The Tennis Villas at Seascape Resort is the perfect family getaway! These villas are situated in a charming, quiet community with 8 professional tennis courts. The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 18 hole golf course, on-side pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Miramar Beach is the Hub of Activity, from eclectic eateries to colorful shops, you will find many entertainment options! Enjoy the fine Dining, the Art’s and Culture, Ecosploring, sports and adventures and all the water fun!!

Some of the area’s must try eateries include; the Donut Hole, Bud and Alley’s Pizza Bar, Stinky’s Fish Camp, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. In town for a romantic getaway? Stop by the Caliza, Vin’Tij, or La Crema for some live music, beautiful gulf views and first-class service.

Shopping options? Stop by the Grand Boulevard Town Center which is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful family vacation!

The area was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Also the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. Walking to the beach was easy and convenient. The fridge was warm when we stocked it with groceries. I was concerned of spoilage but it did manage to cool nicely after 24 hours.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided.

Everything was detailed from the directions for check-in, what to bring, what’s provided ,etc. The only thing that I did not like , was the bedskirt in one of the bedrooms was dirty… it had red stains on it.

Spectacular

The location is spectacular, very close to the beach What I did not like is that the tenants cannot enter the property through the street from the beach. We had to go quite far to enter from another side,

Perfect Pool Placement

Pool is across the street and has a kiddie pool. Makes it very easy if you have small children. It is a bit of a walk to the beach access, so if you have children bring a wagon for ease. Coffee shop around the corner from the exit and grocery store around 1.5 miles away.

Great stay !

We loved the location but it wasn’t close enough to walk to the beach. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We were quite impressed! The beds were comfy and the size was perfect for our family of 4. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud they woke us up a few nights. It was miserable. Not the owners fault, but Just know the walls are thin.

Location was amazing, a nice pool just a few feet away. Also near a basketball court and tennis court. Amazing for kids. condo was very comfortable. Beach access was overcrowded and hard to get to. Front door was very difficult to open leaving us to go through patio door. We were also unable to use the couch bed. Other than these minor things Seascape was amazing and we had an amazing time.

loved our stay , will definitely book again . we felt very safe and comfortable

The location was perfect . So close to the beach and the pool was literally next to the condo . Location was not far from restaurants , there are so many places to choose from this place . We loved the family feeling of being there . we loved our stay . The pool was clean and everyone was friendly . The entertainment around the are such as the basketball courts and tennis courts are awesome. The patio was cute , showers ran very well , parking was perfect , and we had a beautiful view from the porch where you can hang out . The community was relaxing and very friendly , quite and safe . The price was a steal for the beauty. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable. We felt very homey Ot was not as clean as I expected, the rugs were very dirty and smelled bad . One night we encountered a roach .The entry gate was not working so we had to go all the way around to go in and out.

Location was great! The condo looked even better than the pics. We would 100% stay here again. Pool was literally right across the street, complex was really well maintained as well. Ocean was maybe 2-3 blocks away, not a bad walk at all. You could hear the upstairs neighbors a little bit but we weren't inside the condo that much, we had no rain during our stay, so the noise didn't bother us at all and it was only certain times. If you ever lived in an apartment in college it kind of reminded me of that noise of an upstairs neighbor. But, it didn't bother us. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and came with all essentials. The patio was also great. We sat outside most of the time we were there. The only thing we could have used a little help with was all the remote controls and how to use them for the TV. I know we could have called RealJoy but I didn't want to bother anyone for something like that but a little user guide would have been great. Each TV had several remotes and it was hard to get the cable to come on. But that is very minor. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. RealJoy was very communicative and great to work with. Thanks for a great trip!!

The Golf Villas are beautiful! We loved our time in Miramar beach. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, we brought a wagon and that helped immensely. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Condo was clean and cozy. Overall a great place to stay!

Perfect Accomodations for Small Family Beach Getaway

The location of the apartment was PERFECT for our family's stay. It took seconds to walk to the pool across the street and less than 10 minutes to walk to a private entrance to the beach. Considering that we traveled with children, we appreciated being on the ground floor. The only disadvantage I can think of during the entire trip, is not having entry access to the resort gate closest to our apartment. We had to enter in through the guest gate. I assumed that the closer gate was for owners only.

This place is really nice. Me, my wife and 8 year old son just spent 3 great night here. The place was clean, inviting and very nicely decorated. They have thought of everything and it is very well stocked. Great convenient location to beaches (10 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely return to this place.
