This home is just as lovely as it seemed in pictures. Had everything we needed to feel at home and my daughter loved the bunk room. Only thing we noticed is that there weren’t any extra blankets around. We had some chilly nights during our stay so this would have been nice to have. Can’t wait to go back to this beautiful town!

Check-in was seamless and without any issues. The home was exactly as described—beautiful and looked just like the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Toiletries and essentials were provided for about two to two and a half days, so we only had to pick up a few extras like paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags.
The private pool was a great touch and perfect for those in our group who preferred relaxing by the pool over going to the beach. For beach lovers, the public beach access is just a short walk away—no need to drive unless you’re heading into town.
The hosts checked in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly, even though we didn’t have to reach out for anything. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were readily available and responsive if needed.
The only things that could make this home even better would be an outdoor television on the back patio near the pool (especially during football season)

Nice house, good location, great stay, clean. No complaints. When we first got there we realized the propane for the grill was empty. We called and they had a new tank being installed within 45 minutes!

I speak for the whole party when I say we definitely enjoyed ourselves in this home. The pictures don't do it justice, I was skeptical upon first booking, but upon walking in, immediately shifted gears.
Home was clean, stocked, we didn't run into the issue of lack of tp like the other parties mentioned and we were a party of 14 guys (bachelor party). We did have to purchase trash bags, but nbd.
Only negative and its a slight one, the beach access by the home is privately owned by a resort, so we got kicked off. there's public access about .5-1mi down the road.
Other than that, great stay, had a great time. Received communications from multiple members of Real Joy checking in on us unprompted. Would definitely consider renting this place again!

Great vacation home for a family getaway! The house accommodates a big group well, and there is ample space for everyone. We enjoyed the pol and the privacy of the area- and the short walk to the beach! Nice kitchen, family area and grilling space.
Note for people with young kids: the bunk bed room does not have a door you can close so we had to adjust.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family of 12. The open living area allowed us to be cooking/eating/watching tv and still all be in the same space. We loved the outdoor area around the pool. The house was very nice. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many other local attractions. Very responsive via text when we had any questions/concerns. Can’t wait to come back!

Place is great! It was clean upon arrival, the management company was good at communicating, and the furnishings/decor were on point! A few recommendations to the host to enhance guest experience: 1. We didn’t feel that the heated pool worked well. This may need to be serviced. 2. Please put a floor mat at the back door so people can wipe off their feet when coming in the double door. Would help to prevent sand from getting in. 3. I assume it is policy, but it would be nice if unopened food items, spices, etc. could be kept for the next guests. Having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. for a three day stay is a bit wasteful.

The house was beautiful and clean! It was close to everything and the kids loved the pool area. The pool cleaners were there 2x while we were there for a long weekend. There were a couple of public beach accesses that were really close - small but fine if you arrived early.

Beautiful house that held 15 ppl without any issues. Great set up if traveling with older kids, the bunk room was perfect. Publix and many restaurants are a 3-4 min drive. Beach entrance is very close. Only challenge is the amount of beach that is allocated for the public (this is no fault to the house at all). The beach has dedicated space that is roped off for the ocean front condos that do not allow the general public to set up in front of. You can be at the waters edge, but no tents.
