We had an excellent stay at St. Martin Beach Villas at Destiny! 🌴✨ From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. The space was clean, spacious, and super comfortable, felt like a home away from home. The location? Perfect. Just steps from the beach and close to everything, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. And the host truly made it next level, so welcoming, responsive, and helpful the entire time. You can tell they really care about the experience. Honestly, 10/10 across the board, space, spot, and host were all amazing. We’ll definitely be back! ☀️🏖️

We had an excellent stay at St. Martin Beach Villas at Destiny! 🌴✨ Everything about this place was a 10/10. The space was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the trip. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to everything, which made our stay so easy and fun. And the host? Absolutely amazing. So responsive, welcoming, and attentive, it really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. From the space, to the spot, to the host, everything was excellent. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway! ☀️🏖️

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The private beach access was perfect and the walk was not bad at all. We had a toddler with us who made the walk with ease multiple times a day. Felt very safe and peaceful. The space was spotless and very comfortable. We slept great and loved the closeness to restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Overall the place was great! Very close to Alvin's, Dunkin donuts, Chick Fil A and Kahuna's waterpark. If I had to be critical, I wish there was a little bit more cabinet space for groceries, but we made it work. All in all it's as described and we would stay again.

The condo was as described. Very clean and neat. Next to lots of shops and restaurants. I would recommend staying there to anyone, and we will probably be back as the location was perfectly in the middle of everything. I would suggest walking to where you can since the traffic was very congested. The balcony was a bit crowded with the table and all the chairs but it was nice they were provided! The WiFi was a bit spotty, but to be expected with a condo community that size. Overall it was a great stay, 5 stars.

Despite the one issue we had, RealJoy responded promptly and resolved issues expeditiously. Will definitely stay in one of their rentals again. I’d recommend them to anyone. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

My family enjoyed the home and location. The 2 full bathrooms was a plus. We were able to walk to the beach and across the street to the Big Kahuna waterpark. We were so close to everything! The kids enjoyed the pool. Majority of the time when we went to it, it was just us. The place wasn’t crowded at all. I loved being able to park right in front of the unit. I will say the neighbors upstairs were a little loud, but it wasn’t anything I was going to call and report knowing the quiet time was from 10pm-7am. For all I know, they might have actually lived upstairs and not have rented for a few days like us. I’d definitely book with RealJoy again. I see there are other cities they have rentals at.

Very enjoyable stay; the place was clean, nice, and cozy. The beach was absolutely beautiful with just a short walk from the condo. Beach chair and umbrella provided and was a nice surprise. Pool was very nice and a great relaxation spot. Lots to do around the area including activities, shops, and restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided clear instructions/suggestions. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful location! We had private beach access within a 5 minute walk. It would have been nice to have some beach towels and chairs especially because we were flying in but that was not provided. Be prepared to buy your own. There were some umbrellas and chairs for rent once you’re on the beach. Other than that, the pullout doesn’t have a comforter provided for it just the sheets. It was nice to have two bathrooms for 5 people and overall the price was worth it being so close to the beach.

We loved being able to park our vehicle at the Airbnb and had easy access to the beach within a few minutes. Not having to pack a vehicle up and drive to a beach made for a very relaxing vacation.
