We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Overall the condo was great. We had to text the property manager for a couple of minor things, they were excellent in responding quickly. The owners do need to change out one mattress because it has no support left but other than that all was great. This is a first floor unit with direct access to the pool, so you don’t have a view of the ocean but otherwise it’s a great condo unit and building.

Absolutely perfect place for families to spend time away together! This condo is absolutely stunning. Being able to walkout directly onto the pool deck was perfect for our family having little ones to carry! The location in Destin is perfect! Property was great, clean and great views. Had issues with accessing the building because the main doors lock and the gate wasn’t working the first night. Called help desk who finally explained condo was on lower level and could only be accessed using elevator from a different building. Took about 40 minutes but finally figured it all out.

Everything was good except the rug in the living room was unacceptable. I did not walk on it with bare feet had to put on sock or slippers. It brought the feeling of cleanliness way down. It’s an easy fix. They don’t even have to replace it, just throw it out! because the rest of the place is nice and there’s plenty of room and I love the location to the pool. All you had to do is walk out the door and you were right there Seriously a great place. Please just get rid of the rug.

Our party of 6 adults had a great stay at Jilenna's place. Everything was as described. Being on the bottom floor was a huge advantage as we could walk right out the gate to the pool or the beach. Everything is disclosed accordingly, including the fact that there is only enough items to get you started, I would definitely recommend doing a pick up order for the first day/night, especially if you are flying in and cannot bring items with you. Would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful condo. We loved it. Criticisms a few (Not deal-breakers, just a bit annoying). Still great place. Water pressure was a bit slow and we ran out of hot water too quickly. Bathroom sinks seemed clogged. Not enough toilet paper or garbage bags were supplied. No dish soap or salt and pepper or coffee filters.

Overall the place was great. The beach and pool were fantastic. Loved being able to just step out on pool deck from our apartment. Everything worked great. WiFi was not good at all. Personally think there should be more than 2 fobs for a three bedroom place. It was hard going to beach with only 2 fobs. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall the condo is great - it's on the first floor so you walk right out to the pool. We have kids aged 8 and 11 so it was great to sit on the patio and still see the kids in the pool. The condo is set up well and has everything you need - they provide the start on toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. so make sure you bring your own depending on the length of stay. We took advantage of some of the perks including 1 free golf round at several courses - they will send you that info once you book the condo and get close to your date. Overall they communicated very well, condo was a perfect set up for our family, and we will definitely plan to rent this unit again in the future!

This is a great location. The first floor is the place to be. The pool, beach, and ocean can be seen from all the windows. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The condo is quiet. There is very easy access outside (parking lot, Uber pickup) and direct access to the pool and beach. I like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. I would stay here again. A few suggestions for improvement: Consider blackout curtains in the bedrooms as the light from outside can leave bedrooms fairly bright. Consider supplying more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, more than 1 trashbag, and dish soap. We had to stop and purchase dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels on our way from the airport and it'd be nice to not have to!

We did end up finding not one but two hair dryers, so we left the one you brought us in the middle bedroom drawer. We put the DVD player in the cabinet below the living room TV along with its remote and hdmi cable. I ran into this property looking for place enough for 9 people and I am glad. It is spacious enough and not feeling crowded. The place is clean. We had to do little bit shopping since there were no salt/pepper/cooking oil/dish soap in the property. Overall, we had great time. The property is on the beach and the mother nature gave us nice weather to spend on the beach.

This property was beautiful! The gates walking out to the pool and beach were VERY convenient for my older parents and my small children. We were able to watch them from our patio porch which was nice. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 children and a baby! The condo was in great condition, the only complaint was not a lot of cutlery and food would stick to pots and pans but other than that it was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

This was our family’s first time staying in a condo (we usually rent houses) and we were very impressed. This particular unit is clean, open and airy and has unmatched access to pool and beach. The building was quiet, parking extremely convenient, and master suite was spacious and private. Nine of us stayed here for 7 nights, and 2 16-year-old football players were comfortable on the pullout sofa bed. Walking out to the pool without at our leisure was the highlight of the trip - no elevator lines holding us back. We made wonderful memories and will probably book again.

We just got back from a week stay and had a wonderful time! The condo was exactly as pictured - beautiful, clean, well stocked and a perfect fit for our family (husband and myself, in-laws and our two little kids). Beds were very comfortable, plenty of closet/storage space, a great laundry room, and bathrooms and kitchen seemed brand new. Super convenient spot on the ground floor - could walk right out to the pool and the beach just past that. I was worried about noise/rowdiness being on the ground floor and it being spring break but it was a non issue! Had some noise from the unit above us the very first night but very quiet after that and there was never an issue with like college/high school spring breakers. Great trip, great condo - would definitely recommend if you’re headed to Destin!

The location was very convenient to the stores and restaurants in the area. The covered parking was steps away from the condo which can be underrated until you have to make multiple trips with bags. This particular condo is ground level, you can park in the garage just steps from the front door, then just steps to the pool and jacuzzi. The east jacuzzi was warm but no bubbles, the west jacuzzi was hot with plenty of bubbles. The east pool was heated to about 80-81. The west pool was ice cold in Nov. the condo was perfect with everything you need. The ice maker works but buy ice. Bring a box of tissues. Bring an extra pillow or two if you plan fill up the rooms and beds. They have 2 small beach chairs. The washer & dryer was top notch. The tvs are very nice. The bathrooms are state of the art nice. The beach access is perfect. I'd go back sometime between June-Sept. The winter is more peaceful but the wind can be a bit much at times.

Southern Heirs is a must stay!! The first floor penthouse is just as listed!! So amazing to come and go with the immediate access to the pool, hot tub, and beach!! Check in was extremely easy, I loved the covered parking space and overflow parking was easy to park in, the layout and style of house we loved! It was in a super convenient location to all restaurants and attractions. Being on the bottom floor had great perks being able to just walk a few steps to the pool or to the beach! The reserved chairs at the beach were a huge plus and we used them everyday and the guys were so nice and helpful! The only thing we had issues with were service and WiFi, some of us never had service maybe being on the bottom floor and WiFi would disappear from time to time but it didn’t stop us from having a great trip! Overall the stay was worth it, beds were extremely comfortable and all the updates were wonderful, can’t wait to come back!

This condo was amazing in every way! The location and convenience of it, we literally couldn't have found something better. Clise to all of the best restaurants. Ground level so we never waited on a elevator, we were super close to the parking garage entry,trash shute, pool, EVERYTHING! The decor was stunning with all the beach feels, the beds were comfy and plush. Our children loved it! My husband and I loved it! We will absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Southern Heirs is a beatifully decorated and wonderfully functional condo with the best pool and beach access on the property. The Silver Beach Towers are a beautiful property with beautiful pools, excellent beach, protected parking and super close to Destin and all of the activities. The condo had everything we needed, awesome master suite, great 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, fully functional kitchen and great living areas both indoors and out. The laundry room is great with a huge washer and dryer. The beach setup is absolutely perfect and the pool is litterly steps from the condo door, and yet secluded from patio. Win and win!! Jilenna and her team were fabulous with communications and updates both prior to, and throughout our stay. We used the Explorie discounts for golf and loved the course options. I highly recommend this property for your next Destin vacation!!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway! Not only was it right on the beach, but the accommodations were perfect. THe entire condo had floor to ceiling windows, allowing plenty of light and great views. The master bedroom was large, comfortable, and offered a wonderfully spacious bathroom. Our teenager enjoyed the other guest room with the king bed. Our 2 boys overwhelmingly enjoyed the bunk beds in the next guest room, as they were spacious and very well built. The mattresses were very comfortable, sheets were soft, and the pillows plush. The furniture was very nice throughout the condo, and the main living/dining room allowed everyone to enjoy being together comfortably. The spa and pool were right outside our room, so we could see our kids easily from the porch if we were not swimming. The area was centrally located, but beachfront was quiet (which was nice). I would definitely come back here again!

Absolutely stunning clean beautiful place on 1st floor easy access to get back and forth from beach or pool. All 3 bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and immediate access to patio that leads out to the beach/pool.
There is outside community grill that can be used, just be aware only 1 of 3 were working when we visited so check to see if functioning before planning to grill. Grill location very short walk outside the kitchen patio which made staying on 1st for great as well.
Loved this place and location so much that we will definitely be back to stay. Everything was wonderful. Oh and its in an amazing location close to everything as well

The location cannot be beat. The first floor gave the kids access to the pool and it was easy to run back to the condo to get things. Lots of family time was enjoyed. The outdoor patio area and sliding doors were a little dirty compared to the rest of the condo. I can understand that as it is located right on the beach. Bath towels could have been nicer, they were pretty worn. Cooking utensils were flimsy such as spatulas and spoons. I was pleasantly surprised with the puzzles, board games and toys found in the room. Also the square footage of the condo was perfect. Everyone had their own space.

Beautiful, Clean, Clean, Clean, Comfortable, Spacious. Weak beach view (1st floor), but private access to pool and beach access. Little noisy from hallway early mornings. Nice to have private garage parking space. Kitchen equipment pretty sparse for cooking, etc. *******Would be great to have insulated plastic cups available for use, on those hot days. No glass allowed on poolside. Kitchen stock of plastic cups was few. Not even enough for 6 renters. Cute "southern heir" plastic Mason cups, but only 4 available. Would be great if kitchen had bottle wine opener too!!! Overall, Amazing place and well decorated. Would highly recommend especially for the private access, which is very convenient.

Being on the ground level and close to the pool with small children was great!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful and comfortable condo! So handy to the beach and pool. We were worried about noise on first floor but it wasn't an issue whatsoever. Will definitely be back!

We will definitely rent this condo when we return to Destin. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Beautifully appointed, easy access to everything in the Destin area, and we loved being on the first floor with easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach! Plenty of space for everyone!

I stayed here on a spring break trip with my two teens and several of their friends, everything was located within walking distance from our room. I could let the kids (teens) go hang out at the pool, hot tub or on the beach and I could see them from the patio, no busy streets to cross or traffic to deal with. It is a beautiful condo that had everything we needed, plenty of room so we were not crowded and it was so nice having 3 bathrooms. If you are looking for a beautiful condo right on the beach this is perfect!
