These low-rise villas are a short walk to the beach, and all units feature a screened-in porch overlooking the lake. The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, 5 pools (two are seasonally heated), an 18-hole championship golf course, and 8 tennis courts. Under 200 yards to Whale's Tail Bar and Grill, 2 miles to Silver Sands Outlets, and just 3.8 miles from Grand Boulevard Town Center, Seascape Lakefront Villas is the right place for your next beach vacation!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife, and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Seascape Lakefront Villas is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the cozy living area for evenings in.
The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach with amazing views and plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We especially appreciated the outdoor seating area where we could relax with coffee in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening.
The host was very responsive and made check-in/out stress-free and straightforward. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is super cozy, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. One of the highlights was the location—just a short walk across the bridge behind the house takes you straight to the beach, with stunning views of the lake along the way. It was such a peaceful and scenic spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! We were there for 18 days and did not want to leave! The condo had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and it was a very quite, private community. The screened in porch was our favorite part -- can't beat the view! It was a very quick, 5 minute walk to the beach and running / walking trail that went on for miles. Host was very responsive and the owner even called to make sure we had everything we needed -- super friendly! If (when) we come back to this area, we will definitely choose to say here again!
