Seychelles 207 is a lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This beachfront Panama City Beach vacation rental has one bedroom but sleeps up to six people comfortably. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and in the hallway, you will find twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two bathrooms, there is enough room for everyone to vacation comfortably. What better way to spend your morning than sitting out of your private balcony overlooking the community pool and the gorgeous beaches of Panama City Beach. Come enjoy Seychelles 207!

Seychelles is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. The area around Seychelles offers world–class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Enjoy the on-site amenities like the Fitness Center, Gazebo, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, game room, covered parking.
Conveniently located on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Seychelles is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than a mile away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

**2 parking passes are provided in the unit except for PEAK SEASON- only one pass during blackout dates. **

on association property. 2025 Black out Dates : May 22 through May 25 June 14 through July 26 August 28 through September 1 October- Sunday of Schooner’s LobsterFest.
An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). Rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive
and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located at the 3rd-floor walkway.

Seychelles is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

We have stayed at this resort before in another condo. We were able to check in a couple hours early this time which was a great help to us. We love the location, access to a gym, two pools, etc. Our unit this time was nice but does need a little upkeep- the bathtub in the master looks dirty, the carpet seems worn and the appliances have rust on them and the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes great. The new Keurig was nice. The code we were given for the gym did not work, the second code we were given did not work, another guest gave my husband the correct code. We love the facility but having chairs added onto the rental would have been nice. Also we noticed some kids who were drinking who were clearly not of age, not even close. The same teens were running by rooms, yelling and cursing. It would have been nice to have some sort of enforcement for the nonsense. Overall we plan to return to Seychelles but it will probably be our second choice next time.- Reviewed On: 6/9/2025

Easy to access. Would do it all over again!
It was so simple to check in to our condo. Parking passes were laying out and ready. A simple list that we completed to check out. Everything was very clear. Never had to call and get more information from anyone. It was unclear on what to do with our parking pass on the way out. We placed it back in the room. Also the email formatting was weird from Rental Joy. There were some odd characters that got sent with the email making it much longer. We loved our stay. The location is perfect. Schooners is our favorite restaurant so we walked right next door for dinner. Resort is close to everything else you might need and right at the end of PCB strip and next to St. Andrew’s state park, so it is more secluded than others. Jaws was close by for souvenirs & beach accessories,(bonus everything is $9.99 or less). Soda machine and ice available in the parking garage. The pools were great!! The staff is the friendliest. Sno-cones 1p-2p on the pool deck daily!! Jet ski, banana boat, parasailing and chair rentals right at the beach!! The outdoor showers are a God send!! We had broom, vacuum, dishwasher & washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and linens. Fans!! My family sleeps with fans and we didn’t bring them. Luckily, they’ve thought of everything!!

Our first trip to pcb
we enjoyed everything. But we're lied to about parking. We understand it was a busy weekend and we could only park one car but the sent a email stating we had additional parking around the corner for 20$ well there was no such thing!!!! So our second car we had to park it in random spots around town to keep it from getting towed. Other than that our trip was great and so was the location.- Reviewed On: 6/22/2021

Unit was “as advertised”. Second-floor balcony directly over one of the pools with a great view of beach and gulf. Morning shade! Check-in/checkout a breeze. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Walkable to beach shops. Short drive to grocery. Lunched at Schooners one day. Lizas Kitchen another. Both great. Dinner at Off The Hook last night. ?

This place provided a lovely oceanfront view, just as described. I appreciated being on the second floor for ease of access between the room and the street. The condo was not especially stylish, but it was bright, cute, and beach-appropriate. When we had one small issue, we got a quick response and fix. Your stay here includes daily free activities at local attractions. The complex felt very family friendly and safe, but depending on the type of trip you’re looking to have, it’s about a fifteen minute drive down the street from most of the night-life.
