The master bedroom will provide a great night's sleep with a king bed, balcony access and En suite. The first guest bedroom offers a king, and the second guest room has a queen bed, and a living room sleeper sofa to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group to prepare your favorite meal or quick snack. When your beach day is complete the living room is perfect for unwinding and watching a movie on the flat screen TV. Relax on your balcony with stunning lagoon pool and beach views or explore the extensive resort amenities at Shores of Panama. Important Notice–Please Read-Due to exterior building renovations, the balcony for this unit will be temporarily closed and inaccessible from the end of October 31st 2025 through the end of February 2026 while exterior wall construction is underway. The balcony should be back open in March 2026. During active construction periods, guests may experience some noise and disruptions. Please note that construction will pause from April through September 2026 and resume in October 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to ensure you're fully informed before your stay. As a gesture of appreciation for your understanding and patience, we have reduced the rates for this unit during the time when the balcony is affected. Your cooperation is greatly valued as Shores of Panama undertakes these improvements to enhance the experience for all guests.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk setup in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
