We LOVED this unit! It’s, by-far, the most spacious two-bedroom we’ve stayed at in Florida. Great kitchen space and the guest bedroom was perfect even for three teenage girls. The management team was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire stay. The resort was in a great location and the walk to the beach was effortless. Very impressed and we all enjoyed our stay!

The location was amazing. The property was situated directly on the beach, and the views were breathtaking. The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. It was perfect for a quick, relaxing trip to the beach. The only small issue was the clothes dryer. It was a bit temperamental, as it had to be restarted every few minutes at the beginning.

Our stay in Destin was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and well maintained. We did not have any issues during our stay. "Real Joy" made sure we had everything and checked on us when we'd arrived. I loved waking up to the view of the Gulf. Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was great. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk to private boardwalk to beach, and very close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Property itself was extremely clean and welcoming. One of the best perks we didn’t realize at booking was free use of chairs and umbrella on beach!! We had a wonderful stay!!

The house setup was great, two full bathrooms were perfect and everything was comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach super close and it was simple to get the chairs and umbrella. The carts to take stuff up were wonderful! I enjoyed the older guard lady, she was fun! Felt safe the entire time. Would rent it again! I would suggest vacuuming the balcony.

Our experience was great with this property. I loved how secure it was. The condo views of the beach were excellent. The only issue we had was very small, but fixable. It was comfortable and relaxing. It was also clean. We will return.

This condo felt like our home for 4 days. Very spacious and the layout is friendly for a family or group of friends. 2 full bathrooms and the bedrooms are not right next to each other which is nice. This unit is in Tower 3, so it’s not exactly oceanfront like Towers 1 and 2, but provides a solid beach view from the balcony and is a very short walk to the waves. We loved it here and would stay again.

Overall a great experience. The condo was clean and check in couldn’t be easier. Location is nearly perfect with a nice view of the ocean. The residence was very clean and plenty of room. Kitchen layout was nice and was furnished with all the appliances you would need. A few things that were a bit frustrating. The advertisement started that beach chairs and umbrella were included, but was informed by the vendor that the owner had not paid the fee. Real Joy however, offered to reimburse me for the cost and made it easy by providing a direct email to send the receipt. That was nice. There were no spices in the residence. This could be due to COVID, but would have been nice to know beforehand. In summary, we would definitely return. Thanks for allowing us into your home.

Very comfortable place, beautifully decorated. Did find 1 acrylic nail in a bathroom other than that it looked clean. Building was further from beach than we would have liked but views were excellent! Owner forgot to pay for our beach chairs and umbrella, but once I contacted Realjoy, they quickly resolved the issue.

Last year we stayed in this condo during January. The only issue was blinking LED lighting. However, this issue was corrected and we spent January and February this year. Only a block to Walgreens, Winn Dixie, Workout Anytime and many great restaurants. Beautiful views of the sunrise on the gulf and right on the water.

We really enjoyed the convenient access to the beach. The 10th floor balcony offers a nice (partially obstructed) view of the beach. Also easy to get in and out of the complex during peak summer months because there is a traffic light at the main intersection. The elevators and carts allowed us to move in quickly. check in was a breeze.

This condo is located in a perfect distance from all the necessary shops and things to do! The ease of access to the location was worth appreciating as the condo is right next to the elevator. Its a spacious 2 bed condo with enough room for kids to play with and run around! Beach access is good too. This is in the Tower 1 of the 3 towers and the ocean view is amazing! Overall nice vacation place!

This condo was such a wonderful space for my families spring break vacation. What an awesome place! The host was responsive and accommodating and we only needed to contact them one time. The unit is just a beautiful as the listing photos, the kitchen stocked with every tool imaginable, and the area nice and quiet. We visited with a family of 7 including a 3 year old and 6 month old. Everyone was comfortable and the 2 minute walk to the beach with the kids and all their toys, life vests, snacks, etc was super easy and maybe the best part about staying here. We will definitely be back!!
