My husband and I, our three teens, and my mother-in-law spent 5 days here and we had a great time. We are beach people, so being able to walk out the door and straight to the beach was a huge plus. The beach was clean and the ocean water was a beautiful emerald green just as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean, and the room was very clean. The beds, including the fold out couch, were super comfortable. We had pretty much everything we needed; coffee pot, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, blender, wine fridge, plastic cups, toaster, silverware/knives. A few things we learned when we got here: canopies are not allowed on the private beach ever, and if you have your own umbrellas and chairs they can only be used at the ends of the rows of chairs and umbrellas serviced. Our room came with an umbrella and chair rental, which was very nice. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to a few. I would come back and stay again.

Beautiful view! This is exactly what we wanted. The room is just a few steps from the elevator, making it easy to get around. It was quiet and the views were amazing. This was a different stay from other Airbnb's that we are used to staying in, so was a bit confusing for us. However, whenever we reached out to the host, we got immediate results. The person at the security gate was very nice and patient with my questions. Now that we know how everything works, it was really simple and an awesome place to stay. We are already planning our next trip and I would love to get this same unit - a definite 5 stars!

Staying here was wonderful and I would definitely stay again. You are within a short walking distance to the beach which was my biggest concern! The place was very clean and you had a great ocean view. Everything was a short drive. The only down fall was the gate security said they would enter the car so we could just drive through, but never did and was hardly at the stand so we had to always ring for someone to answer. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy and stress-free, which made for a great start to our trip. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing dinners, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus—especially after long beach days. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax. The highlight, without a doubt, was the view. The master bedroom features a large picture window with a stunning, unobstructed view of the Gulf—it was absolutely breathtaking to wake up to each morning. The balcony was another favorite spot, with sliding glass doors that let in a beautiful breeze and the soothing sound of the ocean. It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We even saw dolphins multiple times! Beach access was easy and convenient, and the beach itself was never overly crowded.

The condo was nice and had a great location. Real Joy quickly solved some issues with the unit. The only negative was that the tennis court/pickleball court was being re done and under construction. It was unfortunate but wasn’t a deal killer.

For our family’s first trip to Destin, we wanted to find a place that felt like a home on vacation. RealJoy’s beach condo was perfect for us, especially with having two little ones. The space was more than enough and we had all the amenities needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and made it super easy for all to fall asleep peacefully. The condo was super clean, roomy and well decorated to feel like a true beach house. We had no issues with anything. We were also welcome to use two chairs and an umbrella at the beach, which was just steps away and the ease of going to and from the beach was perfect. All other families and guests around were kind, helpful and friendly. I also loved how the community is gated and you have to pass a guard to get inside - made it feel more safe and private. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back! 10/10 recommend!

This was a great place to stay for vacation. The room was clean everyone was so nice . I want to give a special thank you to April . She was one of the team members on site . The wyfi was not working she tired her best to get it to work but could not get it to work . She told me and my husband a place to go watch the foot ball games at and they had good food and tvs with good quality to see all the games . She even came back the next day with an hotspot box so we could get to see the games until the internet get fix . She told us nice places to go for boat rides and deals on king crab legs . Everyone was so nice and helpful. The front gate guy was amazing as well always there to help out . I really love this place and I will be coming back really soon . Thanks so much

Real Joy was exceptional! We had some little hiccups and they were on it IMMEDIATELY! and so pleasant about the whole thing. Just when you think Customer service is gone these days, Real Joy shows up and proves it’s alive and well. I just can’t tell you how impressed we were. We felt super safe here as well. There was a bait parked in the gates parking lot to the condo with a Yeti cooler setting on it all week. No one touched it, if that says anything. Elevators were fast and walkways to the beaches were great! Also this owner includes two beach chairs and umbrellas from the rental place at the boardwalk. Such a huge bonus!

We had a great stay at this beach condo! The unit was clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The view of the beach was absolutely stunning – we loved being able to enjoy it right from the balcony. The condo felt like a home away from home, and it was easy to settle in and enjoy our time there. Everything was just as described, and the beach access was super convenient. The only downside was that the WiFi didn’t work during our stay. We followed the instructions and contacted Cox, who informed us they needed to speak with the property owner. We then reached out to RealJoy, who said they would send someone out, but unfortunately no one ever showed up and the issue wasn’t resolved. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back – hopefully with working WiFi next time!
