Welcome to Sheer Bliss, your luxury retreat in the Gulf Pines neighborhood! This stunning beach-view haven perfectly blends comfort and coastal elegance. With five spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 21 guests, it’s the ultimate getaway for family gatherings and group vacations. Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a lagoon-style pool, gas grill, outdoor television, lounge chairs, and plenty of comfortable seating — you may find it hard to leave!

Inside, the three-level layout offers both space and privacy with two separate living areas. The first floor features a bunk room with a twin-over-full and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a full bathroom, a cozy living area with a sleeper sofa, and a convenient kitchenette. On the second floor, you’ll find three bedrooms — one with a king and twin-over-twin beds and an ensuite bath, another with two queen beds and an ensuite bath, and a master suite with a king bed and its own ensuite bath. This level also includes a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. The third floor hosts a private king master suite complete with a sleeper sofa and a private balcony, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Gulf breeze. Take a short stroll to your private beach or spend the day lounging by the pool. In the evening, fire up the grill under the cabana, catch a game on the outdoor TV, or simply unwind as you watch the sun set over the Emerald Coast. Sheer Bliss is located in Gulf Pines, which is not your typical neighborhood on the Emerald Coast. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of many neighborhoods, but still close to everything you want in a family beach vacation. A private beach access with a pavilion and picnic tables within a short walk from Sheer Bliss. A very short drive away (4 minutes / 1.0 mile) is the acclaimed San Destin Golf and Beach Resort and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, where you can enjoy many restaurants and shopping venues.

*POOL HEATING: The pool may be heated for an additional $50/nt, and must be purchased for the entire length of stay. There is an overflow spa area which is built into the pool, but this is not a hot tub. Pool heating must be purchased for the spa to be heated, as well.

*The garage is not available for guest use. *

*HOA RULES: Parking available for up to 5 vehicles, depending on size. Boats, Trailers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home. Tents and Canopies are not allowed per the HOA. No weddings or other events allowed at the property or the community's common areas.

Area Attractions: 

Sheer Bliss is located in a secluded neighborhood that has primarily foot traffic and no major roads to cross. It is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is The Village at Baytowne Wharf with playgrounds, ropes course, restaurants, and stores.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
