Great condo with an amazing view and short walk to the beach. Had everything we need and more with the entire place being spotless. Communication was very fast and helpful when I was curious about renting chairs on the beach otherwise all my questions were handled before hand. We have already talked about renting here again next year.

What a great place! There was plenty of room for all five of us! The balcony was our favorite place to gather- it has comfy furniture and there is a nice view of the Gulf. And- access to the beach is simple with umbrella/chair rental services available. The beds were quite cozy and the unit stayed cool despite the hot weather. We hope to do this again!!

We had a great stay! Some basic condiments/seasonings/coffee in kitchen would have been great, also a chair set on beech would have been a huge plus since it’s additional $60+ daily rental is abit much.

We came for spring break and the kids loved this place. It was very clean and made us feel right at home. It was just a short walk to the beach but still close enough that you could her the ocean. RealJoy was an exceptional host with great communication and description of place of stay and the nearby intrest. I would definitely consider them again. Nice and bright, lovely view and as described! Grounds felt safe, had plenty of activities and a great pool! We couldn't use most of them because hurricane Helene was teasing Destin. The only complaint we had was that you have to bring everything to stay. A little hospitality goes a long way! A welcome pack with some essentials for long distance travelers or shorter stays would be nice. That way you don't have to buy dishwashing tablets, laundry soap, kitchen towels, oven mitts, salt and pepper and coffee filters and fly them all back home. Just my suggestion. Other than that, it was a nice stay with a beautiful beach!

The view of the ocean was amazing from my room. I saw a dolphin on the last day of our visit. The only thing I didn’t like was that you couldn’t use the living room ceiling fan without the dining room light being on and the white sofa was stained. I’m sure it’s hard to keep a white sofa clean though!

The condo is spacious, clean, and conveniently located next to so many restaurants and shops. Everything you could want or need is within minutes (driving or walking) from Shoreline Towers. The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves each night. We saw some dolphins splashing around from our balcony on our last morning! The beach is right across the parking lot and is also picture perfect! We rented a pontoon one day and explored Crab Island and a couple surrounding beaches. Our 3 children loved every minute of it. We didn't get to do everything we wanted because there is so much to explore. We will definitely be back to Destin and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here for 4 nights and everything was great. Super close to the beach, everything was clean and the entire process was so easy. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place with an ocean view. Plenty of room. Short drive or walk to many restaurants and things to do. Although, Dishwasher didn’t work, not a fan of doing dishes by hand in vacation. Pool and shuffle board not available for use, after I’d been told they would be. As for communication with the property owner, pretty poor, not personal at all.

Yes, the pool was closed for renovations for the month of February according to our website, but has since reopened. Beautiful place with an ocean view. Plenty of room. Short drive or walk to many restaurants and things to do. Although, Dishwasher didn’t work, not a fan of doing dishes by hand in vacation. Pool and shuffle board not available for use, after I’d been told they would be. As for communication with the property owner, pretty poor, not personal at all.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dishwasher not working. Yes, the pool was closed for renovations for the month of February according to our website, but has since reopened. Great location. Some good places in walkable distance and others a short Uber drive a way. It’s an easy walk right out the building across the parking lot to the beach. Nice spacious condo with great view.

We absolutely LOVED how close it was to everything we enjoy doing! Also loved how secure we felt knowing the guards check all the vehicles entering. Not too far of a walk to the beach, nice condo! The only thing we had issues with was the master bed is so tall it was hard for my pregnant self to get in there maybe add a stool for us shorter ppl haha. The light switches in each room are hard to learn bc If you turn one on the other comes home but we finally mastered that by the end of the trip! The property communicates so well and fast with any questions! We will be back for our next girls trip!

My husband and I needed a quick weekend trip to the beach to unwind and this was just right. We had no problems. Easy arrival and departure. Next time will want to stay in tower 1 for better beach view from balcony.

First time staying in Destin — now I’m a fan! The Shoreline Towers were in a great location — very clean and friendly staff and just a short walk to the beach. Condo was lovely and spacious and my kids loved it. Fantastic local restaurant in walking distance also was a nice discovery (the local market). Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Destin!

for anyone reading older reviews from 2017 or back, please ignore them as the management has obviously made changes. The view was spectacular. There were no fleas or roaches or any types of bugs at all. I even tried to find some on purpose and couldn't. Place was perfect for a family of 5. Had just the right amount of stuff in the kitchen needed to cook with. Washer and dryer worked great and their are plenty of towels and wash clothes that we didn't even need to use washer until the last day just to clean them all. A.C. worked great which I've seen in the past in condos that it may be muggy or humid in rooms but this was not the case. This place is 2 miles from the boardwalk and has grocery stores, gas stations, Walgreens and much more just walking distance so when you need to restock. Overall a great experience and we will recommend to all.
