Additional sleeping accommodations are available with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and twin roll-away beds in the guest bedrooms. The open-concept living area is designed to maximize the spectacular water views and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table seating for six, additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a comfortable living room highlighted by a 75-inch QLED TV. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

* The Lagoon Pool is heated for approximately one month during spring break as well as during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks! The Fitness Center indoor/outdoor pool is heated all year long.

*Rental guests may have two vehicles on site. Additional vehicles must park outside our property in the lot between St. Maarten and St. Lucia. Use the pedestrian gate for access*

Wander down the beach for a bite at the Back Porch. Just across the street are Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., and The Track Family Recreation Center. The Track features go-karts, mini golf, bungee jumping, and more!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids.
