Shoreline Towers 2023 is a 2BR/2BA condo just footsteps from the sugar-white beaches and emerald waters in Destin, Florida. With stunning beach views in every room, this condo will have you feeling like you are in paradise. This home boasts charming furniture, an eat-in kitchen, and a spacious open concept perfect for entertaining! With a king bed in the master and two full beds, in the second bedroom, this lovely condo sleeps up to 6 guests. The spectacular beachfront views and resort amenities including one seasonal beach service set up will make your stay wonderful! Head to the beach, enjoy the sauna, the pool, a game of shuffleboard, grill up your fresh catch on the barbecue, or have a picnic overlooking the lake! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only .5 miles away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From the open balcony, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water, or watch sailboats and fishing boats go by. Walkable restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and less than a mile from Lone Wolf Pizza, and Cracklings. A short drive to the Harborfront, with boat and jet ski rentals plus more great restaurants!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

This is my family's 2nd stay at Shoreline towers, both times managed by the same company. Overall we were happy with our stay for the location and price I booked at, and would stay here again. I really like the Shoreline towers for the easy access to the beach and appreciate that chair service is included with the rental as we fly and can't bring extra gear. The guys doing the chair service at the beach are great too! Plenty of good food locations and stores close by for groceries.Property was mostly clean, but could use a deep clean- especially for the price of the cleaning fee charged. There were dirty foot prints on the living room table and floors looked like they were only swept and still had some spills from previous guest. The plumbing could use some maintenance- kitchen sink is slow and hall bath toilet needs some help with flushing.Kitchen supplies could also use an update- lids didn't match pots, some broken and would have liked to have grilling utensils, and bigger skillets.No major issues or anything that needed to be brought to the managers attention right away. We were there for 10 days and were comfortable with our stay and look forward to staying here in the future.

Great location! Great place! No problems or issues. The only complaint we had was cleanliness, the bathroom and bedroom drawers had a significant amount of hair and dirt in them but all in all that can be fixed. We would stay there again

We family of 3 stayed for 10 days during hot summer and it was great.
We mostly liked the cold air coming our of AC duct in the kitchen, so refreshing after day spent on the beach.
We liked the TV in the living room as it is on a swivel arm and easy to attach a HDMI cable or USB adapter to a flash card.
We hope to return to this place next summer
