Wonderful view of the ocean and it was just steps away.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans and appliances.The condo was very private and quiet. We loved our time there.

Our stay at Inlet Beach was fabulous! Kandace and Noel were responsive from the time we booked until we left . SeaRenity 2 was exactly what was pictured and described . Our favorite part was having the double doors open to the beach and hearing the waves as we watched football from the den! 4 bikes were provided and in good shape. We biked to Rosemary and enjoyed shopping and brunch. Close to everything and home is equipped with all you need . Would highly recommend if you want to be right on the beach and not pay a ridiculous price for that privilege! Thanks again to Kandace and Noel - easiest checkout ever ! Just take the garbage out and lock the door, no stripping sheets etc.

Amazing view! Very comfy sofas. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are spacious with ample linens. Loved the bench in the master bath. Outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs was very nice and comfy. Loved the outdoor shower/water hose to rinse off and leave the sand outside. My only suggestion is the master bedroom mattress needs to be updated. I had to by a mattress topper. I left it so that others might be a little more comfortable. Otherwise it was a perfect stay! P.S. would LOVE to know where the drapes in the den are from. They filtered the light beautifully.

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The view of the ocean right from the windows and patio was breathtaking — waking up to the sound of waves was unforgettable. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved being just steps away from the beach, which made it so convenient to relax and enjoy the water anytime of the day.

My adult daughter and Grandson and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful townhome. The location was wonderful and the townhome was up to date and Pristine, and we were only one mile from two other relatives who stayed in the Pearl Hotel. Our Airbnb was perfect for family dinners, family time, and beach time. I was looking for a place where I could have what I call “toes in the sand” with spectacular views of the water and sounds of the ocean. This met all of my criteria! Beautiful beach house! The inside is so beautiful and literally steps from the beach. We never heard our neighbors and could clearly hear the ocean anytime we opened the doors. We had a wonderful time on our trip and really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for us!

Absolutely loved the unobstructed view of the beach, super comfortable bed and furniture, and location. The stairs were scary for us with the narrow turn at the bottom, and we would have appreciated a railing on that wall as well. This is decorated beautifully and well supplied. The cleaning crew had to work a little harder from the prior tenant, but the place was very clean. This is our second time staying in SeaRenity in Inlet. We love this area so much, as you are 2 minutes from everything, but quiet by the property. We spent most of our time down the beach at the Camp Helen State Park lagoon. It is a total dream. Evenings spent on the balcony hearing the waves were the best! On the beac, at the quieter end, so lots of space on the beach. There are more expensive houses located a lot further from the beach. This is the best location. Short bike ride to Rosemary. Had such a pleasant stay and would definitely return! Lots of nice cooking materials in big open kitchen, breathtaking views of the ocean right off your back deck. At one point, my Buddy’s said as we were sitting on the back patio, “This is right about where I’d lay my towel down/put my chair and umbrella if I were just visiting the beach to lay out. Convenient to shops, 5 min from Publix and just a great all around experience. May just need an info sheet laminated and set next to guestbook with clear instructions on wifi, garbage, etc so you don’t have to try and look it up with no Internet when you get there. Other than that tiny detail, it was a perfect stay!

I just can't tell you how perfect this location is! It's right on the beach, parking is right in front (and no stairs to haul stuff up!), and the bedrooms are the perfect setup for us. This is my 3rd or maybe 4th time staying at this location and I honestly don't think we'll ever go anywhere else. My young kids love it and so do I! We also feel very safe there. With all the health concerns nowadays it's nice to be in a more secluded area where we don't have to worry about coming in contact with a lot of people like you would at a hotel or condo. They've even redone the floor and made a few other updates. It's just perfect! : )

This location can't be beat. Quiet and convenient to everything you want. Grocery stores and many restaurants are just a short drive away (The Donut Hole is a little too close, LOL). The view of the beach from the condo is the best I have ever seen. Absolutely spectacular. We will stay here again!

This is the second year we've stayed at this property and we just love it. Everything we need is provided and the location can't be beat- right on the beach! We have two small kids so having space to run around is important to us and they can do this upstairs or down. The only thing I'd change is getting rid of the two plants on the porch area... the thorny balls that fall off of it always get stuck in our feet. Other than that, great trip and we hope to be back next year!!!

The beach access and view from this property is amazing. It's also in the vendor zone so you can hire a beach bonfire service without needing to get the property owner's written permission. This is a huge benefit of this property. We used Shoreline Beach Services for the bonfire and the beach chairs/umbrellas service so Mike will know the details if you tell him the address. There is also a powder bath downstairs so guests don't have to go through bedrooms to use the bathroom. This was a huge benefit since we entertained while we were there. The kitchen is big with W/D and there are 3 blow dryers in the property even though is says there aren't any provided.

This walk out condo on Inlet Beach is just fantastic. The views of the beautiful Gulf Coast are wonderful to experience up close every day. Being able to walk out the door and a few steps later you are on the beach is worth every penny. I would recommend anyone (especially those with kids) to stay at this location. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Inlet. You step outside onto the patio and your only a few more steps from the beach. This location offers wonderfully spacious accommodations with modern updates. We felt like we had our own private beach with no large crowds. We’ll definitely be back!

That beach front home was the best! Waking up to that view is priceless, great balconies with plenty of seating. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds very comfortable and the house was sparkling clean. Definitely will stay again.

This is a roomy and well laid out condo that the 3 of us fully enjoyed. Only steps to the beach, we could hear the surf at night. Sunsets were amazing, viewed from either of our two decks/ patio. Clean and comfortable . Kitchen fully equipped. Loved our stay.

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Literally steps to the beach! Property was clean, well maintained, and the rental/property management service (Invited Home) staff was quick to communicate and addressed any question promptly. It was very nice to have a two full baths upstairs (one with the master bedroom and another with the guest room with 2 twin beds - would be great for kids), plus a half bath downstairs. The kitchen was large, and Invited Home even left a welcome basket with a few essentials (dishwasher and laundry detergent, coffee, etc...) The views at sunset are spectacular from either the ground or second floor porches. Simply an awesome property.

Our family drove down to Inlet Beach from Toronto, Canada. This was our first time to the area and this home did not disappoint. The location is perfectly quiet but close enough to explore the more popular areas by car or bike (though we walked and towed the kids in a wagon). The home is clean and stocked with basics to get through our stay. Being right on the beach was the major highlight for all 4 of us. Communication with InvitedHome was easy and everything was as advertised/shown in the photos. We had a great time and would love to stay again!

We had a very relaxing vacation at surfer's paradise. We were exactly 60 steps from the condo steps to the water's edge. The only thing I wish had been better was the cellular service. I guess that is the price you pay to be a little off the beaten path. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We ate at Shades Restaurant down the street and it was great! I highly recommend the grouper and the lump crab cakes. We will be back!!!

When I reserved this spot, I wanted a place for my family of 5 (3 kids age 13, 10, 10) to enjoy the beauty of the beach without the crowds that have built over the years in the Destin/30A area. What I did NOT want was 4 rows of service umbrellas with a high rise where I could not find my family and had no room to build a sand castle. This place was perfect. When we arrived I believe there were maybe a dozen people on the sand as far as we could see. Inside, we were pleased to find a large storage closet with sand toys, beach chairs, and floats that others had left behind for the next visitor. The facility was clean, the beds comfortable, and the view and location impeccable! We were surprised to find a television in both bedrooms in addition to the living area (though we rarely turned them on) and the kitchen supplies were great for our family to cook some fresh seafood from a local market. There are great restaurants nearby and we did have fun cruising down 30A the one day that it rained. Our greatest memories will be quality family time in the sun and sand, riding the waves, watching dolphins every single day, looking at sea turtle nests, and actually seeing them swim by in the ocean. This trip was a perfect one for our family in a time where we needed a quiet getaway. The management company, Invited Home, was amazing. While we plan to return to Surfer's Paradise, we also plan to visit other places managed by Invited Home. We were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I hope this small piece of paradise does not ever become crowded like the rest of 30A! My only suggestion is to have a guestbook for people to record where they are from and their great experiences to guide others. That is something I always look forward to when I travel.

Wife and I agreed for the first time to do our own thing at Thanksgiving. I am so glad we did. Nice place peaceful away from the crowd. Everything was in working order. The place was clean and well equipped. It could use updated beach chairs and it should have an umbrella so we ended up renting a set. All in all a good place. Will consider again. My husband and I stayed at Surfer's Paradise for 7 nights. It was perfect. You can't get closer to the beach. The townhouse looked just like the pictures. The kitchen floors are really nice. It was clean and well maintained. I love that there is a new Donut Hole right at Inlet Beach on 98. We went to Seacrest (about 5 minutes away) and ate good Mexican and rented bikes! I would stay here again for sure!
