and Kahuna's waterpark. If I had to be critical, I wish there was a little bit more cabinet space for groceries, but we made it work. All in all it's as described and we would stay again.

The condo was as described. Very clean and neat. Next to lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend staying there to anyone, and we will probably be back as the location was perfectly in the middle of everything. I would suggest walking to where you can since the traffic was very congested. The balcony was a bit crowded with the table and all the chairs but it was nice they were provided! The WiFi was a bit spotty, but to be expected with a condo community that size. Overall it was a great stay, 5 stars.

Despite the one issue we had, RealJoy responded promptly and resolved issues expeditiously. Will definitely stay in one of their rentals again. I’d recommend them to anyone. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed the home and location. The 2 full bathrooms was a plus. We were able to walk to the beach and across the street to the Big Kahuna waterpark. We were so close to everything! The kids enjoyed the pool. Majority of the time when we went to it, it was just us. The place wasn’t crowded at all. I loved being able to park right in front of the unit. I will say the neighbors upstairs were a little loud, but it wasn’t anything I was going to call and report knowing the quiet time was from 10pm-7am. For all I know, they might have actually lived upstairs and not have rented for a few days like us. I’d definitely book with RealJoy again. I see there are other cities they have rentals at.

Affordable and newly remodeled. Not right on the beach but a walkable distance. Firm but comfortable beds. Large sink! No broom in the condo, so the floors get sandy quick. The washer and dryer is a great bonus!

This was a great affordable place for myself and 2 college age children. It was very clean, conveniently stocked, and in a good location. I brought my daughters to Destin to enjoy the beach and the Big Kahuna waterpark and this property was just perfect for our needs. The beach was a short walk away just as described, and the water park literally across the street from us (with stop lights and crossing). The property had every amenity we required, though we tried to spend as much time outside as possible, it was great to come back to and get sleep before heading out again. Be sure to visit the Village Harbour down the street and Crab Island too! There is a fantastic place down the street called Ole Time Country buffet, that is a must for lunch or dinner! Only gripe I have was the hot/cold faucets in the bathrooms - really hard to use and probably needs to be upgraded to something easier to use faucets. Overall it was a great stay and we left with so many wonderful memories. We will definitely be coming back to stay here next time we come to Destin.

We loved that it was a short walk down an alley to the beach. The pool is practically right outside the front door. We got free Seablaster Dolphin Cruise tickets, which was a lot of fun and a quick 5-10 min drive to the harbor where the Seablaster is located. We took advantage or being at the Harbor and ate at Harry T's. The food was wonderful. This condo was located near everything, but still was in a very quiet condo community. We spent most of our afternoons at the beach and we love that it has a private assess down to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked, so sometimes we just ate in qnd othet times we enjoyed fresh Destin seafood. There are too many restuarants to name, but we ate fresh seafood every time we went out and it was always good. Also, the beds were very comfortable and we were told that they just got new ones. A very pleasant stay and i would recommend this condo to my friends.

Loved staying in this cute condo! Bedrooms are good sized for multiple people, including the bonus of bathrooms in both bedrooms. Kitchen and seating area is well-decorated and maintained. The entire condo is clean and refreshed. The porch is lovely in the mornings and the pool is steps away. The area was very quiet while we were there and parking was right at our door. Beach access is very easy and I spent most of my time there! Condo is very close to supermarkets, lots of restaurants and other shopping. Make sure you check out the boardwalk in Destin for some gorgeous views and amazing food. Also go on a dolphin cruise in the evening. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to many friends and family.
