Silver Beach Towers 1205 East

We stayed in the East tower. Beautiful condo. Master bedroom is like a suite in itself. 2nd bedroom is on other side which is great for privacy. Gulf front. Everything seemed well maintained in this complex.Has traffic light at entrance into condos which made coming and going much easier. Lots of traffic and can't see the full sunset from East side. The beach chairs that are rentals are just fold up chairs. Can't stretch out on those. Also the bed mattresses seemed a little hard for our liking.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was right on the water and every room had a view of the ocean. Check in was easy after we drove to get the keys. If we had questions we were able to message the host for a quick response. The landscape is exquisite, the TWO pools and TWO hot tubs were always cleaned every morning. Chairs are available to rent and set out everyday. There are restaurants across the street. The bay is roughly 10 minutes away depending on traffic. Everything was able to be delivered within 30-45 minutes. Our family travels to Destin annually and we love this place especially. They supply games, some beach toys and an umbrella. Don’t ask permission just book this place you deserve this!

Our stay at Silver Beach 1205 E was fantastic!!The beach view could not have been better and sitting out on our balcony all you could see was the beautiful water.!Our condo was clean and it was well appointed with everything you would need to stay! My partner and I stayed for the weekend, the spot was convenient and had its own private pool and beach for the resort. The place we rented was plenty enough for us and had everything stocked in the kitchen for laundry and washing dishes. Host was responsive and ensured our needs were met, would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Our only critique is the beds left a little to be desired.

We had a truly outstanding stay at RealJoy’s condo in Destin. The unit was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained—with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Gulf. My elderly parents had no trouble accessing the condo and felt right at home, and my 5-year-old daughter and I loved the pools and the easy beach access. Silver Beach Towers is in a perfect location, and everything we needed—from groceries to restaurants—was nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway on one of the most beautiful coasts in the world.

So I booked this location and heard from the property manager(RealJoy) that this location was no longer available and offered three alternatives to stay in. I was disappointed and worried that it was a scam, it turned out it wasn’t and we selected an alternative property that was much nicer than what we saw in these pictures. Really Joy was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive and seems to be a really good property manager as the place we stayed in was spotless in a great building right on the beach.

Great communication, a little confusion when picking up the key fobs, but other than that check in was easy, beautiful location beautiful beach, they were doing construction on the building upon arrival so our view was blocked some by a lot of hanging ropes and chains right in front of our balcony and when the wind blew they made noise at night , but the place was beautiful, great location, and easy to find. I would definitely stay again. So pretty and the home was beautiful! I loved the bathtub!

We would highly recommend the property and the location. The balcony was amazing and had access from both bedrooms and the living area. The condo was clean and very satisfactory with all of the items in the kitchen and the amount of towels on hand. The pools were well kept, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice and the overall stay was excellent.

I have stayed at silver beach towers for over 9 times in the last 10 years. I never had a bad experiece. I did mention a few things to Real Joy vacation the managers that they need to tend to. as always it went to fast and until next time

I loved everything from the view to the shower in the bathroom lol eveything was wonderful my kids and I had a Great Time!

The location was phenomenal! Loved the view from the balcony. The pictures of this listing are accurate and we were super pleased from the moment we opened the door. The security of the facility was good and access to the beach was quite convenient. Safety of covid was posted visibly and seemed to be adhered to by guests. Facility was very well up kept: pool, lawn, building inside and outside. Will certainly look forward to our next stay here! I believe having access to the fob keys being on the facility would be more convenient, especially for elderly people staying. Having to go to another location is slightly inconvenient. Directions and explanations in emails could be a little more explanatory when it comes to what the fob keys are for, where parking passes will be, etc. As for the facility itself, the sofa bed could have an updated mattress. Was uncomfortable for our guest sleeping on it. Check in and check out times seem unrealistic for this type of lavish facility in my opinion. Doesn't really give the full extent of stay for those that can only stay a short amount of time. Understand cleaning needs adequate time.
