Last minute booking for a destination I had no insight on. Ended up in an incredible location and booking! Would come back 100%! Loved the facility, the beach, and the booking was clean, comfortable beds, and great size! The chairs outside to rent are a little pricey, but better than having to worry about chairs for beach. (That is no reflection on booking, just an FYI). Great hosts definitely will come back!

Fantastic place to stay if you’re in Destin and enjoy some extra space/privacy. The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, modern, and features breathtaking views of the emerald coast from both the living space and master bedroom. The condo layout is also ideal if you have kids with you as the master bedroom is tucked away in the back of the condo, feels a little away from everything else (with good sound protection) which we found nice for the mornings when the kids got up before us. The three full bathrooms is also a huge differentiator for this property. I’d highly recommend booking this condo. One big lesson learned from our stay: - Get in touch with the condo’s approved beach chair service ASAP after you book. It isn’t super clear how to do that in the booking but if I had to do it over again I’d try harder to find their info. Reason being is they stack the beach chairs in rows and if you reserve late, you won’t be in the row by the ocean aka The Front Row.

First trip to Destin. The condo was exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for two couples. The complex was well kept and getting to the pool area and the beach was super easy. We will stay here again. Great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We enjoyed all of the amenities. A few steps from the crystal blue beach and soft white sand! The condominium residents are very respectful and friendly. Jess K was a great host and gave very clear instructions and was readily available whenever we had any questions. No doubt we will be making future trips here. The views from every room were gorgeous… exactly as pictured. A must! 5-stars.

Absolutely stunning apartment!!! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds and linens were clean and everything smelled fresh and clean. The refrigerator was clean and the kitchen had many gadgets for us to use. The view was gorgeous and there were table and chairs on the balcony so we could enjoy the view. Loved everything about this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Absolutely wonderful place!

This was a beautiful place for our vacation! The condo itself was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we could need. The views were out of this world! The pool and area were perfect and we spent most of our days there. Waking up to the waves right outside the window was phenomenal! The location was great-plenty of activities, shopping and restaurants very nearby. As far as communication, it was very easy and they always responded quite quickly.

A beautiful stay. Will return! Great communication, as they always check up on you and try to meet your needs/wants. House/Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. One shower had no hard pressure but the main shower was just perfect!

Just simply amazing! Breath taking views of the Gulf. Nicely decorated, clean, fabulous 85’ TV for movie night. Pool was great including the pool bar that serves both food and beverages. Having the beach so close was just perfect! We had an amazing time! Definitely will come back! My brother and wife appreciated the Happy Anniversary gift when we arrived. So thoughtful. One last thing- I slept like a baby. Super comfy beds!

Great condo, right on the beach and the ease of getting chairs and umbrella set up on the beach was just amazing. Property is very well kept and very nice. Parking was easy, but sometimes tough to find a spot, as this condo does not have a dedicated parking spot in the garage. Important to know when booking for a long trip, more than a couple of days. Only minimal supplies are provided (i.e paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, etc..) There are no cleaning supplies in the condo. So if you are planning to stay longer than a couple days be prepared to go purchase or bring these items with you.
