A cozy bunk nook and a second renovated full bathroom add convenience and flexibility. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area serves as the heart of the home, featuring polished flooring, a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, dining space for four, and a comfortable living area with leather seating, a sleeper sofa, and a striking 65-inch TV. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Enjoy all your favorites for Breakfast, Lunch, and even those late-night cravings at the pool, or at the bar, even take them to your room from the onsite Shores Grill and Bar. You can't forget to have a refreshing cocktail with our new enhanced beverage (alcohol) experience with top-shelf liquors. A true all-in-one resort-style experience.

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to bicycles and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
