We loved our stay. It felt like home. We went for Thanksgiving and wanted a cozy, family-friendly environment with a kitchen that allowed us to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. It had everything we needed. I brought an air fryer, but it turned out there was already one there! The only thing I missed was a rice cooker, but I had brought mine just in case. I also packed beach chairs, but those were provided too.
The furniture is new and modern, exactly like the photos, and I thought it was funny that the apartment even had the same sofa I have at home. The view was absolutely beautiful. It was very cold during our stay, but the view was so amazing that we didn’t even feel the need to leave the apartment.
The only downside was the sprinkler system outside, it stayed on constantly, and if we wanted to walk to the sand, we ended up getting wet, which wasn’t ideal since it was cold and windy. Other than that, everything was perfect.
The apartment is close to everything. I 100% recommend!

Very happy with our stay, exactly as pictured. Unit was on the beach with beautiful views. 1114 is in tower 1 on the 11th flooring angled to the west. Unit included beach service as well as having additional beach supplies in the laundry room. We loved the huge kitchen stocked with everything we would need as well as having a washer and dryer. King mattress in master bedroom was very comfortable. Short driver to HarborWalk village and popular restaurants. Far enough away to be able to actually relax.
We would definitely return to 1114. Beautiful beach front unit with an extremely response host. Thank you, RealJoy!

Came to do a last minute 4 day weekend and Shoreline Towers in Destin did not disappoint. So comfy and cozy. Both bedrooms had king size beds. Full kitchen and great amenities and the view from tower 1 on the 11th floor was amazing. Customer service called us to see if we needed anything. We loved our stay and had the best time. The apartment was awesome, clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that our time was too short and we had to go home. We will definitely come back again!!

The accommodations were excellent; the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. They have extra beach chairs, and the unit offers umbrella service for each apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a spectacular view. Just a suggestion: some disposable microfiber cloths for cleaning the kitchen. I know a lot of people like to use paper towels, but that doesn't work for me. So, I'm just saying it's a suggestion.

This unit is gorgeous, open concept, as well as very spacious! Plenty of closet storage. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Had issues with the dishwasher at first, but then it started working so not sure if it was user error or machine error. Was very nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. No fault of the owner, but one of the two elevators was out of service the entire week! Wi-Fi never worked but was probably a good Thing for us to take a break from the phones lol. Owner was very quick to respond to any question I asked, so excellent communication! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this unit again in the future!!

Otis Elevator was there yesterday to repair the one that wasn't operational. The HVAC is brand new and should be able to cool quite nicely! The dishwasher is very quiet at first start and sometimes hard to tell if it's even running. (Once you've selected the cycle and pushed start, you then close the door as the countdown begins.) I was not aware of any wifi issues, but I could have told you how to reboot the router to get it up and running again-glad it didn't prohibit your enjoyment of our place. In any case, I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay and we'd be happy to have you back!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was exceptional clean and up to date. Right when you enter it smells clean and feels just like home. They had WiFi, and a ps4 which kept my kids happy and busy when we weren’t at the beach. Honestly have zero complaints. I would love to continue to stay here but seems like they are all book for the next year. 🙁 My only complain (I guess) - The toilet seat has a crack on it and it pinches your behind when you sit. lol The washer and dryer both had issues. The washer didn’t spin correctly and left our clothes soaked. Had to run an addition rinse spin at the end which took forever to wash. The dryer didn’t dry our clothes fully and if too heavy or too much clothes it would open the door and stop the dryer.🥴 But we managed, just took way more longer to wash and dry our clothes .

There was no breakfast but the location was excellent. The unit appeared to have been fairly recently remodeled and I appreciated the gray/white color themes vice the traditional yellows and teal blues that are frequently found in such facilities. It was also one of the largest condos we have rented for what I thought was a very fair rate. We also loved the fact that the master bedroom opened onto the balcony. There was plenty of parking. It was also probably the cleanest condo that we had ever rented. Shoreline towers was within close proximity to everything place we wanted to go in Destin. The location off Gulf Shore Drive was better than being right on Highway 98, Gulf Shore Drive took us to a traffic light for access to Hwy 98 which can be a very busy highway!

The property was beautiful and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed all the amenities and everything was included in the condo. It was fully stocked with kitchen ware and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was the master bathroom the toilet flushed kind of slow but other than that everything in the condo was suburb.

The condo is beautiful - very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We loved how the beach had umbrellas and chairs available. There were a couple of minor issues - there was no hot water from the kitchen sink, The dishwasher wouldn’t release the soap, and the ice machine was very difficult to figure out on the refrigerator. Despite those minor things, I would definitely come back to the condo with my friends.

Owner of the condo carefully thought of everything a family would need during their stay. The even had a fan in the closet if you like sleeping with one😉�. Property was perfect...exactly as listed, well furnished, stocked kitchen, easy/close beach access, perfect view from master and patio of the beach, spacious layout, patio well suited for views and playing games in the evening, elevators were close to the room and quick to pick up, never a shortage of loading carts, nice to have a trash chute right past the elevators too. Only property consideration was that ice was in bldg 2, on the way to the beach, but not in bldg 1. Would be nice to have ice access. Only unit recommendations are to put up blackout shades in 2nd bedroom as walkway lights are bright and keep the room pretty bright. Secondly, I would like to see a privacy latch, chain or one-way deadbolt in the unit so guests are comfortable and feel safe when in the unit.

Awesome property. The toilet in master bathroom as mentioned in other reviews it WORKS JUST super slow have to hold down handle longer than expected but again it works. The master bedroom is pretty warm during day even keeping blinds drawn during peek sun time. Just a suggestion a full length mirror placed somewhere in condo would be great. Master only has the mirror in bathroom no other in bedroom. Loved location size decor. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We loved this property! The views cannot be beat! The location was great and we loved how close it was to all that Destin had to offer! The only minor issue were the doors in front of the laundry. They got stuck quite often and were difficult to open and close. Overall, a great property and a beautiful location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo! It was the perfect space for us and with breathtaking views. The beach was just as beautiful! The water was so clear. It truly was the perfect place to introduce our boys to the ocean for the first time. My only complaints would be that there was no dish soap provided, no broom or dustpan (just a mop), and only one roll of paper towels and two small packets of dishwasher and laundry detergent for our 5 nights stay. However, these are quite small inconveniences that I'm sure the property manager would have taken care of should we have called to make such a request. We just made due as we were too busy relaxing and enjoying ourselves to make a fuss over such little things. I also had a difficult time getting the dryer to completely dry the towels. It took a long time but probably just operator error. Again, minor inconveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend and we will be back!! Thank you!

The good news is that the Target and grocery store are wishing walking distance. As for the dryer, it is only a couple years old & was working just well 2 weeks ago when we were there. Maybe the lint screen wasn’t cleaned out prior to you running the dryer. We would be happy to have you back and let your boys enjoy another stay on the beach!

This unit is gorgeous, open concept, as well as very spacious! Plenty of closet storage. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Had issues with the dishwasher at first, but then it started working so not sure if it was user error or machine error. Was very nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. No fault of the owner, but one of the two elevators was out of service the entire week! Wi-Fi never worked but was probably a good Thing for us to take a break from the phones lol. Owner was very quick to respond to any question I asked, so excellent communication! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this unit again in the future!!

Otis Elevator was there yesterday to repair the one that wasn't operational. The HVAC is brand new and should be able to cool quite nicely! The dishwasher is very quiet at first start and sometimes hard to tell if it's even running. (Once you've selected the cycle and pushed start, you then close the door as the countdown begins.) I was not aware of any wifi issues, but I could have told you how to reboot the router to get it up and running again-glad it didn't prohibit your enjoyment of our place. In any case, I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay and we'd be happy to have you back!

We had a great vacation at Holiday Isle, Destin. Kitchen and Living room amenities are one of the best. Decor at the whole property is great. For afternoon relaxation with 55" UHD TV in the living room is a great addition. We would love to come back for our next vacation for sure.

We had a great time at Matthews condo for our 10 year anniversary. He was great to work with! The pictures of the view do not do it justice. The view is amazing! Tons of silverware/dishes and Tupperware (we usually have to buy some so this was great). Rooms are spacious. Parking is easy. Awesome restaurants close - AJs, Back Porch, Jackucados, Cantinas - this is where we had our Anniversary dinner on Thursday night with a perfect view of the 9pm fireworks - this is also at the Harbor Walk Villiage which has Margaritaville, zip lines and shopping! Great location off the main highway thaty keeps the traffic noise to a minimum. Wonderful location in building 1 directly facing the gulf with great views. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Amazing array of restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. Condo is clean and comfortable. Grounds are well maintained with heated pool all season. LOVED our stay and cannot wait to return. Wonderful, friendly people stay there and that run the establishment. Safe and secure with friendly guards who secure the grounds and make regular rounds and if there is a problem it is dealt with immediately. Property owner is great to work with and responds quickly to requests and questions.

It was our summer family vacation with our ten year old daughter. We all had a great time. The condo location is very convenient for shopping, sight seeing and of course the beach. You can enjoy the beach from the living room, bedroom and the balcony. It was easy to get the beach front seats from the rental company every day. The condo was very comfortable, nice beds. Having the washer and dryer really helped to wash the swimsuits and beach towels. I highly recommend the condo for everyone who is planning a visit to Destin. We enjoyed the Thai delights restaurant located in the target complex close by. We had a great time.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location could not have been better. The building is as close to the beach as you can get which makes things very convenient. It is also walking distance to a few really delicious restaurants and the Target and Wynn Dixie were just a few blocks away. Watching dolphins play in the blue-green water from the balcony was really amazing. We saw them from the beach several times, but it's really nice to get that nice view from the 11th floor balcony. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with a large fridge, washer and dryer and very comfortable beds. Thanks for opening your home to us. I highly recommend this condo for a great vacation!

This condo is a very spacious 2BR unit. The living area and bedrooms are very large along with a big, open kitchen. You can watch the dolphins from the patio, and it is within walking distance to many restaurants. You will not find a prettier beach, and it is located close to everything you could ever want on a vacation. I plan to book this unit again in the future.

I took my kids here for spring break, 3/26 - 4/2. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and gorgeous views (as described). The area was well secured and promoted a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. We were close to all the stores and restaurants we needed. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn't the best so my kids couldn't enjoy the ocean as they had hoped, but the heated pool was very nice. Mr. Rice was honest, kind, and professional to work with so I would highly recommend this vacation property. I would vacation here again, but would want to come later in the season in hopes of being able to enjoy the ocean more.

Great location! Beautiful views! Painting and bathtubs could be updated but those are minor cosmetics. Refrigerator water/ice stopped working after the first night but maintenance was able to fix it. Comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is our second year staying here. The condo has a great view of the ocean - in fact, its so great, we opted to eat out on the balacony several times during our stay. And there are so many places to eat! The condo is well equiped and very clean. The owner even has a closet with beach stuff (chairs, toys, etc) that we could use. I highly recommend staying here!!!

This was our first time to Destin and we had an amazing time. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was fully furnished and the beds were very comfortable. I LOVED the large walk in closet/changing room. This is a nice size unit. The sand is SO white - and you can find great shells everywhere!!!! We never had a bad meal - loved the Donut Hole and Calahan's! Going to Harborwalk Village at night is so cool - the lights and sounds! We will be coming back next year!

We had a wonderful and relaxing visit. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping, but the best is the fantastic view of the ocean right from your balcony. Just perfect for meals, reading and just enjoying the view. Even while inside your view is excellent from the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is well equipped and having a washer and dryer right there is always a nice perk. The pictures accurately reflect the appearance of each room and the view. The beach is a short walk and the ramp to the beach has a bench which was nice for visiting others there in the evenings. There was also a shelf to store your shoes while your on the beach which was nice as well. We were there a week and enjoyed every moment.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was very spacious and clean. The location was great and the view was amazing. As other reviewers have noted, it could use some updating. However, they are obviously in the process of doing so, with new appliances and flat screen tvs in every room. For the price, location, view, and space, I thought we got a great deal. There was a similar condo (in location and price point) that we were deciding between that had the standard updates (granite countertops and new bathrooms) but no balcony/view. I am so glad we chose this condo. Every morning we had coffee on the balcony; you are right on the beach, and four of us fit on the balcony without any problems. The kitchen was a good size and there was plenty of storage/closet space. I also saw that some complained about the location of the pool. I checked beforehand, Shoreline Towers has three buildings: 1 and 2 are on the beach, 3 is next to the pool. It is a short walk. The pool itself was clean with plenty of chairs. The fitness center is great. There are several treadmills and bikes, free weights, and two weight machines in an air-conditioned room with a tv and water. We used the gym several times during our stay. The owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions before our trip. There were no issues during our stay. Overall, we had a great time. If you stay here, make sure you stop at Capriccio Café next door. Great coffee and crepes within walking distance to the condo.

Love this beautiful condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is right on the beach so the view is amazing! The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water and soft white sand. The week at the condo was great. It was super clean, kid friendly, and had many great features. The condo looked just like the photos and description of the condo was a perfect match. If we had any issues the property manager was quick to respond and assist. The mornings drinking coffee over looking the beach was my favorite part. It was just an elevator ride down to the beach and a easy walk back up. The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and there were alot of things to do in the area without being croweded. There are grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, and other family friendly things to do in a short drive. It was a great place to stay and we are planning on returning next year. I would recommend this condo to family and friends in a heart beat.

My family has stayed at this condo the past three summers and we absolutely love it! The view from the 11th floor balcony is amazing! You can see the beach to your left and see the city to your right. Sunsets are wonderful to take in and then hit the town for some great dinner at many of the great places to eat. Or you can stay in and cook with all the necessary pots, pans and utencils needed. The beach in front of the condo is perfect and each morning the chair crew have all the chairs and umbrellas set out ready to enjoy. We've already booked our fourth year in a row and can't wait till next summer. You will enjoy your stay and the owners are wonderful and great to work with as you rent.

This condo is in a perfect location, sitting directly on the beach. The 2 BR unit was fully equipped with HD tvs, stocked kitchen, etc. and is well maintained and exactly as described. The unit is one of the best in the complex with an open balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets. (There are 3 towers at Shoreline and this one is preferred as it sits on the beach--not all units in this tower face the beach either, so this one is as good as it gets for location). Great location too. Walking distance to a few great restaurants and a very short drive to just about anywhere in Destin. We've always enjoyed Destin, and this condo is centrally located to all that Destin has to offer. We will be staying in this unit again! Thanks.

Our family stayed in this condo for 5 nights. This is a great condo with fantastic beach views. Our kids had an fun time playing at the beach and then swimming at pool on the premises. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Destin!

Our family really loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 11th floor of Shoreline Towers. The beaches are perfect and so is the condo. For a family of five the condo served all of our needs. Condo is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and microwave. Each morning I enjoyed getting up and opening the blinds in the master bedroom to see the beautiful ocean view. At night we enjoyed sitting on the balacony and enjoy the breaze and view of the ocean and sunsetting. I highly recommend this unit!!!

We enjoyed our beach experience in Destin—right there on the beach in your condo at Shoreline Towers. The facilities were very nice and up to date. Access to the beach was convenient, not to mention being able to overlook the Gulf from our balcony. I highly recommend the facilities and your condo particularly.
