Seascape Golf Villas 23C- Coastal Cottage

My family really enjoyed the condo a great deal. A very safe and secure community which is very important and right on a golf course so very peaceful as well. The condo itself is very nice with beautiful amenities especially in the master bedroom and bath and also the kitchen. The laundry is very accessible and high quality. The layout is exceptional with separation of bedrooms from the living space.

We had a great stay in Destin! The house was super spacious and perfect for our group, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master shower was definitely a highlight, huge and luxurious! Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful stay!!
The place is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the beach. Which wasn’t too long of a walk.
The shower in the master bedroom was amazing! Great water pressure.
Lots of great places to eat around, with plenty of fun activities!
Great hosts as well they always responded quickly!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape! It was our first time in Florida & did not disappoint. Great location with lots to do. The pool closest to us was closed for a couple of days which frustrated my kids a bit, but there were multiple pools just a bit farther away. Beach was about 15 min walking distance, but due to hills and such, our older family members needed to be driven. Definitely walkable for those able though. The beds were decent, but we ended up buying a mattress pad to add support for the couch bed. The unit was very clean & the washer & dryer were large capacity, which made getting laundry done a breeze. We would definitely return & would recommend this place to others. The host was very responsive & answered all of our questions.

Enjoyed the stay-nice cottage, AC struggled during the day due to gable roof and living room going up to roof. K cup machine would be nice. Golf course under renovation, just 9 holes. Beach access with parking very good, pool very good, basketball court very good, with kid park, and corn hold.

We stayed at coastal cottage for a baseball week and it was great! The place was clean, big enough for my family and a great location. I will definitely be staying there again. The only con is that the couch was a little dirty but nothing too bad, and some of the pillows that were there were disgusting I would suggest replacing the pillows and maybe putting waterproof pillow protectors. Other than that, the place has lots of pools, grills near the pool, golf course and very close to restaurants, bars and the beach.

Stayed here for a music vacation May 2-5. It was everything we needed for a perfect vacation for 4 of us. The condo was exactly as pictured and everything in working order. We never had reason to deal with anyone. We just enjoyed our stay. Park your car and rent a cart from Beachfront Rentals. That was the best decision we made!

Property was clean and everything was as listed in the description. Had plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped. Used Xplorie for golf and was very easy to set up. Loved walking the resort and to the beach. Golfed at Seascape a few times. Everything was so convenient.

Overall we loved the place and the location . Hosts were super friendly, helpful and very responsive! Customer service is 10/10! Unfortunately, upon inspection when we arrived we noticed some trash left behind from other tenants such as hats and things, and stained sheets on the pullout as well as lots of trash under the mattress, some food in the window, lint and paper clip in dryer. Honestly an easy cleanup that we took care of but would have been nice to not have to. Otherwise very beautiful place and would recommend it to other people. Would also stay here again. Also loved being on the golf course, pool is super nice and very well took care of and the beach is just around 15 minutes walking distance unless you park in the private parking. Beautiful place, quiet, peaceful and we loved the privacy.

This is the second year in a row we’ve booked this listing. It is as advertised. It slept 5 adults and 3 children comfortably. It had a full size kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils you’d need. It has multiple pools, it’s within a 10 minute walk to the beach, and it’s in a gated HOA which meant it was quiet and comfortable. Also, if you’d prefer to drive to the beach instead of walking, it has parking for that too. I don’t know if we will go to Miramar Beach, FL for a 3rd year in a row, but if we do we will definitely be booking here again. You won’t regret booking this listing so just go ahead and do it.

My family of eight stayed here comfortably, the beds were comfy, we we’re about a block from beach access. Beach has white sand and clear/ blueish water, we were able to actually swim in the ocean because the waves weren’t too bad and it’s shallow pretty far out. The kids really loved this beach, as well as adults, we even saw dolphins. Great kitchen area large sink, fridge with ice maker was a plus. Walk-in master shower with different settings just as shown in picture. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hi there I absolutely and truly felt like it was a good stay plus the timing of feedback with all my questions :) Also, I like rugs in restrooms for only reason that when my son or me come out from bathing I want to avoid slipping. Other than that I loved our stay and all the cookware! It is super close to beach my fam rented a gulf cart plus bikes that made our distance about 4 mins away (they deliver these to the cottage house :D) from beach and walking would probably be 12-15 mins. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Place was clean and close to the beach. Parking is available and literally a walk across the street to the ocean. The address tells you to go to a gate you can’t get in ( it’s for residents) make sure to go to the Seascape entrance. We had to figure that out on our own. Pools are nice. Thanks for sharing the space, we would stay again !

The listing is as described. We loved out stay and would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints. There were dishes for cooking, plates, bowls, and silverware for eating, a good washer and dryer set, a nice refrigerator, the bed was comfortable, TV's in every room, and everything was clean. The beach is just a short 15 min stroll and is amazing. The downstairs neighbor who owned the below property was very friendly and even came through when we needed a can opener (Jilenna you might put a can opener in there as I think it must have been lost by previous guest because the kitchen literally had everything we needed except a can opener lol). Anyways, don't hesitate and book the place. You'll enjoy it.

Not a problem, only inconvenience-didn't have a working dishwasher for the first week. We had a hard time getting it to function even after repair...but the maintenance tech did get it repaired. This villa is on the 2nd level which was only a problem for us senior citizens getting our luggage up and back down. But that was only on arrival and dismissal. Otherwise it was wonderful and even quiet during Spring break. Would definitely stay there again!

This vacation condo is very clean, just as described, location is pretty convenient, close enough to the beach, and shopping. Check in and check out is easy. Located inside a golf community, it is quiet at night. Host is very responsive. All in all, I love this vacation condo and highly recommend it!

Very nice, updated condo. I loved the master shower and giant sink in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach, some great coffee shops and the pool closest to the unit is very nice and had a kiddie pool which was great for us. Host had great communication and checkin was easy. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was right on the beach and they had pools and other amenities all on site. It was very spacious and everything we needed was there. As I do not drink coffee, I was impressed that they had a pack of red bull on the counter when we walked in to welcome us to the space. Would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Destin.
