We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. Less than a mile from Mellow Mushroom and Another Broken Egg Cafe and a short drive to the Harborfront, with boat and jet ski rentals plus more great restaurants!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! This condo is beautiful. Very clean and easy access to beach. Good parking with security guard. The only thing I would have have liked was some beach chairs and surf boards to use because we flew there and had to buy all that stuff plus toys and throw them away after a week. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The building is very close to the beach. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated, and the space is perfect for a group stay. The location is perfect for accessing the rest of the city, restaurants, and attractions. We would recommend it to other guests.
