This was my third time staying in this apartment, I think it’s time for a new refrigerator and CLEAN / DEGREES THE TILE FLOOR. Soon as we walk in we notice very sticky floor! Everything else was decent, we love Destin and this location it’s perfect, very nice beach with easy access and everything else close by!

The condo was very spacious and beautiful. Was very clean upon our late night arrival. The views are amazing! Extremely easy check in and check out process. The pool is a very nice area and beach was very easily accessed. Just a small complaint is the beds are not very comfortable, but otherwise, no complaints or issues. We will definitely be back!

We actually stayed on Okaloosa Island because of construction at out first choice. The company did a wonderful job of accommodating us.

The place was overall great! It was large and spacious. We made a lot of our meals and really liked the large kitchen, which was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious as well. We liked having a balcony with a view of the beach, which was a short walk down. There was a lot of construction going on, but that was already stated by the owner and it did not cause a problem for us. The only thing I would let others know is that the beach in front of the building is private and they do not let you bring your own umbrellas or tents. You have to pay for theirs if you want to have shade. We decided to go to a different beach altogether because we had brought all of our own gear and wanted to be able to use it without having to rent someone else’s.
