Welcome to Seychelles 1601 is a gorgeous 3 bed 2 bath condo with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private wrap-around balcony! This spectacular corner condo features a large master with a king and en suite, which has a walk-in shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom features a king bed with access to the balcony, and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a trundle. Sleeping up to 7 guests, this condo is perfect for families of all sizes. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a bar to make mealtime easy. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of light and highlight the gulf views. Guests will find the convenience that 3 of the TVs have cable and a Roku stick, plus a washer and dryer in the condo. Come see why Seychelles 1601 is the perfect family getaway for you!
**2 parking passes are provided in the unit, except for PEAK SEASON- only one pass during blackout dates. **
Blackout dates are dates when each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked
on the association property.
2025 Blackout Dates: May 22 through May 25, June 14 through July 26, August 28 through September 1, October- Sunday of Schooner’s LobsterFest.
Place a FULLY COMPLETED parking pass on the rearview mirror for display or driver-side dash. An additional option available is the Coastal Standards Parking Lot – Located around the corner (not on site, but a 2–4-minute walk to Seychelles) (5004 Thomas Drive). The rate is $20 per day. City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice).
**The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice).
These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive
and 600 Henley Circle.
Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located on the 3rd-floor walkway.

We loved staying here. The condo was just how it looked in the pictures. The balcony was great. The pool was clean.
Schooners was litterally right next door so that was nice, also enjoyed having that to walk up from the beach to get a drink.
It wasn’t too far from pier park.

Cleanliness needs improving, some trash under pull out bed and rugs need cleaning. Top bunk was too close to ceiling (low part of ceiling right over bed). Some water damage on ceiling near kitchen (looks like from apartment above). We love the location and the balconies.- Reviewed On: 9/1/2025

Great Condo - location was great, check in was easy, elevators moved very quickly and were easy to navigate. Beach was easily accessible and pools were never over crowded. Common space of this condo was great for everyone to hangout and sit together, which is not always the case. Minor things... kitchen could be better equipped but not terrible, refrigerator and freezer worked well but did not stay closed well and the shower in guest bath needed some drain clearing and new shower curtain.- Reviewed On: 6/29/2025

The unit was as described everything was well organized cleaned and everything outside was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the master bedroom door shows it is locked from the inside but if anyone was to turn the door knob outside it did open. So if you have kids and trying to get privacy a little heads up. We learned the hard way. Not good! But other than that it was a pleasant stay.- Reviewed On: 7/18/2024

Wonderful stay! Our place was perfect for our trip. Clean and comfortable. Having Shooners literally next door was great for easy no need to leave the beach drinks and food. The only complaints we had were about the internet (spotty and inconsistent) and that the TV was really old. We had trouble getting the TV to work but Real Joy was AMAZING! They sent someone to help within minutes on a Friday night!
