The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The beach is easily accessible. Security and beach service were great. The check in and out process was very easy. We had a great vacation!

Just got back from our first vacation in Destin and this condo was perfect. Having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and listening to the waves was priceless. Every morning we got to watch the dolphins swim by too. We will be back. Hopefully soon! 🩵

My family was very satisfied with the property. Very clean, no maintenance problems while we were there. Great view from the balcony, kitchen had all the basics. Two extra beach chairs in the unit and the Towers have two wooden chairs set up for each unit out on the beach. Five star review. The only time I thought “wish it had this” were extremely minor: cutting board for the kitchen and a garbage can in master bath. It also wasn’t clear which tower we were supposed to go to upon arrival (Tower 1) but I might be a moron. Best value for dollar I’ve had at a vrbo property.

This was a sisters' trip and two of us are handicapped. That was not a problem between beach service and the short walk to the beach. Beautiful views and plenty of space. My sister really enjoyed the kitchen area and we made a few breakfasts during our stay. Will definitely look at this condo again for future stays.

Was overall a nice place to stay. Close to everything could walk most places. Clean, staff was friendly. Few things to improve on-quick fixes like no hot pads (quick easy fix) and only one kitchen towel & wash cloth for the week. I was skeptical about going to Panama City for spring break, but turns out it was on the tail end of break fir colleges, so it was quite and very family oriented. I would recommend the Boardwalk Condo units. We would go back again

We booked this condo on a whim for a spontaneous spring break surprise for our kids. The unit was perfect for our family of 6. The walkability to the private beach will keep us coming back! Despite the owner giving notice (and discounted rate) for ongoing construction, our stay was very minimal affected by the work. Nights were quiet, staff was friendly, unit was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and had the perfect view. We will be coming back!

The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for laundry, meals, everything. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for relaxing time on the beach. Our stay came with one beach setup (umbrella and 2 chairs) and it was easy to add another setup that we paid for, but the crew on the beach setup. Know ahead of time you can't use your own canopy, but could try your own chairs though the beach is pretty full with what the beach service provides.

Great location and beach staff is incredible! A few items lacked cleanliness: in the guest bathroom (bath rug) and kitchen (dirty glasses put away in cupboards with clean items) were only detergent to condition of condo. Also, the unit needs oven mits and specific cleaning items for ceramic top cooktop.

We traveled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Check in was super easy. Condo is clean and roomy. Everything seemed updated and worked perfectly. Master bedroom is separated into its own suite so bathroom/closet/bedroom lock. The master has great view of the ocean from a few angles and European style windows that open. It's great hearing the ocean while you sleep. The patio is large and has an amazing view. We had a great time. One tip: bring salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters (and coffee of course).

This property was all that was advertised. Beautiful view of the gorgeous emerald coast, comfy beds & plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was a nice to relax on and the amenities were plentiful. The in-unit washer/dryer was helpful and the master closet/bath was spacious. The unit itself was clean and no bugs to report. Loved the beach decor and the family pics in the hallway. A nice reminder for the kids that we are in someone else’s home. Communication with Brian and Marie was flawless and timely. We appreciated the heads up on places to go and see. Favorite 3 spots to eat were McGuires, Boshamps & the Back Porch. All fantastic meals. We CANNOT wait to come back to Destin. Beautiful beaches and water. Plenty of stores to make you feel at home, without the overcrowding of other destinations. We had a blast and part of our amazing vacation was because of where we stayed. Unit was clean with a nice beach decor. Bathrooms are updated. Kitchen could use a new countertop and microwave. Washer and dryer are small and need to be replaced due to just worn out. On the plus side, the AC was working great! Unit has a very nice view. Great restaurants are nearby. Access to the beach couldn't be any better. Would recommend and would consider returning.

This was a beautiful rental in a perfect location. It was spacious and we have stayed at other condos in Destin, but this by far had the best view. Nothing beats waking up to the sound and view of the ocean. We could see dolphins and schools of fish swimming by from our comfortable bed on the 8th floor. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils I was able to find everything I needed. Target is right across the road for any last minute needs and Destin Commons us a short drive and great place for the kids to play in the evening. The beach is just a few steps off of the elevator and the beach chairs and umbrella set up is a game changer. The pool is also a short walk and was clean and quiet. We definitely plan to come back!

This is our 2nd year visiting this condo and our stay this time was just as amazing as last year. There is plenty of room for my family of four to stretch out and relax. The bathroom updates and overall decor are wonderful, and the washer and dryer in unit it an awesome bonus! We hope to continue visiting this condo for years to come!

The unit was in good shape. We've traveled to many condos in our 40 years of travels and nice well kept beach front units are difficult to find. This was one of those rare finds. The unit was clean, furniture was in good shape, bathrooms were in very good condition, kitchen was well stocked and no issues were encountered. Having a beach umbrella and chairs available each day was another nice benefit. And to top it off the weather was absolutely perfect all week long.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two young kids. Due to the time we got there we checked in with the security guard at the gate, he was nice and very informative. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay and we really enjoyed it. My kids thought the pool was fantastic but I enjoyed the beach more and having the chair service already reserved was a lifesaver. The best part of our stay was being able to open the patio doors and watch the waves roll in.

Condo was just like the pictures. It was comfortable, clean, and located in a great location. Enjoyed the shaded balcony and comfortable chairs/lounger throughout the day. Complimentary beach service (umbrella and chairs) were a life saver! (As was the convenient washer/dryer located inside condo). Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and very clean. Couch/chair was confortable for evening family movies. Beds were comfortable. Condo location was fantastic. Had an area on each floor to leave sandy beach toys (great idea!). And plenty of carts always available to carry luggage to/from car/condo. We did not utilize pool, but it looked clean and not too crowded. Gym was nice and I was able to get a full workout in. Communication with the owners leading up to and during the stay was very fast. I truly give it 5 stars and plan to return on our next trip to Destin.

My children and I had a wonderful time. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious, and quite comfortable. In the words of my daughter, “It’s amazepuffs!!” Now, I am not entirely familiar with her verbiage, but based on the big, excited grin she had on her face as she and her brother ran from room to room exploring, I’d say it constitutes high praise. The sizeable and well equipped kitchen coupled with a grocery right around the corner meant that we could eat whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. And there was even a closet full of games just in case there was a rainy day (or overly sunburnt shoulders). The view of the beach and the gentle sound of the breaking waves made for a very relaxing stay. And the condo had a very happy and carefree vibe which added to it. We highly recommend it!

Loved our time in Destin and at this condo! The owners are so sweet and very responsive to any questions we had. The view is the only reason you need to choose this condo! We also LOVED having the setup for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for every day of our stay. What a huge benefit! The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, glass, appliance, pot/pan, and gadget your could need. The master bathroom is just great! The master bedroom has a great view and direct access to the patio. We enjoyed spending time on the patio with the full water/beach view. Most days we were able to see dolphins right from our patio between 7:15 and 7:30am. Having the washer/dryer in the condo was very useful! The beach and water are absolutely gorgeous! You can see why it's called the Emerald Coast! The sand is white and very fine so it's a dream to walk the beach as we did nearly every day. What a perfect spot! Multiple restaurants within walking distance were very handy for us and we enjoyed them all in our month there. The only negatives were that you must bring/buy any cleaning supplies you need as nothing like that is provided. Since we were there for a month it was a frustration to have to buy all of that kind of stuff! It seems you can't leave any of that for the next guests either. There wasn't even a salt or pepper shaker. Now that we know all that, we'd definitely still book this condo again, but we'd come better prepared. The property at Shoreline Towers is in good shape with the exception that the area around our building's elevators was torn out and hadn't been put back together the whole month we were there. The pool area is well maintained, but the homeowners association has a date that they stop heating the pool. That was definitely a problem since this was a very cool April so we only used the pool one time. Choose this condo for your vacation and I'm quite sure you'll be very happy you did.

The kitchen and bathroom upgrades were wonderful and the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom were breath-taking. This place was perfect for my family between the beach, pool, and shopping/restaurant proximity, as well as the size of the condo. The washer and dryer in unit was a definite bonus! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and I hope to reserve this unit in the future as well! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

This is a beautiful renovated beachfront condo, perfectly set up for a week at the beach. The added bonus of set-up beach lounge chairs and an umbrella each day was a wonderful touch. The water was cristal clear and home to playful dolphins and small rays surfing the waves. Everyone loved watching them show off. The pool served as a nice getaway from the sand when the kids needed a change of scenery. It’s small, but was never crowded. The small gym has all the equipment one needs to help stay in shape while at the beach. There is a great running route just out the front gate as well. The three condo buildings seemed just a bit tired, but there were signs referencing repairs and remodeling, so perhaps they’ll soon be getting a facelift. None of this detracted from our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent the same great unit again. The location is ideal. The large grocery store and a Walgreens are directly across the street. Restaurants and non-beach entertainment were aplenty. Regardless of what you’re looking to do while in Destin, this is a great spot to serve as home base.

Our family had a great time at Shoreline Towers in Destin. This is our fourth time using this particular condo and we love everything about it. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and customer oriented. The condo is perfect for a family vacation, including 2 toddlers, with a central location to everything in the Destin area. The condo is clean and well maintained and gave us all the feeling of being at home throughout our stay. There is easy beach and pool access as well as many other water sport activities located within a short distance from the property. The property is located within a couple of miles of great restaurants, including Harborwalk Village, which is awesome. We will certainly be making our reservations for 2018 in the near future.

Real Joy staff

We stayed in this room with my parents and our two kids. Everything was perfect. The room: We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The room was comfortable and we didn't have any trouble staying cool inside. The kids loved the board games and the wii that are in the room. We even got a call from housekeeping when arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The location: The location couldn't be better. Once you go down the elevator, you walk outside right next to the pier that goes to the beach. It was great having two chairs included in the rental. Also, right across the street, there's a Target, Winn-Dixie, and several other places which was very convenient. We've stayed at some places in the past that just had one or two things wrong. This place couldn't have been better. We're definitely going to book this room again.

Great location! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the beach service (2 chairs and umbrella daily) set up for us. Wifi and washer/dryer a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. All new appliances. The beds were comfortable. You can't go wrong with this condo rental. We hope to rent here again. A++

I chose this unit for 3 main reasons: First, the rooms seemed larger than in other condos I've rented over the last 17 years of visits; Second, beach service was included with the rental; Third, the unit has a washer/dryer. I was extremely pleased with my decision and I actually hope to rent this unit again. The owners are remodeling and upgrading as time goes on and already the furniture for the living room is new and different than in the photo. Very updated and comfortable furniture, by the way. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms a good size (I've stayed in some where all rooms were tight!). With the open floor plan, space was not an issue for me and the 4 teens that came along ~ each daughter brought a friend. Clearly the unit is family owned as there is a plethora of video games and family games to do in the event of rain. The pool is not in front of this building and is a short walk across one parking lot to another building. This did not matter to me, as I liked not having to walk through a busy pool patio, but my kids wished it was right on the beach...or on the way to the beach. The property is quiet and off the main road so not a lot of noise or traffic. The teens were wanting more teens but adults will love the lack of teens :-). Perfect for families! Shoreline Towers is in the perfect location with a Target, Walgreens and a McDonald's across the street and just up the road from Walmart, Chick Fil A, and Fudpuckers. We always go to The Track and McGuires and we were close to both of those as well. The teens could walk to a close coffee shop or McDonald's. And the final BONUS was the AWESOME communication with the owners and the onsite management company when I had any questions whatsoever. And I only had to ask one question, that was about the wifi which was answered and resolved within minutes with a friendly, follow-up call from the management company. Definitely recommend this unit. I look forward to renting with them again and seeing the next updates they have planned! Thank you for a great stay!!

Our stay here was great! We stayed 7 days in October. The weather was PERFECT. There were no lines at the restaurants. It was the perfect season. The condo was better than expected. We choose it because of the price and most square footage. Therefore, I was nervous since it was one of the cheapest, but it was just what we needed! There were plenty of towels/rags and toilet paper. The master bed was comfy, & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook! The couches have been upgraded since the picture, so it looked more modern than we expected. The storage closet by the elevator had tons of shovels, buckets, floats, boogie boards, etc, so we actually didn't have to buy what we forgot at home. All in all, the place was great. The owners also checked in on us through email to make sure we didn't need anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our third year vacationing at the condo and we had another great week with our family. The condo is conveniently located right on the beach with fantastic views of the gulf from the balcony. The condo is clean and in tip top shape, including a well stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. With the Holiday Isle location we were close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and various water sports. It is the perfect spot for a family vacation or perhaps a romantic getaway. We look forward to booking again next year.

We had a great time on our vacation at this condo. It was right on the beach and you could watch the dolphins from the balcony, while having your morning coffee. The master bedroom had a king size bed and a view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer made it convenient to keep towels and beach wear clean. The condo is located close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. This was our first time to visit Destin and the stay at the condo made our visit more enjoyable. The Ogles were very responsive to any questions we had and very helpful with the check in process. We are looking forward to a return visit.

We love this condo and will be back! Beautiful view of the Gulf from the master bedroom with easy access to our balcony to watch the porpoise. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to have Netflix and many games for the family. We thought the kitchen was better stocked than ours at home. Washer/dryer very helpful. Perfect vacation condo.

Our family has vacationed at this beautiful condo for the last two summers and have booked again this year. We love that it is right on the beach with great views of the ocean from the living area and both bedrooms. The large balcony is a wonderful spot for your morning coffee or a casual meal. Last year, we brought our boat and were able to park it onsite. There was even fresh water to spray off the boat at the end of the day. The Ogles take care to keep everything well-stocked and in good working order.

Our week at this condo was AMAZING. Everything in the condo is clean, organized and met all our needs for our family. We have young kids and teenagers and this condo provided something for everyone. We adored this condo! To be thorough as possible, I'm going to break down our trip & the condo rooms: Check-In: Check-In & check-out were a breeze. We found Shoreline Towers staff, including guards at entrance, super nice & helpful. Owners: Friendly and quick to respond. Very easy to work with! The Beach: AMAZING! Plenty of room for our umbrella & stuff each day. The Pool: Clean & fun, only a short walk away. Condo Kitchen: Large, bright & airy. Huge countertop w/room for all our snacks, as well as room to eat. All appliances working & served our needs the entire visit. Kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/plates, etc. We truly had everything we needed. Washer/dryer off kitchen, although small-sized, worked extremely well. I did laundry each day-no complaints at all. Condo Living Room: Very spacious & clean! Dining table w/6 chairs. Comfy sofa/loveseat/chair/ottoman. Quite enough seating. Décor bright & beachy. Nice-sized tv. 3 teens loved watching Netflix. We immediately felt at home. Balcony DOES have a gorgeous view. Due to arrangement of towers, it's not entirely a full-on view, but STILL gorgeous. We felt right on the beach. The sound of waves was amazing! Condo Hallway: Small table showcasing owners' pics, sized just right to be our "sunscreen station" for the week. Closet has several games, from toddler-fun to adults. 2nd bathroom suited our needs perfectly. 3 teens had no problems sharing/taking turns getting ready each day. Condo Second Bedroom: 2 very comfy queen-sized beds, plenty spacious, including closet & dresser drawers. Teens loved it & had plenty of room. Again, enjoyed Netflix on bedroom tv. Condo Master Bedroom: THIS is the room that made me fall in love with this condo. Not that the other rooms aren't nice, because they are. However, this room has such an amazing view! Not only does it have a sliding door that leads to balcony, but also has huge window that allows you to lie in bed & stare out at ocean. I have rheumatoid arthritis, & found the bed to be huge, super comfortable & welcome relief on the days my joints acted up. SO cozy that once I was so happy just to relax in bed a while & watch the waves & storm that passed through. Area of Destin: Loved it! Winn-Dixie & Target right across street. We did the touristy things-McGuires, Fudpuckers, Harbor Village, Outlet Mall. We felt close to everything we wanted to do. This condo truly was a home-away-from-home. We loved staying here & had a GREAT vacation!

We celebrated our honeymoon at this Destin condo. Everything you could possibly need is available and the beach access and views are fabulous!! The gated complex even has an exercise facility and its own pool, plus you have access to a private beach. There are so many things to do in the area - eat, shop, watch the fishermen bring in their catches. From the condo we also saw many boats, parasails and even dolphins. We loved the sound of the waves at night too. We would definitely return to this beautiful condo!! We highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation, completely furnished - nothing to do but show up!

My husband and I had an absolute wonderful time during a vacation to Destin. Our stay at Shoreline was awesome. The second we opened the doors to this condo we were like little kids at Christmas running around to see everything. We were in awe of how nice the condo was as a whole, from the amenities, the decor, the cleanliness, and then to top it all off, the view of the ocean right there in front of you. For a vacation with no agenda planned, the place you stay matters because we spent a lot of time there, this condo was the perfect fit for the no agenda and the perfect spot for total relaxation for a full week. We will definitely be keeping this condo in mind for our future vacation stays.

This vacation spot is great. The condo is perfect for a family with kids. They even thought of the little things like a pack-n-play for my youngest. This is the third time to stay at Shoreline and my first in this condo. This is by far my favorite unit to have stayed in and can't wait to go back next summer.

This is a great condo in a safe and friendly condominium community. Clean and tastefully decorated, this unit is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the beach. The HarborWalk Village and McGuire's Pub are just minutes away. This condo has every amenity needed for a fun vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation at Shoreline Towers. The condo was in great shape and right on the beach with a fabulous dolphin show each morning. The location is convenient for dining, water sports, golf and just about anything you can imagine. The condo is great for families with children of any age, but can also be used as a getaway for two. Our family gave the big thumbs up immediately after opening up the doors to this condo. It was "beachy" with nice furniture and gave you a sense of being at your second home. The condo was clean and roomy. The two girls loved their room and had a blast here. We spent hours glazing over the balcony towards the beach. It was located within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shopping, or the harbor walk, as well as rental locations for pontoons, wave runners, parasailing, charter fishing, etc. Would definitely love to stay in this condo again. This rental exceeded its description in every way. The condo was very comfortable and roomy and was equipped with every item you could need. We loved the fact that the beautiful private beach was just outside our doors. Everything, including the grocery store was located close by and there was something for all ages. We had the most amazing vacation in this condo. We felt like we were staying right on the beach. The views were incredible. From our porch, we saw many pods of dolphins swimming by in the clear blue water. It was very safe and kid friendly. My kids walked back and forth between beach, pool and condo. The pool and work out room were beautiful and clean. The condo was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. They had games for us to play in the evenings and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. We look forward to returning next year!
