This teal/turquoise home is beautiful. They just implemented a new security system and you and your vehicle has to be registered so it took me about 30 minutes to get in the gate, because the renters didn’t add my stay to the system. Otherwise once getting through the gate the room location is perfect , it’s a corner unit with a view. You can see the parking lot from one side and the beach on the other side. It’s right by the stairs (14 or so) therefore you don’t have to wait on or take the elevator. The rooms are spacious. The bunk beds are not for tall people maybe good fit for anyone under 5”5. Otherwise nothing to worry about. Don’t hesitate book this unit you won’t be disappointed. Some ratings talked about the smell. I guess it’s an older unit nothing that Lysol and air fresheners won’t cover. I have OCD and was able to manage it. Once I used my black light and I found nothing of concern IT WAS CLEAN CLEAN!!!!! I was able to stay with no complaints. I WILL book again.

We loved this place and had plenty of room for the six of us. It had everything we needed and was a beautiful place. Very short walk across the parking lot to the beach. The only thing that was weird is the closed in balcony had a very odd and unpleasant smell. We really couldn’t sit out there without opening the windows and airing it out first.

My twin daughters wanted a beautiful beach for there birthday. Fount a condo we liked and booked it. At the last minute got a call that the air conditioner wasn't working so they found this house for me. Ended up being perfect. The whole family loved it

We loved the location of our condo and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised. The only issue we had was our air conditioner where the bedrooms are wasn’t working properly but it was quickly fixed after we reported it. Also there were several large roaches in our condo.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay over the week leading to Thanksgiving 2022 - my sister that lives in Tampa area drove up to join us. Appreciated the well appointed kitchen including a deep pot that enabled me to brine the turkey overnight. We put the large kitchen counterspace to good use! The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious overall & master bathroom nicely updated. My teens enjoyed use of the gym too. The only thing I remember reading but overlooked was the fact the exterior of the condo towers are undergoing rennovations and workers powered up heavy machinery bright and early at 8am Monday morning. Was not too bad once we realized this was the routine we made sure to turn in earlier in the evenings & workers breaked for thanksgiving day. Overall the condo/stay was excellent & we would not hesitate to book this condo again; the management co RealJoy was also helpful and responded every time I had questions. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Destin, the Emerald Coast is gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our stay even though I tripped in the condo on Monday evening and ended up in th eff hospital with a fractured pelvis. After 2 days I was able to return and enjoy the rest of the stay. The condo was very well equipped and we were grateful it was wheelchair accessible. We are trying to decide whether to return to Destin or maybe try Gulf Shores next year.

Great location to everything great in Destin! I worried that the back tower #3 would not be as nice since it’s not right on the water, but the very short and easy walk to beach was convenient, as well as being close to the pool. The location is great- short drives/walks to great restaurants and fun. Beautiful private beach area with 2 chairs and an umbrella daily. Very nice room with lots of space. Great for families!

I just want to start off by saying I do not usually leave reviews, but this place is amazing. It looks just like the pictures. It’s conveniently located to everything. When we were missing something from our place someone came to drop it off. It was very comfortable and felt like home. Oh and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks for allowing us to stay here. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and actually had room for more guests. The online pictures are very accurate. I loved that the patio was closed in. Very nice property. We were impressed. We did have some ants in the master bathroom and small flies that came from the sink in the kitchen. The cleaning staff is definitely over worked. We arrived at 4pm like the contract stated and we still had to wait two more hours before we could get in our room. This is a very nice convenient location with plenty of resturants and amenities near by. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family + friend vacation to Destin. It was easily accessible to the beautiful beach, plenty of parking, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was not noted on the listing that you are required to rent their umbrellas (you are supplied with one umbrella and 2 chairs per day), so beware you are not allowed to use your own canopy. All in all, it was great and we would stay here again!

The location of the condo is amazing! Just a few steps to the beach and a few blocks away from some of the best breakfast places in Destin! We loved the layout of the condo and how comfortable all the beds were, it's not often you go on vacation and love the beds! The screened in patio was an amazing bonus to the condo! We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. It is not ocean front but is ocean view. Good enough knowing that the inside was so good! The kitchen was as well stocked as my own. Everything you need! We prepared breakfast and enjoyed the use of the griddle each morning. And the stock pot came in handy when we made a low country boil. The beds were so comfy but be warned...you have to climb up because the beds are so high. Stools would have been a nice touch in each room. I worry that elderly guests wouldn’t be able to get in beds and I don’t remember that being stated when I booked. I loved the chargers for personal use placed at the bedside. Used the washer and dryer and are of top notch quality. ? Love the enclosed balcony/porch. Used everyday of our stay and the “big kids” loved the Pac-Man. Liked the beach service of two chairs and umbrella but make sure you go early. It’s first come-first serve and when we used, only 4 left and we got 3rd row. Not bad just didn’t know process on how to utilize. Overall, great time and would definitely stay again!

The condo is well stocked with supplies including lots of cookware/utensils. The dishwasher was pooling water, we reported it on the first day but no one ever came. That is my only complaint, other than that it was a great week.

This place was great! The kitchen is well stocked. They have a Keurig machine, as well as a coffee pot. There are tons of pots, pans, and utensils. We cooked a lot and always had what we needed. The oven and electric burners worked well. The microwave made a weird sound while in use, but it worked well. Lots of plates and bowls. The table sat 8. That was awesome because it’s important for us that everyone can sit together at each meal. The TVs were huge but we never used them. We loved the Bluetooth sound system. The back patio was great. We opened all the large sliding doors to enjoy the breeze. You can see a tiny bit of the ocean from the room. Your view is of mostly parking lots from each room, but that was okay with us because we weren’t there to look at the ocean, we were there to be at the ocean. We only spent meal time and evenings in the condo. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo. All the beds were comfy. The water pressure was good and the hot water was HOT. The secondary bathroom has a big dual head shower and two sinks. The washer and dryer are also located in this bathroom. We only washed one load of towels. Washer worked fine, but the towels took 6 cycles to dry. The dryer had a drying censor on it and it would stop drying before the towels were dry. We did not overload the dryer. It was a normal load. We eventually gave up and took our damp towels to the beach. I did not call maintenance because I knew that was the only load we were going to do. The walk to the beach is really short. Directly outside the front door are steps to the ground floor parking garage. You walk a few steps through the parking garage and you’re on the designated path to the beach. This condo came with a daily set up of two chairs and 1 umbrella. The pool is limited to 20 people at a time. The tennis courts need a lot of love, but we did use them because everyone in the family plays tennis. But don’t go there for the tennis/pool facilities. The condo is very quiet and the balcony/patio faces a different way from most of the other balconies. The people staying next door to us were young and were the life of the party on the beach. However, we never heard them while we were in the condo. On the day of checkout, the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 8:00 AM calling “housekeeping”. I told her that we would be out by 10:00 AM. She said okay, but continued to stand outside of our room until we left at 9:15. I would stay here again.

The only downside is that it’s booked for the rest of the year!!! The place is very inviting and has serious beach vibes. It’s literally steps away from the beach!!

The property was exactly as described. Loved all the updates. Beds were super comfortable. Beach was easily just walking across the parking lot. The only thing I would suggest is to add more towels and wash cloths so I don’t need to do laundry so often. Otherwise it was great!!

From the time we entered the property until the time we left everything seemed perfect about this place. There is great views of the ocean, the walk to the beach is just the right distance, and the size of the condo fit our large group of 8 just perfect. The condo was well decorated and offered an amazing feel of home while there. Highly recommend a stay in this PERFECT vacation rental.
