This was an awesome air bnb. The golf cart is not included that is the only thing that was a bummer. You have to rent that separate I didn’t realize. There was also not even a trash bag in the trash can to start with. Most air bnb’s I’ve stayed at have at least one or two. Very spacious and comfy!

We absolutely loved the Splash Pad. We were there for a family vacation and it was the perfect place for us to stay. We especially loved the patio out back and the kids loved the pool! The complimentary golf cart was key for getting around the area. Such a beautiful home with everything we needed.

This place is an absolute gem!! 💎 The house was perfect for all 9 of us. Never crowded or on top of each other. Everything was clean and orderly. The house was just as described. The Real Joy customer service was beyond amazing!! They were proactive, attentive, extremely helpful and best of all…they were kind!! I love this house and the experience we had here. The only thing I would highly recommend would be renting the golf cart! The beach is walkable, but it’s a huge benefit when going for quick grocery stops at the Winn Dixie or to the gas station for ice. I would have loved a basket on the bike, but the bikes were also amazing! If you are debating on this house or another….go with THIS ONE!!! It’s beyond worth the price! The back yard with the bean bags and outdoor dinning, pool and patio furniture, make it so you never want to leave! What a perfect place, in a perfect little community! Don’t look anywhere else—just book this place! If you like the pictures of this house, you’ll love it even more in person. The photos truly don’t do it justice. I booked this home last minute for a multigenerational family trip: 3 teenagers, 2 grandparents, and 2 parents. And I’m so glad I chose it. I had a tough crowd to please, but this house had everything we needed and more. It’s walking distance to a beautiful beach and loaded with activities to keep everyone entertained: basketball, foosball, bikes, video games, you name it! The customer service was phenomenal. As someone who also runs an Airbnb, I know how challenging it is to deliver a smooth experience, and this team gets two thumbs up from me!

The property was in a great location. The house was very well manicured and clean inside and out. There were plenty of amenities including all the kitchen appliances and beach wagons and chairs that we could use. We appreciated the indoor and outdoor games as well as the pool and beach access, and all the safety measures of the neighborhood. Small things could have been improved….the Keurig didn’t work. Communication on how the Hollywood vehicle gate only worked one way could have prevented delays. The dryer took quite a long time to actually dry clothes.

Esta casa esta muy amplia y limpia además que cuentas con artículos para la playa como sillas,sombrillas ,juguetes para los niños y esta muy sercas de la alberca tiene 4 cuartos muy amplios y las camas muy cómodas tiene 3 cuartos en el segundo piso y 1 cuarto en el primero tiene acceso privado a la playa pero tendrás que dirijirte al final de la calla wollyood st tendrás que caminar alrededor de 15 minutos para llegar a la playa cinseramente la recomiendo Pienso que no tenían suficientes bolsas para la basura 🚮 solo dejaron 2 y no fueron suficientes tuvimos que comprar más ya que eramos una familia de 2 adultos y 4 niños y esta casa tiene capacidad para 11 personas siento que son muy pocas bolsas aparte las bolsas son de muy mala calidad no me gustaron, otras casas donde me e quedado cuentan con cosas básicas para consumo como sal,o azúcar esta casa no cuenta con nada asegúrate de llevar todo lo que necesites pero fuera de eso todo lo demás esta muy bien si me volvería a quedar otra vez

We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful. We had so much to do in the evenings. Playing board games and basketball. It was really wonderful to have the beach items available for use. My only small disappointment was the floors felt a little sticky. But otherwise, we would definitely come back.

A home away from home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. Very comfy. Clean. The beds are so comfy too. Walking distance to the beach, tho we chose to drive and park locally. This is our 2nd time renting a Real Joy property this year. Both times were great. The Miramar Beach location looked just like the picture. The beach gear is very convenient. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with utensils/equipment to prepare any meal. Spacious rooms, nice outdoor seating, comfortable beds. It felt warm and welcoming. The open spaces and games promoted bonding. Location was great and we rented a golf cart to get around. One of the smoke alarms started beeping and RealJoy was quick to change the batteries. Hours after checking out, our son realized he left his small stuffed bear behind. I texted RealJoy and they contacted the house cleaners and boy and bear reunited! A great trip!

Really enjoyed our stay! Great space for family vacay. Everything was clean and as depicted in photos. The host was responsive and really friendly. The location was about an 8 minute walk to the beach. The wagons and beach necessities provided by the host made the trip to the beach a lot easier when accompanied by small kids. We were also only about 5-10 mins away from all the restaurants and “things to do.” Would def recommend.

the property itself was gorgeous and really comfortable to stay. we loved the view and how close it was to the beach. it was peaceful and had no issues checking in or checking out. stores are around the corners. I feel that with the cleaning fee separately from the amount of each night, the cleaning can be a little more better. there was hair on the toilets and showers, and the refrigerator was a bit dirty, also taking out our own trash I can agree with that, but taking out the whole trash container outside and bringing it back in again was no fun, we had to hurry back from the beach before it was to late because unfortunately the HOA can fine the property if we leave it outside for to long. I was there to enjoy my day but felt to rushed. other than that It was spectacular.
