No need to bring your own umbrella or chairs, the unit pays for two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. If you bring your own umbrella it will be hard to find a place to set up due to you can’t be in front of anyone with a beach service umbrella. The unit is great. Fully stocked kitchen as far as any kitchen item you would need. Master bath is large. Balcony looks out on to the beach. Already booked for next year.

Great stay!! The only thing to note is the distance to the pool is far if you’re traveling with kids and/or people who like the pool over beach. BUT, the walk to the beach was short which is a plus!!

The condo was wonderful! It was very nice and up to date. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. They weren’t the best about responding and fixing a couple issues we had with the condo. Regardless, it was a great vacation! I would definitely stay in that condo again.

My husband, two boys and I stayed for 5 days at this beautiful place and it was by far the cleanest, most beautiful beach view that we have ever stayed at in Florida! It was also a simple walk to the beach and that made it so much easier with having two kids! The staff was amazing to work with unlike others in the past! I absolutely LOVED the location. The only thing I would ask for next time is that if you want us to put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it, provide us dishwasher detergent. Also, there were some clothes left behind from previous guests

Beautiful condo in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked extremely well. Condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Short walk to stores makes it easy to get around without a car. Our only complaint was the primary bedroom tv worked but the screen was not viewable and rental company was unable to fix before we left.

Very good experience both with service and physical accomodations. Proactive approach from RealJoy reduced any issues to zero. High end unit lacked nothing, right down to the chairs and umbrella already on the beach. Just go have a seat, no worries.

The condo was spotless! The pictures look amazing but it was so much better in person! The view was awesome we enjoyed coffee in the morning watching the sunrise! The Airbnb definitely surpassed expectations. It really looks nice in the pictures online but somehow it’s actually so much nicer in person. The area was great I love that there is a gate guard. The view from the room was phenomenal. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is thinking about booking it. We came all the way from west Texas and got lucky to find this Airbnb. The Airbnb was also extremely clean!

Great family vacation!

The condo was great! Very clean and organized and very well stocked with the necessities (pots,pans, towels, etc). The view was amazing. We loved the ease of access to the beach and the on-site amenities. All staff were more than helpful, and all full-time residents we met during our stay were very welcoming. The security building didn't have ANY of our information in their system when we arrived, which was frustrating considering it was provided 6 days prior to check in. This resulted in a 20-minute wait and a struggle for the security staff to get us into the gated property. We learned it was by NO FAULT of the condo owner or Shoreline Towers. This fell back on Booking.com. After a phone call with the booking company, she input our information into the system. We were told they could not see communication through our guest portal, but i was able to pull it up while on the phone with the representative.
