St. Martin Beachwalk Villas 111 is only a short walk to a private, deeded beach! There are no busy roads to cross, just a pleasant 200-yard stroll puts you on the beach! This 2BR/2BA unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings and a washer/dryer for your convenience. With a king bed in the master, twin over full bunk w/ twin trundle bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The complex has been recently updated and features a community pool, outdoor grilling area, tanning deck, and picnic area. Centrally located in the heart of Destin, this condo is close to all the great activities including the Destin Harbor, Big Kahuna's water park, local restaurants, shopping and entertainment!

*Per HOA (2) vehicle limit for each unit, trailers, RV's, and boats are not allowed. Each parking pass costs $20, instructions on how to pay this will be emailed once the reservation is confirmed.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). St. Martin Beachwalk Villas has a deeded beach access down your own private walkway. You do not have to cross Highway 98 to get to the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf. The 3-story, low rise complex is centrally located in Destin, so you can leave the car parked all week and enjoy the community pool, grilling area, close proximity to Big Kahuna's water park, shopping, restaurants, and more! You can't beat the convenience and affordability of St. Martin Beachwalk Villas! Please note, this complex does not have an elevator.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

St. Martin Beachwalk Villas is across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. And it is walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts, Pizza Hut, Mellow Mushroom, Chic-Fil-A, Blacklock Seafood Market, and the Pancakery! The walk to the beach was incredibly nice, especially considering your section of beach is private and FAR less busy than the rest of the beach. There was some initial confusion over paying for parking passes, but that was resolved and refunded in the end. The only issue was that communication could be lacking at times. I struggled to get clear answers to some questions especially when it would always be a different person responding. Overall a great experience!

We could not have been happier with our stay or with RealJoy. The price was reasonable. This location is as close to oceanfront as you can get—without paying the hefty resort costs. The condo was quiet and peaceful, as well as comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked, updated kitchen. And, the lights were on and the welcome mat was out, which was wonderful since we arrived in the evening. The booking process, check-in, check-out, etc. were all SO easy and smooth. And RealJoy has a super fast response time—even after hours. We were even able to add an extra day onto our stay, with very short notice. They were amazing!
