It was exactly as pictured, very well maintained. Very few questions about anything! Slightly confusing parking, the listing states it is free but you do pay $40 which is no big deal at all!

The property was everything we expected and more. Everything was provided as mentioned in the listing. The pools were great, the access to beach was right there as well. Everything else was a short drive and it was a nice treat to have an Alvin’s and ice cream shop right across the street. We will be returning for sure!

Everything There were babies and little kids swimming in the hot tub without parents around. I had a small child swimming around me with arm floats in the hot tub and then sat in my lap. One kid kicked my daughter in law in the head trying to swim in the hot tub and there were doing cannon balls in the hot tub around us! Splash staff standing around said nothing about it.

Our first time going to Panama and we definitely LOVED our stay. The condo was clean, a perfect view of the beach, and definitely a top recommendation if you have little ones. I recommend using RealJoy for your AIRBNB rentals but especially this condo if you’re coming in to vacation ! They also have security here. Fair warning be prepared to pay an additional $35 at Splash for parking, this is a Splash rule not RealJoy. We learned that but will definitely be rebooking !!

My host real joy was great ! They were very responsive and quick responses ! I almost ruined our trip as I booked the wrong room I called and spoke with several reps all nice and friendly I feared the worst as the reservation was non refundable but after 3 or four reps I got in touch with a rep named Lindsay and unfortunately I only have a limited amount of characters I can write in this review about her because it’s no where near enough to thank her and show my appreciation for what she did for my family but in short she saved our vacation it’s rare you get people on the phone / customer service reps who say and do what they say they are gone do but Lindsay did that and some she didn’t just help me she gave me advise on local attractions and more when she said she would call back that call came on time and that was greatly appreciated I quickly realized when speaking with her that she was the last rep I would need to speak with because she was going to fix my mistake thank you Lindsay

This place was an absolute blast. We had 3 adults and a 2 year old. There was something for everyone. The place was very clean and comfortable. No issues whatsoever. I will mention that the beach doesn’t have a ramp and is stairs only but there might be 10 stairs total. Just worth mentioning if you plan to bring a wagon. People were always there to help get everyone’s wagon’s down safely. Poops were great. You really never have to leave this place if you don’t want to. The grounds crews are always cleaning and very friendly. We will be back.

We loved the sound proof condo (our family can be a little loud), lots of space (after being cuddled in a van for 21 hours) and the most beautiful beach I have ever swam at, with velvety soft sand and so clean! We enjoyed the pools, hot tub (at odd hours when it wasn’t filled with littles) and time to unwind on the balcony with spectacular sunset views. The condo was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed including comfortable beds!!! I would highly recommend this place. It was hard to leave!

We brought 5 kids (2,3,4,6, and 9 yrs old). This place was perfect! Your kids will stay busy!
We loved our stay and everything was awesome! The beach was right there and takes two minutes to walk down to. The elevators were slow, but that has nothing to do with the room! The room could use kids plates, kids cups, and kids sliverware. The view from the balcony is amazing and we saw dolphins almost every day off the balcony! This condo is perfect and has plenty of room to relax with the family in the living room after a long day of fun. There is also two huge closets in each bedroom to hold all your luggage. Honestly just an amazing experience all together with this condo and the resort.
