Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Shores of Panama offers a wide variety of thrilling resort amenities for people of all ages to enjoy, including the largest lagoon pool and pool deck in North Florida, an indoor heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Grab a cool beverage at one of the two the tiki bars and lounge on the sundeck all afternoon. The onsite fitness facility is fully stocked with cardio and weight equipment, perfect for staying slim and trim during your beach vacation. Guests are able to reserve a beach bonfire through Light Me Up Beach Bonfires for an additional fee. Make Shores of Panama your next beach vacation!

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk setup in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.

Condo is beach theme and cute. Host always replied back and offered to send someone out to fix the laundry room door. We declined the help just because it didn’t really bother us. IF YOU ARE USE TO HAVING YOUR HOUSE COLDER THAN 69 degrees don’t book this unit. We messaged the host because we would wake up in the middle of the night and it would be 86 degrees/ 82 degrees/ or even 84 degrees and we was hot. I told her my newborn hated to be hot and she told us to leave the air on 72 degrees. (She said she has had 4 kids she can relate.) Just not what we wanted to hear when we paid 4400$ for a week vacation. It’s still hot. Especially after being outside all day or dealing with a hot baby! They have the thermostat set on a timer so you constantly have to bump it back down if not you wake up and it’s 84 degrees or 86 degrees like listed above. The sliding glass door to the balcony is very heavy and hard to slide. You have to put your whole body into it just to move it.

Beautiful View

Great location, beautiful view from balcony, very spacious condo There were a couple things that were broken or didn't work at all. The pass code didn't work when we got there to get in the condo. The floors make your feet black to the point you have to wash your feet several times a day. All of these things were manageable, so it didn't interfere with our trip.

PERFECT.

This condo was GIGANTIC and had everything we needed for our month-long stay in January! We've stayed at the resort before but this was our first time in this floorplan and with RealJoy. The management company was AMAZING. We may have been slightly high maintenance but they were SO responsive the entire time. Thank you!!

Great stay!

Our unit was just as pictured! Very clean and beautiful views of the beach from all angles. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. Check in was fast and easy. We went the week after spring break so the beach wasn’t too crowded. Security was present but not overbearing which was nice with 4 teenagers. The pool (although a little chilly but so was the weather) was fantastic! Easy walk from the parking garage to our place. And easy walk from our place to the beach! We definitely plan on returning!

Family Paradise

The property manager was fantastic and immediately responded. This condo was gorgeous. We loved everything about it. Cooked meals as a family in the kitchen. Enjoyed the phenomenal views from the family room and the balcony. The guest rooms were all beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the place was considering salt and sand do their thing. I would recommend this condo and I would definitely stay here again. For reference, my husband and I stayed here with our kids ranging from 9 to 24 between Christmas and New Years.

Beautiful views, immaculate conditions

Very clean property, the large glass doors gave the best views from 14th floor ! This was a beautifully decorated space and I was very happy it is just as pictures show. My only wish is if there were wall plug ins with ocean scent or clean linen that would of been perfect to get rid of stuffy smell when you first walk in. Conveniently located but parking was very confusing no one could direct us or knew where we could park. It should be clearly noted in the instructions from host. Overall we had a great time very glad we booked this trip.

Perfect condo

One of my best stays in Panama. Only bad thing was the elevators, the waits can be long. Also the unit parking is so tight. The wifi keep going out we had to reset couple of times for it to work but Overall Condo and location are great I would stay here again.

Better than pictured

The pictures do not do it justice! Absolutely gorgeous! The view is amazing. We went Memorial Day weekend so the crowd was intense which affected parking and elevators. However other than around checkin time the parking deck was not bad. If everyone goes the posted 8mph it would be fine. Parking is on the left on the 6the level of the deck. Thankfully I had seen that on another review otherwise that would’ve been a nightmare trying to find. The elevator wait was long usually around check in and out times but I mean that is going to be expected. As far as the property itself... no issues at all! Loved it, beds were comfortable, couch and recliners were... everything was great. The TVs were really confusing and we only were able to get the living room and master TVs to work and the WiFi was spotty, but for a mom that was actually good because it gave us more time to hang out and not have our faces in screens.

The decorator deserves 10 stars. Every room in this condo looks like a magazine picture. The views of the water are magnificent! We loved sitting on the patio feeling the breeze every morning while having coffee. Everything was so clean. Very comfortable bed in the master. We wanted to stay longer. We will be back for sure!

Great property

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. It was convenient to all attractions and places to eat. We had a slight mix up in getting our door code to get into the condo. I had to call the management company to get the codes. Besides this one small thing, everything was fine.
