Paradise Retreat is a quiet, gated community of 120 homes within the beautiful Miramar Beach area. This community grants access to 320 feet of private, deeded beach with private access. Paradise Retreat is located only a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and only a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: a choice of water sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages, and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This place was exactly like the description and pictures. So incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything about this house was amazing. The beds were dreamy and so easy to fall asleep in, they even had a box fan which I always like to have at bedtime. The star of the show is the backyard, the best setup I have ever seen. My kids loved the pool and we were able to enjoy it at night with the lights. I was able to walk to the beach in minutes which is so convenient when you have young children to drag in and out. We felt lucky to find a place that offered everything we wanted at an affordable cost, we thought we would have to pick and choose between desired features. Property management was great, we had privacy and did not feel watched..but also had great support. We had the most wonderful vacation we could dream of and we would visit Mirimar again just to stay in this house. Amazing everything!

Honestly this is hands down the best vacation rental I have ever booked. The place was spotless and you can tell everything in the house is top quality. The beds and furniture are actually comfortable and to be real it feels even better than my own home. You do not need to bring a single thing because they already thought of everything. The pool area is absolutely insane and having a private clean beach just a short walk away was a total game changer. We also loved the 4 bikes they provided because it made the whole trip way more fun. The host provides 5 star service 24/7 and they really treat you like royalty. It is a very quiet and safe area with zero traffic noise but you are still close to everything you need. I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say about this house because everything was perfect. I am definitely coming back every year. Do not even think about it just book it.

We visited over Thanksgiving and had a great stay. The house and backyard are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach but a beach cart and chairs are provided. There is also a Dollar General that is less than a five minute walk which is great to get essentials. The staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
