The condo was fantastic. Very clean and the location was great. Close to many of the popular restaurants, and the beach was a very short walk. The patio on the back side had a wonderful view and their patio furniture was great! The only downside was not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but we knew that going into it. There is a spot on site to do laundry however. If you want a nice, clean and convenient place to stay and have a wonderful view and easy walk to the beach this would be a great choice. Loved our week at The Salty Seahorse!

We had a great stay with RealJoy at the Salty Seahorse! Instructions came quickly, and we had no issues. Everyone working there was super nice and inviting! The condo was just as pictured, and described! I booked specifically while reading reviews and looking for a place that had smaller buildings, so that we wouldn’t spend our spring break always waiting on an elevator! I was worried when we arrived, since there is construction at the site next door, and the unit is close to the elevator and ice machine. But, once inside, those noises were not noticed at all! The quick walk out to the beach, was perfect. No long boardwalk to contend with! And the chair service is a great plus!! The unit had everything we needed for our stay! I did miss having a washer and dryer in the unit, and having to catch up on laundry when we got home, but other than that, it was perfect.

Had a little misunderstanding upon arrival, I wish you'll just receive all the check in information prior to arrival but they make you sign up for a guest portal and that portal happened to be down for maintaince when we got there. They were quick to solve the issue, and all that frustration went away after get in the unit, location is 100/10, it was super clean, I will be staying here again in the future

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this comfy condo. The beautiful view of the beach was so nice and got to enjoy it with my morning coffee ☕️ . The location was perfect everything was so convenient 5 minutes to the grocery stores, restaurants and beach. Loved that there was two complementary chairs along with an umbrella and table at the beach ⛱️ set up daily with my last name, all we took to the beach were our towels and the kids toys. It was such a family friendly stay, kids had a blast, pool was great. The condo had everything fully equipped the only thing that I didn't like was that there was no washer or dryer in the condo, having little ones that's a must other than that everything was great. The staff was very responsive, we will definitely book again.

We love this place and will be back for many years to come. The activities for kids like movie in the grass and kickball made this a child’s paradise. My son met some new friends. This place is perfect for families with little kids. No super high rise, green space in the middle, and a beautiful beach and pool.

The condo was attractive, clean, roomy and very well appointed. Beds were super comfortable too and I’m picky about mattresses. The balcony had an awesome setup. I sat and played games with my grandson and read. I brought a book but read it in 24 hours so I took advantage of the existing book collection and read 4 more while I was there. The books and games were a nice addition. I would suggest mentioning the coffee maker uses basket filters vs cone. There were none so I had to run to the store. I left some behind for the next guests. The air fryer was a great touch. Thank you for opening up your condo. It was a memorable and much needed vacation. I would highly recommend the condo.

Beautiful condo! This condo was everything my little family needed for our short fall break. We loved that this condo was so close to the beach. No long boardwalks, not too many stairs, and even included 2 beach service chairs! The pool was nice and warm and the property was super clean! We will definitely be back!

Excellent and perfect stay! The apartment had everything. The Gulf of Mexico view from the apartment was amazing. The whole complex was peaceful and secured with private access to beach.

Condo was clean.close to the beach. But bugs are in your couch. Two of my sisters got bitten by bed bugs plz ck your couch for bed bugs. We had a nice stay. Bed bugs comes out late at night.

Talk about family friendly!!! The property was so nice and clean. Family events scheduled in the evenings right on the property! We got to enjoy a movie on the lawn and s’mores with live music. We were maybe 50-100 steps from our condo door to the beach. I still can’t get over how clean and nice our condo was, not to mention the staff! Will be coming back!

We had a great family get away at this condo! We had our infant grandson with us and the balcony was perfect for us to sit out with him while parents were enjoying the beach. It’s shaded yet has a great view!! Everything was so nice and clean. And the SHORT walk to the beach was the best!! Hope to book again for our next beach vacay!

What an awesome experience! Don’t hesitate on this one. Excellent accommodations - had everything we needed, even a cooler and beach buggy. Location is center to everything Destin. Beach was simply gorgeous. The patio looks onto the beach area. Love the way it was decorated. No complaints here. RealJoy team was excellent with info and communication. We had such a great time!

Beautiful view comfy beds If I could say one thing it would be that I was a little confused at first because we went in to the office and they didn’t seem to know anything but it was because this was a privately owned condo so I got all the instructions by email.
