Splash is a great place for younger kids. Pools, lazy river, splash pads, are all perfect for that group. Adults can enjoy too with a hot tub and 2 bars and plenty of options. Our beach access was great. Ocean view from our room. Our room was very well taken care of and maintained. Very clean. Great hosts.

We had an exceptional experience at Splash Beach Resort. The beach view was simply breathtaking, offering the perfect spot for our vacation. The condo was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of six, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The lazy river pools and surrounding fun spaces were a huge hit with everyone, providing endless entertainment and relaxation. Overall, the resort exceeded our expectations — a fantastic spot for families to unwind and create wonderful memories.

I appreciated the cleanliness of both the unit and property. All the windows had black out curtains which we LOVED- great for sleeping in.

We really enjoyed staying here! One of my boys loved the sleeper sofa and the other loved the bunk beds with the privacy curtain! Everything about our stay was perfect! My kids found the box of games very entertaining while we were in the room. The washer and dryer worked great! I am one that does laundry while I’m on vacation so that I don’t come home to several loads of laundry. So that was a plus for me! Also having an ice maker was great because we only had to buy 1 bag of ice total during our entire trip to go in our cooler. Water pressure was great in both showers! They had all of the dishes and utensils that we needed for the whole stay! The only bad thing that I have to say is the door to the balcony was so heavy and so hard to open! I could barely open it and sometimes I couldn’t at all. My husband was able to get it open when we needed to go out which was fine! But I’m sure the door can probably be fixed. Even with that I still would 100% recommend this place to others!

This location was perfect for our family. It was right on the beach, where we could enjoy our morning coffee listening to the waves and we even saw dolphins the first day. It was easy getting to the pool and beach as well. The only complaint we had was the bunkbed, the top bunk has such a thick mattress that the barrier to prevent a child from falling out is pretty much pointless. We ended up having to use the pull out couch, which was fine! Otherwise it was amazing! Perfect for a family vacation!

We are mind blown to say the least! The place was very clean and there was plenty of extra essentials we needed while there. The resort itself is perfect for children. It was such a great place to stay with kids. The condo space was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bathrooms were very nice. The master bed was great. Our kiddos liked the bunk bed setup. On the days when you didn't want to go to the beach, you could stay at the condo and watch the kids swim or play in the splash pad. The splash pad area was very cold in mid March. The area is mostly shaded, so the kids are not warmed by the sun at all.

This place was great for our family of 5!! We have a 5, 2, and 4 month old and it was so great to be right on the beach, plus have pools to be able to access when the waves were too much for our littles! This unit is right outside the elevator and the elevator was fairly fast! This place offers good food and beverages! We loved the coffee shop on site too! Staff was super friendly. Check in was easy. This unit was perfect for our family of four. Located on the 3rd floor right by the elevator so it wad super convenient. The balcony door was hard to open so that gave us peace of mind with our kiddos! I loved the amount of storage space there was to stow away our belongings. The beach chair service was super convenient and free with this unit! It does not have a ramp so I would recommend not bringing a wagon if you can avoid it. The splash/water slide was great, our oldest loved it! Lots of shells to find! I would stay here again!!

Perfect place for single family vacation! The place was clean and nice! We went with a 1 year old and 3 year old. Having the beach chairs included in the rental was a big bonus! The only downside that had nothing to do with the actual place more of the property that there was no ramp to access the beach and with us having a wagon made it a little tricky. And the splash area for the kids was freezing but that is due to the time of year we went! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect last minute Spring Break getaway for my husband and our 3 kids. The condo was welcoming and had everything we needed. All the things you need to make your own meals. The kids found beach toys and a few board games in the unit as well. The location was great! Right off the elevator, and an elevator ride to ground level put you feet away from the beach! Quiet area of PCB surrounded with other families. I would say not within walking distance to the Pier however only minutes away. Only complaint is one of the patio furniture chairs had a tear in the seat which we could not use and we weren’t able to get a replacement during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was great! It was very clean and one of the nicest we've stayed at so far. The balcony door was very hard to open and close I had to get my husband to help me most of the time. But I really appreciated that because it meant my kids couldnt open it without us knowing. The pool area was nice but the water was very cold, Im assuming due to it being the start of summer. Overall we really enjoyed this property! It was an amazing location- close to so many things but also RIGHT on the water. We decided this was the perfect floor to stay on because you still feel like you are right at the beach, not looking down at it. Plus, it’s right off the elevator! There were a couple things missing in the kitchen we would have liked, but we made do. We did not have much hot water at all, but we know if we had called it probably could have gotten fixed- we were just there for such a short time that we didn’t want to waste timing getting maintenance figured out. We would definitely go back.

Excellent stay at the Splash. Room was very clean, included pots and pans, and blankets/pillows. Excellent view, resort had great amenities for the kids. Very family friendly resort and location. Check-in for wrist bands and parking pass were 9am to 5pm. We checked in later that day and went to it the next day (not an issue). Beach chairs were included with stay as well. Directions for check-in and checkout were very straight forward. I would highly recommend this place and owner.

My family and I completely enjoyed our vacation in Splash303E!! Condo has a magnificent view..condo has every utensil/pan you may need to cook..we used the grill and it even had grilling utensils..loved everything about this condo!! Will be booking again!!

Fantastic spot for families. This condo had plenty of space for the five of us that went. The elevators tend to get bogged down pretty fast but being on the third floor allowed us the alternate option of taking the stairs without it being much burden. Our overall stay made for such a great family vacation. We will most certainly be returning!

We were very happy with the stay. The place was clean and well stocked. It had all the things you would need in the kitchen. The view was great. There were board games, boogie boards and a float. The pools were nice and beach access was right there. The only downside was the occasional wait for the elevator and the arcade had most of the games shutdown.

Good location and very clean place. Kids enjoyed small water park downstairs on the first floor. Washer and dryer is a must for small kids and this place had. Close proximity to all the attractions. would stay here again. OH yes, the views are amazing .

When I am looking to book a place, I love to read the reviews to see what the "real" experience was like. Therefore I want to provide this review for other parents wanting to ensure they are booking the RIGHT place. This place lives up to it expectations. It is literally just a few steps to the beach with access to two pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, and a small children's water park. It rained a few days while we were there, but it was still a great time because my boys could play in the water park area and swim in the pool since they were under cover. There is an arcade (most games were out of order), a gym, vending machines, and an ice machine. I was concerned that the parking was going to be a hassle, but it was just a quick walk using the indoor walkway. The condo itself was extremely clean, very roomy, modern, had a ton of board games, a washer/dryer, and the kitchen had any and every item you would need for cooking. We would definitely stay at this place again.

This was a new listing with no reviews so I was a little skeptical. However the condo was absolutely beautiful. Before we checked in they were furnishing the condo with some new pieces of furniture. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and had a good selection of new toys for my son to play with. There was only 2 of us in the unit and it was more than enough room. The only recommendation I have is to add storage in the living room and under the bunk beds. If you have six people staying there, they have no place to store their clothes. Lastly, have housekeeping to remember to dust the blinds periodically. Even though I did not cook, the kitchen appeared to have everything you would need. Being on the lower floor was great since we did not have to wait a long time for the elevator. Thank you for making this trip memorable for me and my son.
