We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only .5 miles away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From the open balcony, you'll experience the sites and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water, or the sailboats and fishing boats go by. We absolutely loved this beautiful condo with views of the ocean in multiple rooms! We had plenty of space for my husband & 2 teenage boys. The condo was older, but updated and very clean overall. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach & the elevators were quick! We had no issues during our 4 nights/5 day stay. The host was wonderful as was the security guard. Super friendly. Great location! We had an amazing trip! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Everything the trip, the private beach, the environment, the apartment security, & the spacious apartment was amazing! Perfect for my first trip to Destin! Looked exactly like what I wanted & rented! Very clean & well stocked with all amenities. Felt like being home! I called regarding the air conditioner going out, no one ever came to check on it. Luckily the on call person was able to walk me through the restarting process.. It got the air conditioner back up & running!! I didn't have that issue again!

The location is amazing and close to the boardwalk and nightlife. The apartment had what you needed, only thing missing was a kitchen sponge and some extra trashbags but everything else was perfect.

Other than few discrepancies on listing of free beach chair service and no hair dryer (there is one under the bathroom sink..haha), the location of this condo was perfect for beach lovers with kids. The beach and swimming pool are literally a few steps from the condo with millions dollar ocean view. Love it! The staffs from RealJoy are very responsive and proactive on resolving discrepancies.
