This great complex is just 2 miles away from Harbor Walk Village. Here you can find waterfront shopping, paddle board, and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass bottom boats, world-class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks, live entertainment, an array of restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Harry T’s, to satisfy all tastes. Nice condo, very affordable

We loved the location, short walk across the parking lot to the beach or the pool! Condo was very clean, could use some updating, but the price reflects that. We had everything we needed walking in the door, it felt like staying at a family members vacation house mixed with a hotel. Easy check in/out. We are already talking about coming back next year! We had seven people with us and didn’t feel crowded, lots of space to hang out together. Plus, 2 1/2 baths and lots of closet space, so plenty of space for everyone to have their stuff, and we had a lot!

Spring Break

The property was in a good location especially close to the beach and pool. A gated area. The unit was dated but primary areas newly renovated and clean. It worked great having 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Nice location

This townhome has all new kitchen items, flooring, etc. nice place. The room with the three beds is for little kids. Three full size adults would be uncomfortable sleeping in the little beds but other than that it was great. Right across the parking lot from the beach. Would def recommend this place.
