Welcome to Shore at Your Door, truly a hidden gem located less than 500ft from stunning Miramar Beach. This newly renovated townhome has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half baths. The first floor offers a garage which serves as the main access to the unit. Also located on the first floor is a laundry room, and a half-bath for your convenience. Moving up to the second level, you'll find a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a well-appointed kitchen with all new appliances, and another half bath. The third floor hosts a queen master suite and an additional guest bedroom featuring two full beds. Area Attractions:

Shore at Your Door is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Very nice stay and well worth it.

The beach is within walking distance about a block away. There are plenty of things to do that are close by. The fans/lights in the bedrooms of our condo use the same remote as the condo next to us. This caused a bunch of confusion with the lights going on and off all the time between the two units at night.

The location was great, easy walk to the beach and lots to do in the area. The condo was updated and everything looked new. It was very clean and very comfortable. The management company was wonderful. They checked in several times to make sure everything was going ok. Instructions were very clear and communication was great!

My stay with RealJoy was perfect. Took my small kids to the beach and the walk there was perfect. They loved it. It was also walking distance to the outlets. Great place for morning walks. We will definitely be staying again soon.
