This was a great house, very spacious and a beautiful vacation rental with access to pool in a gated community. Short drive to the beach. The unit was not as clean as we would have hoped, upstairs was very sandy when we got there. Otherwise, a nice stay and would stay again.

Our family had a great stay at this house and would definitely comeback and stay here again.
The rental company was very responsive and reached out to make sure we were happy and everything was working smoothly. The only thing we did notice is that the floors didn’t seem to be completely clean as if you went barefoot, your feet would be very dirty.
The house is cozied into a nice private community and the neighborhood was very clean and seemed very respectful.
Next time, I would recommend renting a golf cart just to make hauling things to the beach easier as it’s about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the public beach access. We didn’t mind the walk and enjoyed morning walks to the local coffee shop and stores near the beach front.
Overall, a very nice house and would recommend it to others!

It was clean, well appointed and roomy. The beds are amazing There seemed to be less beds than in the pictures, but everything worked out fine. It wasn’t clear to me initially that the pool was so far away. Bring a wagon if you intend to walk.

This is a very beautiful home in a quite and beautiful neighborhood. My friends and I enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and relaxing on the sectional couch in the living room.

The house is exactly as described. My friends and i really enjoyed the kitchen. We ended up driving to the beach because we had so much to carry and it took us just a few minutes to get there, park and get to relaxing on the beach. We really enjoyed this house.

This property was just right. We loved the spaces, the beds, bathrooms, kitchen. Very clean! Everything was so comfortable and spacious. We had a couple of things come up, one due to a storm knocking out a breaker. The management was on it asap, communication was easy and fast. Truly top-notch service. We plan to book this house again for future vacations. Loved it!

The house was exactly like the photos! It was very clean. It is walkable to the beach, but it’s about 20 minutes to public access. Driving is easier and quicker, especially if you have beach items with you!

This was a great property. The home is exactly like the pictures. My family of 6 was very comfortable. I will say, if you don’t have the access code to the private beach entrance, it’s not walkable. You will need to drive for public access. It’s about a 2 minute drive. But walking is not very reasonable if you have small children like us. Nonetheless, the property was amazing. I will book again here next year!

This rental was perfect. Great price, the property was beautiful and clean. It is conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Was very spacious and had many beds/couches (one of which pulled out into a bed). We took advantage of the community pool which was a nice change of pace after the beach. Spacious property with lots of room. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms along with an upstairs loft area that had a pull out sofa. Very clean and just as advertised. The back porch was cozy and we spent a lot of time out there. Great neighborhood that is close to everything including the beach. We walked a lot. You can’t beat the location. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi but the host came out to check it and even followed up the next day. Great customer service. We would definitely stay at this or any other Real Joy property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the location was awesome. The house was very spacious in every area to accommodate our large family, everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided: from the kitchen accessories all the way to the bath accessories, the neighborhood was lovely and the beach was walkable. Just make sure you have your door code a few hours before arriving. It took us a little bit to get it and that part was annoying. We killed time by going out for dinner, other than that, everything else was great and we hope to be back soon.
