Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. The open-concept living area provides a welcoming space to gather, featuring a cozy living room and a spacious dining table with seating for six, plus additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals, along with convenient extras like a rice cooker. Step outside to enjoy the spacious outdoor area, perfect for relaxing, spending quality time together, or firing up the grill or griddle for an easy outdoor meal. A starter pack of essential amenities is provided to help you settle in and begin your vacation with ease. The first-floor primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, with a convenient half bath on this level. Upstairs, Guest Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable king bed, while Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a full-over-queen bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families and larger groups. Emerald Shores is a unique, gated resort community in lovely Miramar Beach comprised of 95 stucco homes. This one-of-a-kind neighborhood boasts its own private beach pavilion with restrooms, showers, and a sunbathing deck with chairs. Neighborhood amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, two pools (one seasonally heated), and a seasonal tram to the beach.

** Seasonal Armband Policy March 12-Oct 31** Guests over the age of 12 must purchase and maintain armbands to access the Beach Pavilion, pool area, and beach. Armbands are $30 per home and will be valid for one week, available for purchase at the Pavilion. **

** Pet Policy 🐾
- Pets are not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.
- A designated pet relief area is located just outside the front door to the left. Please clean up after your pet.
- Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outdoors.
- Food and water bowls may not be placed outside the unit.
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Failure to disclose pets may result in deductions from your security deposit.

* Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and security, Ring cameras are installed at the front and back doors of the property. These cameras monitor exterior views only and do not record or monitor any interior spaces, ensuring your privacy while you enjoy your stay.

Area Attractions: 

This beautiful home is located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted seabed. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
