Private and Spacious! Shoreline Towers Townhouse 4-4 is three bedroom/three bath townhome located in a gorgeous Beach Front development. This stunning townhouse is located on the lake at Shoreline Towers and is just steps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters. With 2 spacious masters, each with a king bed, and a bedroom with 2 queens, this amazing townhouse sleeps 8 per HOA! The secluded patio overlooking the lake, gorgeous décor, and resort amenities will make your stay special. Head to the beach, enjoy the sauna, a lap around the pool, a game of shuffleboard, or a barbeque, or venture out to all Destin has to offer - you're right in the heart of it all.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Wonderful

Location was on the beach and parking was easy with security. Ceiling fans not all working and or not able to adjust the speeds. Kitchen needs more updated utensils, pots pans and baking dishes.

Family vacation

Everything went well as far as the description there where some exposed electrical wires that had no outlets hooked to them and the ceiling fan in the upstairs king room did not work and was not able to turn the thermostat under 70 degrees which left it warmer in the upstairs levels

Wonderful

The location was great The owners needs to do some work to the unit. The floor going into the master bedroom to the bathroom felt like you was going to go Thur it. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. Master bedroom on the main floor the outlet in the bedroom did not work. Had to do you hair elsewhere. No You at holders to get stuff out of the oven with. No dust pan to sweep up the floors.

We had an awesome time the host answered every question and helped when I needed it it was the perfect amount of space for all of my family. I do have thing that we did not like much and that was there was no light on the back porch area where you grilled out, and the pans were not the best but other than that, it was definitely worth it and I would definitely be going back.

Perfect to travel with in laws

Closeness to the beach. One bedroom on the first floor is perfect for families with elderly companions. Each room with its bathroom, is perfect for our group, because of the privacy this option offers. Clean extra towels. Large bedrooms. Pool, tennis court, beach access. Close to grocery stores, attractions, etc. Small nice charcoal Grill on the small back patio we used twice. The pool bathrooms were clean and climatized. There was a construction going on so we had to watch for debris on the road. Loud noise due to construction, but we were aware of the construction, and we still booked because the accommodation was perfect for our group. We could not use our umbrella, everyone is obligated to pay for the umbrella service.

We had a great stay while in Destin. The location was large enough to accommodate our group. Was an easy walk to the beautiful Destin beaches. The security gate was a nice added feature for safety in the area, and parking was plentiful. The Destin and Fort Walton beach areas are close with lots to do, restaurants, etc. Thanks again for sharing your destination with us.

Everything looked just like the pictures , the beach is in walking distance … heated pool , security is nice and does their job , didn’t have to worry about prowlers … Host was responsive .. they do provide you with the first set of paper towels and a trash bag but definitely bring extras and washing detergent if you need to wash … the water did not get hot in the kitchen sink but it did for the showers so that wasn’t a big issue .. Would definitely book again
