Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Parking - Park across the street in the Parking Garage. Splash front desk charges a registration fee of $35 per vehicle for max 2 parking passes and wristbands (up to 6 for a 1BR). Pay onsite at the desk when going over the crosswalk. The unit is in the West Tower.

Splash Resort in Panama City Beach is a fun-filled, gulf-front condominium that is perfect for families. Splash has 2 towers with 21 floors, decked out in bright colors and splashy designs! There’s a seasonally heated covered pool, a seasonally heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a lazy river pool! You’ll also find a kid’s mini-water park complete with water slides, water cannons, and bucketloads of even more water! There’s even a toddler-friendly splash pad. Enjoy the convenience of Alvin's Island Beach and Convenience Store onsite and the covered parking garage. There’s also a fitness room overlooking the Gulf, and community BBQ grills. The condo was as advertised and we had a great time. Perfect place for families with children. We had a blast and the water while we were there was amazing. The only downside, which is no fault of the rental itself, was the elevator situation. Be prepared to wait a while on elevators to get down to the beach and especially on check in/ out days. I would recommend that you pack as much of your stuff on check out the night before so that you have minimal items to take to your car as possible the next morning when you are leaving. Otherwise we had the best time on our son’s first beach trip.
