Welcome to Serenity by the Sea 30A, a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury home in beautiful Inlet Beach! Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. It offers panoramic Gulf views, a seasonally heated community pool, and an unbeatable location just a short bike ride from the beach. Start your morning by relaxing on one of the home's covered balconies, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf and community pool.
Inside offers spacious living areas designed for gathering and relaxing. The main living area features a cozy fireplace, creating a welcoming setting for family meals and evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances to prepare meals for the entire group. Sleeping accommodations include five King suites, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. Two Queen sleeper sofas, located on the 2nd and 4th floors, provide additional sleeping space for 14 guests. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
