I just want to say that everything was easy from the start. Beautiful place. Pool was amazing!! The few was like no other! I didn't have any issues. Although they respond quickly. Lots to do in and around the area. Be sure to schedule a dolphin cruise.

We had a wonderful stay at Shoreline Towers 1022! One unexpected but very welcome surprise was that the unit includes beach service—two chairs and an umbrella—which wasn’t mentioned in the Airbnb listing.
The condo itself was spacious and well-stocked with all the essentials to get us started, including towels, washcloths, laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher packets. It was easy to find via the detailed instruction in the guest portal, convenient beach access and clean, well-maintained facility.
The pool isn’t large, but it was never overly crowded—unlike some of the nearby condo resorts we've stayed at before. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we definitely plan to return!

This was really an awesome stay. The views from the balcony and rooms to the ease of the walk to the beach. We had a few hiccups , AC went out for a day and had disposal complications but they were super quick to get their vendors out as promptly as they could. Answered all my constant questions lol. It is a lot with all the umbrella setups by the beach company so definitely set your things up earlier rather than later but they do let you have your own chairs and towels as long as you dont put them in front of the set ups . Beds were very comfy, huge bathrooms and lots of storage space for your things . Kitchen had all the necessities to make a meal! Nice big fridge for groceries. We will definitely be back! Fabulous condo - clean, family friendly and great location. Real Joy let us know the dishwasher wasn’t working-but they were working to repair it- before we even got there. They hooked us up with extra soap and offered paper plates/cups or anything they could do for the inconvenience. They checked in with us after 24 hours asking if we needed anything. Overall great communication by the company and perfect spot for a beach vacation!

Our family of 5 had the best time staying in this unit at Shoreline Towers. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and has a beautiful beach front view. It was an easy walk down to the beach. It was also within walking distance to many restaurants & shopping. The complex had nice amenities too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again. This was our first time in Destin and it was incredible. We will definitely be back!!

Ronnie - glad that you enjoyed our property! Unit 1022 is a great unit with quick stair or elevator access down to the garage and beach walkover. We love that our guests don't have to have a vehicle to get around and enjoy what Destin has to offer. On top of all of the local restaurants and shopping, a brand-new Publix is opening just around the corner from us - a fantastic place for groceries, deli, and home items. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as pictured in the listing and beautiful, the beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, nice furniture inside and on the deck, we would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to all things Destin, and short drive to everything else. The only negative is we had a pair of shoes stolen off the rack at the beach entrance our last morning. This is nothing toward the unit or facility, just be cautious leaving your shoes at the beach entrance.

King bed mattress could be better (indentation from sleep patterns - we sunk into the bed rather than resting on top of it) but we managed to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great condo. Had some small items with cleanliness (crackers from previous renters under kids beds) but it was a very small issue. The location is perfect for the beach, the boardwalk, and all the things to do in Destin. Going to dinner or out for the day, the longest we were in the car was 10 minutes. Walk to the beach and easy to rent chairs to sit and relax all day.

This unit is amazing. We loved the layout! The master bath makes this a great value! The kitchen and openness to the living space is sooo nice. As well, as being able to eat on the balcony. Weather was not real cooperative on our trip, but we still enjoyed getting to the beach, even if we had to wear a sweatshirt and cover up with our beach towels. Will definitely try to use this condo again! Thanks!

We could see the beach from every window! Drinking Coffee every morning off the balcony listening to the ocean was one of my favorites! The beach is so close and if you opt for the umbrella service everything is set up for you when you walk onto the beach everyday! This was our first gulf beach visit and we were impressed! The beach is warm, and gentle. The sand is super soft too! We have three kids 10,7,4. Everything from our room to the beach was a perfect fit for us. If one of the kids needed something we were close enough to the room it wasn't a problem. We also used the pool. It was nice to have the option of a pool, for a change of pace and the littlest liked the break from the waves. We went to Bo Champs for our date night...the food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. It's only a few minutes away and you can sit outside by the bay.We also stopped at The Other End. It is a burger place on the bay. Very laid back, awesome atmosphere too! Parking was a bit challenging but, the food did not disappoint!Over all it was an amazing trip with outstanding service! Can't wait to do it again!

Obviously they want the guests to be very comfortable while spending their vacation in this unit . We have booked it again for next November 2017 with no hesitation . During our stay a couple of issues were addressed quickly by management . T.V. was replaced with a new one and a toilet needed some repair . Actually, the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in and this is our 14th year in Destin. Very well equipped kitchen if you want to cook while there, which we did not. Beds were very comfortable. The master bath shower...WOW! View from our 2nd floor balcony was nice and so relaxing with our morning coffee. Rained the first three days and then the weather turned absolutely gorgeous. Have never seen the water so aqua and clean before in the spring. Dolphins were frolicking in the water and you could watch from your balcony. Best vacation ever! So relaxing. The beauty and cleaniness of the condo made it so enjoyable. We are already talking about our vacation in Destin next year and would love to stay in the same condo. We love Shoreline Towers, have for years. Have recommended it to so many of our friends and family. If your trying to make a decision, you wont be sorry for choosing Shoreline.

Our second week was spent in Unit 1022 and was great - a huge improvement over the unit we were in the first week. Very clean and the owners have added a very elegant touch to the décor. Location of the unit is great, 2nd floor near the stairwell and a very short walk to the beach, the kitchen is supplied with any and everything you might need and there were plenty of towels(a rare find), everything was outstanding! Bathrooms incredibly roomy and tons of storage. My husband and I used the fitness center daily and it was well equipped and never crowded. Gas grills located near the pool were an extra nice touch as well. Only negative I could say would be the pool being so far from the beach. That didn't effect us but I know how kids like to go back and forth from pool to the beach and I think it was too far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on being back :)

The condo was wonderfully decorated and very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom condos I've stayed in in Destin (and I've been visiting for 10+ years). Both bedrooms had wonderful views of the beach. One morning we were actually able to see dolphins from the spare bedroom window. This unit is also just a few steps away from the staircase so walking to the beach was a breeze. The elevators weren't far either and they ran pretty quickly. The pictures for this unit are pretty spot on except I don't think they show how much closet space both rooms have. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and the spare bedroom has a decent sized closet as well. Shoreline Towers itself was beautifully landscaped. I visited the pool in the late afternoon/evenings and it was great. It was rarely ever crowded and the water felt great (heated pool). The sauna was nice as well although it is only open during office hours I believe. All employees of Shoreline Towers that I encountered were incredibly nice and helpful. Check in was fast & easy- maybe only took 1-2 mintues. We had an issue soon after we got into the room regarding the door locking. After calling the office, someone was at our room to help within a few minutes. The men we encountered working in the guard building at the entrance were very kind as well. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone (and already have!).
