Great location. Lots within walking distance. Despite some issues in the beginning a manager named Sam resolved these issues and was great to speak with. Thank you for making this place a 5 star stay Sam!

Perfect for family and friends! It was nice having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Host was very accommodating. We were able to check in 2 hours early which allowed us to get grocery shopping out of the way earlier than we planned. It’s also super close to Publix, Walmart and many other stores. Would definitely stay here again. Great experience. I would also recommend calling the host for anything you need, the response time is almost immediate.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect! It was super quiet and rarely saw our neighbors. We enjoyed all the amenities ...not just the beach! The beach was definitely the highlight, though! The house worked out great for our family of eight. We ate in for all our meals, so we rarely left - no need to!! Next time we visit, we'll venture out for other activities that Destin offers, but for our first trip here, this location was ideal! Our oldest kid is 16 and our youngest is 2. Everyone had a great time!!

This condo was excellent I recommend anyone to stay here I myself have already shared it with friends to come and stay …I have one complaint Realjoy should have an option for early check ins my family and I drove 12 hours so we wanted to get in and relax we couldn’t we had to wait 2 hours to check in I would’ve paid any extra fees for early check in other than that PERFECT

Was a beautiful place to stay right on the water, walking distance from the beach, which was also beautiful. The pool was heated. Everything you could need was there , was directly across the street from a Winn-Dixie and a target super close to the Marina we used to get to crab island & probably three minutes from the big Kahuna water park. The host was wonderful. The security guard was so friendly and so helpful we will book here again 100 out of 100 rating because 10 out of 10 just isn’t enough.

Had fun at the beach, dining was fun. Good variety on the TV. Using the keypad to get in was convenient after we figured out it took more than just putting in the code. Updates must have been going on, because there were outlets uncovered and no lights at the entrance. We liked not having to wait on an elevator. We would stay again .

I would stay here again probably bring my kids next time. Beach and pool were right by the townhouse. Most of everything we wanted to do was 7 or 8 minute drive, including all restaurants.

My family and I had an amazing time. The convenience of being within walking distance to the beach made our vacation truly relaxing. No need to worry about navigating busy intersections or finding parking - just a short leisurely stroll and we were soaking up the sun on the sandy shores. The pool was even closer. We did venture out to the busy area and hit various amazing spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that were within walking distance. I suggest you Google what’s around you as we found many gems. Although everything we needed was within walking distance we still rent a car to explore more of the city. Two parts you might want to know is that the location doesn’t have the amenities other places do but they tell you that from the start. So little things like salt and pepper or oil to cook will have to be purchased. There is a super target and a grocery store close by and we walked over to buy a few things. There is also construction going on but we did not hear them at all.

Great location. Townhouse was comfortable for my large family (8). Walking distance to beach and pool. Awesome patio facing the canal. Perfect for bbq and relaxing. Downstairs had master suite and upstairs had 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Upstairs room had plenty of room for pack n play setup. Large living room and formal dining room. Plenty of parking. Ice maker was not working so we had to go get ice for drinks. If you want an umbrella you have to rent it with the chairs on the beach. Lots of construction in the area but it did not wake us.

We loved our stay at the Shoreline Towers Townhouse! Great location for a weekend girls trip. It has a private entrance and easy self check-in so you do not have to deal with anyone. Super close to the pool and very short walk to the beach. Lots of construction going on at the main shoreline towers, but this was never an issue for us. Each morning we walked to the Local Market for breakfast/brunch/coffee, it was wonderful. You can easily walk to other places nearby and there was a grocery store about 1/2 a mile away. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was perfect for our group of girls. The house could use a little TLC and maybe update the screened-in porches. We never really sat out on the porches because the tile floor was super wet and slippery and there weren't enough chairs for all of us. Otherwise, this place is perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

We have a condo at shoreline that my family has had for ever. Unfortunately this year it was under construction so we booked this property. I must say i was extremely impressed but he size and cleanliness of the place. Check in was a breeze. 12/10 definitely recommended!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Every room has its own bathroom wich is a plus! Location is great near stores and restaurants and short drive to Harbor Walk. Walking distance to the beach and heated pool just around the corner with picnic grilling spot by the lake. The only negative thing is you can't bring your own umbrellas at the beach you have to rent the provided umbrella with 2 chairs for $40 a day. We definitely recommend this place!

This was my first time using AirBnB and traveling to this location and my crew and I had a blast. This location is convenient to everything! The pool was amazing and heated! The beach was a really quick walk. The balcony to the lake was peaceful to look at to wind down from the day.
I was nervous at first when booking but then found out that RealJoy is like a property management company. This made me feel secure! You receive a nice check-in email with all your details a few days before getting there. I will be booking again for sure!

The outside of the property does not match the spacious interior. The pictures posted are exactly how the property looks. Definitely a space that can be enjoyed for a friends-cation or multiple couples who want to travel together. Close enough to enough things to do or just do nothing at all. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Few areas of improvement: when we arrived, the guard shed did not have anything on us (no email or paperwork saying we were coming), but I had all the info, so there was no problem. There are multiple ironing boards, with only one iron and it needs to be replaced. It does not work well. Most of the outlets do not hold the plugs, so those should be checked and fixed as soon as possible. Lastly, there is wifi, but the tvs aren't wired to connect to the internet, which was a little disheartening. All in all, we would definitely stay there again as the good outweighed the bad.

The office stayed in touch with me from the time of booking and throughout my stay to answer questions or inform me about important information. If I was experiencing a problem or had question about anything, someone was always available with answers via phone. Then, they added a BIG surprise by popping up at the door bearing gifts to help make my special occasion more rememberable. We were able to do everything that was planned for this visit. There was a little confusion at the checkpoint upon arrival because I was assuming that a packet with all of my housing assignment information would be at the entry point. When I gave my name the person giving the parking tags didn’t have my housing information and I was almost given the wrong unit until I searched my emails and gave them my unit number.

This townhouse is beautiful and the beach is just a few minutes walking from there. Very spacious for 2 families and each bedroom has a full bathroom. We love our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was the perfect size for our combined families. Every room had its own bathroom and shower which make it so much more convenient. We thought the beach was closer of a walk to get to, however, it wasn’t a bad. The location is great! We found it very easy to navigate to everything; restaurants, shopping, and all the fun things to do and see in the area!

This is a great place to stay. Within walking distance to the shore. Even to shopping and restaurants. The place was great, offers a lot of space and the hosts was very detailed on how to’s and giving instructions on how to take advantage of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The town home was very nice! We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view was nice, the location to the beach and beautiful pool was easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable!! The only down side was when we arrived it was still 78 degrees inside with 96 degrees on the outside. It took almost all night to finally cool off. Once it cooled off it stayed cool the rest of the time. My 2 recommendations would be to turn the air on early and clean up the shrubs inside the patio outside the kitchen. Other than those two things, we had a wonderful stay. The managers were super helpful and everyone was friendly! I highly recommend for a great getaway to Destin, FL!

Great place, larger than expected, plenty of room to spread out. Location to stores was great. Location to beaches was also good but required a walk across parking lot but still not an issue. Overall very good. But be aware on Friday nights the bar on other side of the water pond has live band playing loud, nearly impossible to sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay at this residence, property was clean and the management was very pleasant as well as fast with service. Only issue I had was my shirt being ruined on the stair handles. They said they had just stained them days before and it was thought to had dried. Ruined wedding shirt so we had to go buy a new one from men's warehouse. I strongly recommend a stay at this roomie and very private property. Screened in patios for bugs was a great investment. GRIMES FAMILY
