Southern Comfort VCB is a vibrant, bright home in Villages of Crystal Beach that boasts lovely floors, a gorgeous kitchen, and a secure neighborhood with an incredible lagoon pool. This 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps up to 12 guests. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed, and the private master bath features a step in shower. Upstairs there is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a guest bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen bar features seating for 11, and the dining room table features seating for 8. The kitchen will have everything you need to prepare a family dinner. Enjoy sitting out with a cup of coffee on your tiled covered porch on the 2nd floor overlooking the beautiful landscaping of the complex. Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon-style zero-entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat-screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great place for a summer vacation!! One block from an awesome pool, very family friendly. Very close to the beach with a beach shuttle that takes you right to the beach and picks you up. Very close to everything, good restaurants and grocery stores. And the place was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again!!

This home was wonderful and well kept. We had great space for everyone and no issues. My 68 yr old mom traveled with us and she has a hard time walking but with a King Suite on the ground floor she was right at home. Kitchen was very well stocked. The only objection I had was the wristband rule not being listed on the listing. I had small children with me and i knew that would be a struggle trying to keep up with them and those bands... i just would've prefered not to have that worry while trying to enjoy vacation. Only b/c I've experienced that w/ another property before. But praise the Lord we did well and we enjoyed our stay. Aside from that... the stay was Great!!!

Great stay! We didn’t do the shuttle, just walked to the beach, luckily there’s a wagon! The pool was nice after a long day at the beach. Tons of kitchen ware!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! House was just like the photos. Close proximity to the beach. We walked outside and BAM there was the shuttle. We caught a quick ride to the beach. The house had games for the kids and ample space. The shopping outlets were right down the road in addition to Walmart and plenty restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

I must say that my family enjoyed our experience. The beach was in walking distance (approximately five minute, walking and talking). Crab Island was 20 minutes driving distance. The atmosphere of the community was very quiet. I loved sitting on the balcony. The home looks small on the outside(looks are deceiving ) very spacious and open floorplan. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the amenities. There was grill, beach chairs, a caddy to take items to the beach, family games, large washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, convection oven, dishwasher, etc. and etc. Contacting the host was easy. Very friendly. Overall I would definitely use RealJoy and this home location again. Thank you!!!!!

Great place! My friends and I really enjoyed our 4-night stay!
