Beach access and the view. Not a lot of activities outside of the beach to do. The place needs to be updated.

We loved the view.It was right on the beach.We had the 9th floor when we first walked in looked like we was on a cruise it was beautiful. The beds wasn't that comfortable but it was great spot and right on the beach. We would go there again in the future. The couch bed wasnt comfortable and the king bed was big but little hard.

The room was very nice with a great view of the gulf. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Closet with some beach amenities. Loved the parking garage. Pillows on the bed. We needed a broom and dust pan to clean up the sand. Couldn't find any. The pool area was too small and way too many people for that size of facility. We never used it because of no chairs or space.

We just did a weekend trip, nice room, easy communication with property manager. The only thing that would really make it better would be for the beach service to be included.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, appliances worked well in the unit, and minimal wait on the elevator. Our kids loved using the pool floats and beach toys stocked in the closet.

If you’re looking for an ocean front property with amazing views, and away from the chaos then this is the place you want. Very quiet resort. I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 adults/2 children. This isn’t a luxurious condo but it is nice and comfortable. One negative is that it did have a musty smell and the appliances are older models. The fridge was great. I didn’t use any other appliances except the microwave. There was plenty of dishes/pan etc. the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great in showers. The pool/hot tub were great. Plenty of seating and we met a lot of nice people. The beach access was easy and we did rent chairs for the beach. We were able to walk a short distance to a few restaurants and stores. Schooners next door has great grouper! Overall this was a great place that met all our needs.

Such a convenient place, clean, quiet and very nice. You are five minutes from Publix, fast food and two minutes from Captain Anderson’s. Our 2nd stay in same condo.

We will certainly be renting this unit again! It had everything we needed (including a box fan in the closet) and we loved the community closet that carried beach floats, toys, chairs, umbrella’s etc. We flew down to PCB, so all of this was literally the best conveniences we could’ve asked for! It was clean and cozy!

Easy booking, received texts 1 day prior with room , gate ,parking deck codes. The biggest plus was Schooners restaurant next door. It had access from beach and food was excellent. Prices normal for vacation beach restaurant. At lunch every day. Highly recommend crab claws , jumbo, grouper basket.

The view was great after we cleaned the room it was more comfortable really enjoyed our stay and I'm sure the house keeping is understaffed as is everyplace I have talked to so we didnt mind to spend 45 mins out of our vaction to lend a helping hand would deffintley use real joy again The room could have been cleaned better there was stuff left from previous visitors there was womens panties and socks and shoes and the rug smelled like it had been wet and molded

Good location. Clean. Great access to the beach and pools. Good restaurant next door. The decor and furniture need to be updated. Very dark but functional. Interior balcony curtains did not look functional or look good at all.

I love the location I really did love the apartment layout which was pretty as well it just needed cleaning more thoroughly. It was quiet and friendly people were great staff at schooners restaurants was amazing which I know that's no party you guys but it's a great location. Really all over all had a wonderful time. I was there with on a softball tournament with my husband so we only stayed the three nights but it was nice to get away with no kids. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back under the conditions of the apartment being cleaner. Other than that it was worth it thank you so very much I hope to see you guys again. Well overall we had a blast. Location was great, Shooners restaurant and staff exceptional. However in our room I found several pieces of half eaten chocolate and candy. Not clean to what I was expecting with it being a 9.0 rating. I didnt rhink it was sanitary clean just wiped down. However U believe in second chances and would really like to come back in hopes of better thorough deep cleaning. Hope to see you next year.

It was a ok place most rentals there offer free beach chairs this place does not they also charge a high cleaning fee even though it don't look like it's worth it

Property was well maintained and clean overall. Some AC vents look like they haven't seen attention in a while and the Coffee maker had old grounds in it with mold growing in it. we washed the maker and ran a couple of cycles of water through it. Made sure to empty the grounds and run the basket, pot, and filter through the washer as we left the property. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and tools needed to cook. 5 people fit, albeit a little cramped. Had the opportunity to speak with property management over the bed frame *literally* falling apart when I moved the bed from the corner of the room to allow access to the other side. Turned around to open the TV stand and the corner of the bed fell to the ground. After inspecting the problem I found the frame was falling apart and someone tried to rig it together and stuffed it in the corner to hide the damage. I nalled the Property management and they sounded quite annoyed that I was calling so late. (it was 10pm or later so I get it.)The bed was unusable at this time and the kids were asleep in their respective beds. I had no tools to disassemble the frame from the head board. Finally we were able to come to an agreement that we needed a new bed frame at this late hour. I was told it will be a couple hours and that was fine with us. We certainly realize the special circumstances. I would say less than an hour later Christina And Gabby ( forgive me If I spelled your names wrong) were at the door and changing the frame out with a new one. It was done inside of 20 minutes and they were gone. Thanks ladies , well done, and thanks to property management for salvaging a night's sleep. We appreciated everything you guys did. We'd certainly stay here again for a short stay if we had no more than 5.

This place was very nice. We enjoyed the location and the condo was as described. My only complaint was that the dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I would advise washing all dishes and glasses before you use them.

Everything about our stay was great! I love that it was away from everything just enough to not hear people and stay out of the traffic. The only minor issue was we had to try the codes for the gates multiple times before finding the correct one every time we had to park or come in from the beach. If we were there longer than the weekend, we could have remembered which one was which. Overall, it was a great stay!

There are no words to express how nice this unit is. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed to prepare a meal. We brought our own toiletries to be on the safe side, but the unit had more than enough for our stay. Although we brought our own beach items, it was nice that they had beach chairs, toys, books, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I could tell that they really want their guests to relax and not have to worry about a thing. The pictures on the internet don't do it justice. This unit is decorated beautifully, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Also, the elevators are super fast which is very important when you have antsy kids. We had a great time and can't wait to return!
