Wonderful

Location was on the beach and parking was easy with security. Ceiling fans not all working and or not able to adjust the speeds. Kitchen needs more updated utensils, pots pans and baking dishes.

Wonderful

The location was great The owners needs to do some work to the unit. The floor going into the master bedroom to the bathroom felt like you was going to go Thur it. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. Master bedroom on the main floor the outlet in the bedroom did not work. Had to do you hair elsewhere. No You at holders to get stuff out of the oven with. No dust pan to sweep up the floors.

We had an awesome time the host answered every question and helped when I needed it it was the perfect amount of space for all of my family. I do have thing that we did not like much and that was there was no light on the back porch area where you grilled out, and the pans were not the best but other than that, it was definitely worth it and I would definitely be going back.

Perfect to travel with in laws

Closeness to the beach. One bedroom on the first floor is perfect for families with elderly companions. Each room with its bathroom, is perfect for our group, because of the privacy this option offers. Clean extra towels. Large bedrooms. Pool, tennis court, beach access. Close to grocery stores, attractions, etc. Small nice charcoal Grill on the small back patio we used twice. The pool bathrooms were clean and climatized. There was a construction going on so we had to watch for debris on the road. Loud noise due to construction, but we were aware of the construction, and we still booked because the accommodation was perfect for our group. We could not use our umbrella, everyone is obligated to pay for the umbrella service.

We had a great stay while in Destin. The location was large enough to accommodate our group. Was an easy walk to the beautiful Destin beaches. The security gate was a nice added feature for safety in the area, and parking was plentiful. The Destin and Fort Walton beach areas are close with lots to do, restaurants, etc. Thanks again for sharing your destination with us.

Everything looked just like the pictures , the beach is in walking distance … heated pool , security is nice and does their job , didn’t have to worry about prowlers … Host was responsive .. they do provide you with the first set of paper towels and a trash bag but definitely bring extras and washing detergent if you need to wash … the water did not get hot in the kitchen sink but it did for the showers so that wasn’t a big issue .. Would definitely book again
