This place is beyond amazing! Peaceful, clean, beautiful, and we felt very secure there. They gave us beach parking, which is directly across the street from the beach! They even had some things we were able to use daily going to the beach. We will definitely be staying again on our next vacation! They helped makeour Vacation pleasant We sure appreciate them!!!

This is our 2nd stay in this command our 5th stay in the golf villas this is a nice condo with everything you need. The dining chairs are not very comfy but is good for short sitting times.

We've stayed in a couple other golf villas and love Seascape and this condo is our favorite so far. It's located in a great place and my husband enjoyed sitting ion patio and watching the golfers. Thebes was so comfortable and the master bath with a nice washer and dryer is such a bonus. We got such a good deal and hope to return in the Fall. Hopefully they will choose to add a little more seating to the living room. Overall, we loved our stay!

We came for a couple weeks to escape snow and ice in Ohio. The temps could have been a little warmer so will probably go in March next time. The place was totally redone inside so everything was like brand new. It was interesting watching the golfers on fairway but be advised some Of them do hit balls right up to the porch area. It’s a great location to get out and see other parts of Destin too. Would def stay again.

Really nice condo! Super clean! Master bed super comfy!
A bunker bed is not the best option to share a room or to use with small kids, but it was cute.
The master bath shower was really small, but you can manage.
The property is located like 5-7 min drive from the public beach entrance, so just be prepared to walk a bit or plan your parking before peak times.
We went to a small restaurant on one of the towers, basic food but the best zucchini-cheese bites you'd ever taste!
Overall is a nice place to enjoy a family vacay!

The condo was clean and super cute! My family of 7 fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay! The only negative things would be at first there is like an old water/moldy smell, but seems to dissipate after being there a day or so, the washer smells too since the door stays closed, but, it’s fine! Lol. We never ended up walking to the beach because it was pretty hot, and looked a bit longer than we thought, I would guess a 15 minute walk at least, maybe longer, but driving to and from was easy, and there is even a shower over by the beach parking lot! The host was great about communicating every detail! So glad we got to stay! We would definitely stay here again

We loved Casa Bella, it was very clean and very homey. The only downfall was that we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors did- but that’s not something fixable. We loved watching the golfers, and enjoyed all the locals.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Everything was really nice except that all the nearby restaurants stopped accepting take out orders after ~6pm. Everything closes early, giving minimal options for things to do. But it’s to be expected due to Covid-19

The beaches and area are great. Love having a condo with room for everyone and enough seating for all to be at the table. Directions to help: Google Maps kept trying to take us in the private owners entrance, the main entrance is a bit further down on Scenic Gulf Dr. Once there we found it best to leave out the back on Seascape Dr, turn right onto Hwy 98/30, there is a bunch of stuff on the right sides of the highway and then the Winn-Dixie is right on Poinciana Blvd, afterwards continue south down Poinciana and turn Right onto Scenic Gulf Dr and then right back into the resort. Saved a lot of traffic/headaches.

This was a very clean place! It was cozy and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. Very quick and helpful response to questions! Only 5 minutes drive to the beach. Not sure how long it would have taken me to walk, because I never managed to get that accomplished. I love walking fast, so could probably have done it in 15 minutes, or a little less.

We enjoyed our stay so much. I’m pretty picky and this place had no “ick” factor. Everything was clean, updated, and nice. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. The parking up near the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the swing on the back porch. We also enjoyed riding our bikes each morning. The washing machine and dryer were great. I would recommend 100%.

We brought tennis racquets, a basketball, and more yet we were too busy to use them. We drove to Destin for boat rides, played golf, swam in the neighborhood pool, and shopped, but our favorite thing was the beach. It was fantastic!

While this location is in the back of the resort complex and longer than what you would want walk to the beach, the property was clean and up to date. We just drove our vehicle each day we went to the beach! 10/10 recommend.

Jilenna's place was perfectly located, and was adorable on the inside! The king size bed was better than my own bed! We were very comfortable, and pleased with our stay! We discovered that we had our own private parking lot for the residents and guests in our little subdivision right across from the beach! It was perfect! We will definitely be back!

The location was close to the beach, you could walk or drive there if you didn't want to lug all your beach items. It was very quiet. The AC was very cold. The bathrooms very clean as well as the kitchen. Just the right amount of decor that if you had to move something, it was easy to move it back without forgetting where things belonged when cleaning up to leave. Host was very attentive to my questions. We felt very at home here. I will be recommending this place to my friends.
