This house was truly wonderful! Everything exceeded expectations. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Destin. It was walking distance to the beach, cute coffee shops, had an amazing pool, etc. The place was exactly like the photos, was incredibly clean, and felt so comfortable/homey being there. I enjoyed my stay with Kids and Grandbabies. There are pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella. The Beach was across the street with limited public space. Get there between 6-6:30 am for set upspace. The 3 master suites had comfy beds. We will definitely come back to this location.

Booked this home for our first family beach trip. It was perfect. Very clean home. Perfect size pool. Very spacious living area and kitchen. Every bedroom had their own bathroom which was great. Convenient location. In walking distance of Camille’s, which was a great spot for coffee and drinks. Host was very quick to respond any time we had questions. I would book here again 10/10.

We had a fabulous time at SeaHaus in Destin. It’s such a beautiful house with the perfect number of beds and baths so our group was super comfortable. The house was very well-maintained, with everything you’d need. We loved having a pool, and so glad we could get it heated. Being walking distance to the beach was also a plus. Everything was perfect! Would definitely love to come back.

House was just what we needed. We spent most of our days right out back around the lively pool. Very short walks to the public beach access to watch the sunset. Plenty of space for our immediate and extended family. Would definitely stay again!

The Seahaus House in Destin Fl was phenomenal. It created a great homey, beautiful environment for my All Women’s 60th Birthday celebration . I especially appreciate Realjoy customer service and attention to detail in everything needed. The team at Realjoy specifically took the time to have a very good cake & jazz playing to welcome me to this home. Everything was EXCELLENT. I was unable to use the jet tubs due to some unexpected brown gunk in the jets but OVERALL THIS HOME AND THE TEAM AT REALJOY MADE MY EXPERIENCE TO DESTIN AND MY BIRTHDAY A Blast!!! Thank you

Our 2025 Thanksgiving stay was excellent. Walking into the home, we were welcomed with nice music and a complimentary bottle of wine. They continued to check on us throughout our stay. The rental company was very respondent when needed. It was clean and plenty of space for us. I only wish we had known ahead of time about heating the pool days in advance. The area was nice and convenient to most places. Overall, great stay.

This home is just as lovely as it seemed in pictures. Had everything we needed to feel at home and my daughter loved the bunk room. Only thing we noticed is that there weren’t any extra blankets around. We had some chilly nights during our stay so this would have been nice to have. Can’t wait to go back to this beautiful town!

Great place. Will for sure come back. Beautiful house with a great location and walkable to the beach. Only downfall was the public beach was roped off and very tiny/crowded but that is at no fault of the property. The space was perfect for our family and the outdoor area was great for entertaining.

Check-in was seamless and without any issues. The home was exactly as described—beautiful and looked just like the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Toiletries and essentials were provided for about two to two and a half days, so we only had to pick up a few extras like paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags. The private pool was a great touch and perfect for those in our group who preferred relaxing by the pool over going to the beach. For beach lovers, the public beach access is just a short walk away—no need to drive unless you’re heading into town. The hosts checked in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly, even though we didn’t have to reach out for anything. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were readily available and responsive if needed. The only things that could make this home even better would be an outdoor television on the back patio near the pool (especially during football season)

I speak for the whole party when I say we definitely enjoyed ourselves in this home. The pictures don't do it justice, I was skeptical upon first booking, but upon walking in, immediately shifted gears. Home was clean, stocked, we didn't run into the issue of lack of tp like the other parties mentioned and we were a party of 14 guys (bachelor party). We did have to purchase trash bags, but nbd. Only negative and its a slight one, the beach access by the home is privately owned by a resort, so we got kicked off. there's public access about .5-1mi down the road. Other than that, great stay, had a great time. Received communications from multiple members of Real Joy checking in on us unprompted. Would definitely consider renting this place again!

Great vacation home for a family getaway! The house accommodates a big group well, and there is ample space for everyone. We enjoyed the pol and the privacy of the area- and the short walk to the beach! Nice kitchen, family area and grilling space. Note for people with young kids: the bunk bed room does not have a door you can close so we had to adjust. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family of 12. The open living area allowed us to be cooking/eating/watching tv and still all be in the same space. We loved the outdoor area around the pool. The house was very nice. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many other local attractions. Place is great! It was clean upon arrival, the management company was good at communicating, and the furnishings/decor were on point! A few recommendations to the host to enhance guest experience: 1. We didn’t feel that the heated pool worked well. This may need to be serviced. 2. Please put a floor mat at the back door so people can wipe off their feet when coming in the double door. Would help to prevent sand from getting in. 3. I assume it is policy, but it would be nice if unopened food items, spices, etc. could be kept for the next guests. Having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. for a three day stay is a bit wasteful.
