Featuring a king master suite, queen bedroom, and living room with sleeper sofa on the first floor; queen and king master suites on the second floor; and a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunks on the third floor, up to 14 guests can sleep comfortably. Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location and clean house. Well stocked kitchen as far as pots/pans/cutlery. Would have been nice to have some of the standard seasonings and olive oil. Pool was well used, but should have sprung for the heater!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family of 12. The open living area allowed us to be cooking/eating/watching tv and still all be in the same space. We loved the outdoor area around the pool. The house was very nice. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many other local attractions. Very responsive via text when we had any questions/concerns. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place, beautiful accommodations & outstanding outdoor pool space! Everything as described in the listing, loved this getaway. Beach is absolutely walkable, just be prepared for a very small public beach flanked by private, roped off areas. Would absolutely recommend!

Overall stay was great… future suggestions Beach chairs would have been helpful. The pool chairs need custom cushions. Guest book with more detail regarding check in & departure. We over cleaned & it wasn’t clear on what we could leave or remove from house Thank you!!

Great getaway with friends!

Place is great! It was clean upon arrival, the management company was good at communicating, and the furnishings/decor were on point! A few recommendations to the host to enhance guest experience: 1. We didn’t feel that the heated pool worked well. This may need to be serviced. 2. Please put a floor mat at the back door so people can wipe off their feet when coming in the double door. Would help to prevent sand from getting in. 3. I assume it is policy, but it would be nice if unopened food items, spices, etc. could be kept for the next guests. Having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. for a three day stay is a bit wasteful.

It was a great location and stay ! Beach was a few minutes (1-2). However only limited public beach access, it’ll eventually turn full public beach access after certain hours. Although it was beautiful, would definitely book again. The rooms AMAZING, everything was great. Still NO COMPLAINT AT ALLL - perfect !

The house was beautiful and clean! It was close to everything and the kids loved the pool area. The pool cleaners were there 2x while we were there for a long weekend. There were a couple of public beach accesses that were really close - small but fine if you arrived early.

Beautiful house that held 15 ppl without any issues. Great set up if traveling with older kids, the bunk room was perfect. Publix and many restaurants are a 3-4 min drive. Beach entrance is very close. Only challenge is the amount of beach that is allocated for the public (this is no fault to the house at all). The beach has dedicated space that is roped off for the ocean front condos that do not allow the general public to set up in front of. You can be at the waters edge, but no tents.

Great house and great location!

We had a great time in April at this home. Weather was great and it’s 2 blocks from the beach! Would recommend and stay here again!
