We really enjoyed our stay here, great location and cozy complex. Large parking, which is very important Excellent access to the beach. On the beach, we were provided with an umbrella and a sunbed throughout our stay, which is very convenient. The apartment had everything you needed to stay there. I recommend!!!

Beautiful property that was wel maintained. It was in a great location right on the beach. The only issue I had was that all the treadmills in the fitness center were broken as well as a couple of the other machines. But it didn’t detract from our experience and it was still a 5 star stay. We loved our time there and we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I w our three kids stayed in this condo and it was awesome! This is our eighth trip to Destin but our first time at these condos and it did not disappoint. I was hesitant about the view but found it completely satisfactory (we usually stay directly on the water).This is the cleanest property I’ve stayed in and it is very spacious. You can’t beat a full size washer and dryer for a family of five either! The value was fantastic and we will be back for sure!!! My only two suggestions are a new kitchen faucet bc those touch sensored ones only work 1/12 times and a tv added to the second bedroom. Otherwise it’s perfect!!!

Location and proximity to the beach were absolutely perfect. This unit also surprised us and already had 2 chairs and an umbrella rented, which was a blessing! The unit had a few flaws itself (mostly maintenance), but were not enough that we felt the need to contact anyone regarding them. Overall would absolutely stay in this location again!

We enjoyed our stay at condo 3092. It was very clean, spacious, beautiful and decorated really well. We also loved that it was right off the beach and it isn't right off the main road, that was awesome. The only thing I wish they can offer is flexible check in. 4 pm is super late to check in especially since check out is 10am. And the sensor faucet in the kitchen, was not my friend, but I got used to it after awhile. We would love to come back again in the future and would definitely recommend Shoreline Towers.

Great place with everything you need for your stay. Overall I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the property; however, there were items under one of the beds that looked left behind from a previous renter and the couch is very stained (which you cannot tell from the pictures). These (very small) issues did not disrupt our stay, but were unexpected considering the price for the condo. Additionally, the property was under construction the entire week we were there which did start early in the morning and disrupted our sleep. Again not a huge deal, but not expected and a heads up in the listing would have been appreciated.

We were not made aware of the issue until after your departure and would have been happy to send someone to resolve these problems during your stay to help make your vacation at Shoreline Towers 3092 more comfortable. I have forwarded these comments along to the property managers and they have assured me that they sent someone to professionally clean the sofa. We apologize for the noise during the construction. It is mentioned in our marketing that "*Shoreline Towers is currently undergoing restoration work through Winter 2023. Balconies will be closed when work is being conducted and noise will be present during the entire process.". The condo was homey, clean, multiple coffee machine options and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you need and the showers had great water pressure. The very short distance to the private beach that also has chair and umbrella service made it all worth it. This condo has an umbrella and 2 chairs included with the stay (not all do) They had beach toys for my kids to use down at the beach. We definitely would recommend this condo and would stay their again!

The place was so gorgeous! Master shower will not disappoint! Only complaint I have which I knew about is the construction. They were working on the floor above us and then on our floor the rest of the week. I learned to sleep through it. My family, not so much. My only recommendation would be send a msg to the host a hour before check in for a response possibly for the code to unlock the door. It was my first time ever using Airbnb so I don’t know if it’s my fault or the host but I didn’t have a check in code a hour and a half after check in time. So we couldn’t get in. Had to call RealJoy and have them send me a text with the codes. Other then that we loved our stay. Felt safe and right at home.

Had a great time here! The space is beautiful and overlooking the water. The pictures don’t do the space justice! There was some construction going on, but that did not stop us from having an amazing time. The beach is less than 100 yards away! Great location - would highly recommend.

This property was super clean! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The view of the ocean was fantastic from the balcony! It had everything we needed but a coffeemaker. They had an nespresso but that’s not something most people use. I would like to see notes added in the listing that to use an umbrella you must use the beach service but certainly not a deal breaker. I hope we get to return.

Perfect place for a beach get away. Good views, just a minute walk off the beach, and very close to pool, fitness area, and gas grills. Owner has great communication and response time.
