Seascape Lakefront Villas 121- Uncorked

My family and I loved this place and would love to stay there again. Having the beach only about a 3-5 minute walk was very convenient. We loved the lake in the back as well, how clean the place was, and that they allowed our pet on the property as well. It was close to quite a number of places and we had an overall great experience.

I wish there were words to describe the true bliss of this AirBnb. If you are debating on places to stay on the Emerald Coast and have found this listing, please look no further and book. The unit is conveniently located no more than a 4-5 minute walk to the ocean, the back patio space is so charming with incredible views of the lake. The entire Real Joy team, I just cannot say enough - they are absolutely hospitality professionals and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfection. The unit is plenty spacious, decorated perfectly with coastal vibes & completely stocked / furnished with any & all needs you could possibly need throughout your stay. Especially want to say thank you to Lisa on the dedicated Real Joy team for going above and beyond for us! For dining in the area, make it a trip priority to experience, "Boshamps" on a evening with live music - emabrace the wait time with drinks outside on the harbor - you will not regret it! Perfect for beach hopping! It’s right in between Rosemary beach and Destin. Very quiet and clean facility. The patio is perfect for lounging with a view of a peaceful lake.

Pros: Amazing location right next to Miramar beach literally 2 mins walk to the beach from the condo. The condo is great and is equipped and maintained well. Parking is also easy. The community has tennis, pickleball and plenty of space to walk around. You can rent bikes. Overall just a perfect place for vacation. Cons: Not really much but we did find a small roach in the bathroom and it’s not unusual for Florida but no spiders or insects. I would come back and stay here without a second thought.

Great unit and location! Clean and newer appliances incl a fridge with a water dispenser. We left an umbrella, camp chair, and cooler backpack in the hall closet. And left packets of salt, sugar, sweetener in one of the cabinets. Salt, pepper, coffee filters were provided. Bring foil, zip lock bags, laundry detergent, and more body soap, if needed. There were a quite a few flying insects hanging around the porch so didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. Had a great trip overall!

The place was so clean and was in a quiet part of Miramar Beach. At night all the little frogs and lizards hung out out back but never tried to get inside. There were A LOT. But we thought that was cute. The beach is very close but not any grocery stores within walking distance. We flew in from NYC and decided to not rent a car so we ubered to Publix and got what we thought was all we needed for a typical Airbnb. The place didn’t have any laundry detergent or coffee filters. It did have dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and 1 extra of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners. Luckily we didn’t need to get extra paper supplies or trash bags but we definitely needed coffee filters and laundry detergent. We ordered off of Amazon and they delivered the packages to the locked mailbox instead of leaving them outside the door like we had asked. RealJoy was very kind and helpful and got the key to unlock the mailbox for us so we could have coffee and clean our clothes. Great place! 5 stars!

We loved this condo! It was beautiful - very thoughtfully supplied - immaculate and the owners even left us a bottle of Champagne - we would stay there on any future visits to the Destin area. Also a great view for morning coffee and directly across from the pool - walking distance.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was extremely clean and all the decor was so pretty. My husband and I were amazed. I absolutely loved the bedroom furniture! The view of the lake was so relaxing and the walk to the beach was very short and easy! We brought a little wagon with us that made it even easier to transport our blankets, chairs, and food/drinks to the beach. Very easy to check in and access the condo with the code we were given. No issues at all. Very easy and such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Uncorked! The condo was lovely--well decorated, had a nice, fully-stocked kitchen with great appliances, TVs everywhere! FYI, only one TV is a smart TV--the TV on the screened porch. The porch wasn't as usable as it could have been due to the weather--rain did blow into the porch, and even with the curtains closed, there is a small area that leaks inside of the curtains. Not a big deal to us, as we are more sleep-in people and less have our coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise people. I will say, the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable--luckily we did not have to use it. Loved having laundry in the condo--so convenient after spending the day at the beach or pool. The condo development has a great outdoor shower facility, so you don't bring all that sand home with you. We felt very safe and secure here--a lovely spot for a great beach getaway! Highly recommend!

This is our third time staying here. Great location in reference to beach and pool. Screened in back patio with tv, table, and furniture was lovely! Condo was clean! Real Joy was exceptional when checking in to see how the stay was going. The owner is precious, as my youngest son kept hitting the ring alarm, to which I apologized for, and she got in contact with Real Joy Management Team to have them reach out to me and let me know it was of no bother to her! The kindness is not lost on me! Can’t wait for our stay next year!

My husband and I came here for a long weekend trip and had the best time! It was our first time in the Destin area in a while, but this condo and the location was perfect! The beach and pool are so close to the room, the screened in porch was great for morning coffee, and Whales Tail across the street was our favorite lunch spot! We actually booked a trip this fall, for the same condo, while we were driving home today!!
