The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had such an amazing stay! It was our first time to the beach with our little ones and we all loooooved it. Easy walk to the beach across the street. Elevator close to unit convenient for loading in and out. The beds were comfy..the kitchen easy to hang out in. Felt safe and just had the most amazing weekend. Rest and relaxation
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and comfortable and met the needs we had. Glad that we had an elevator and trash chute right outside our room, made it convenient for us when loading and unloading our luggage and disposal of trash. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to seaside and the beach! Wish they had a deeded beach location cause trying to find a spot on the beach at the public access across the street was practically impossible. I’d 100% stay here again and still felt it was worth 5 stars—but I wish we had know that the beach access directly across the street was closed. We have 3 young children and would have brought a wagon had we known we’d be walking to the next closest access (about 2 blocks). We still loved our stay.- Reviewed On: 4/2/2025

Cassine station vacation
The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach. The room was right next to the elevator for loading and unloading. It was clean and the perfect size for the four of us. We could not have selected a better host for our stay! The location is just enough out of Seaside that we were out of the hustle and bustle traffic, but we’re still within walking/biking distance to all of the Seaside attractions.
Parking was easy to get in and out going either direction and there is a great ice cream shop on the bottom floor of the unit.
The unit itself was clean and the beach is right across the street; even with all your beach stuff, it is an easy walk to a beautiful spot.

We had the best stay!! Was so close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Walkable to so much! Pizza shop next door was so good. Was very clean and had what we needed; kitchen limited. My husband and I rented this place for 5 days and it was perfect for us. You just walk right across the street for beach access and we were so close to our favorite pizza place Brozinni’s. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in the house. There were no spices or salt & pepper, but that’s called out in the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, just something to be aware of. There was also barely any closet space and not a ton of drawer space either. Again, not an issue for us since there were only two of us, but it would’ve been difficult to have another couple stay with us. Finally, the host was wonderful. First night we noticed there weren’t curtains in the bedroom allowing a lot of light to come in so I messaged first thing the next morning. They were so responsive and sent someone out to install curtains same-day. Such great customer service, we would recommend this place and property management company to anyone. Location is perfect
This was great for 3 people. Not a lot of space but enough. Needs more coffee mugs and not a lot of kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking. Had a beach chair and umbrella for use. Best part was the quick walk to the beach. Next to elevator but never heard it or any neighbors. The ice cream shop below offers breakfast and coffee too….good find. Only problem was with xplorie and renting bikes. Only 2 of 3 were delivered so delayed our riding down to center of Seaside. Seemed confusing all around with xplorie so would not recommend using them.- Reviewed On: 5/23/2022

I have mentioned some of this to our managers about the coffee mugs etc. As for the bikes, I have reached out to Xplorie of them only delivering 2 of the 3 bikes and am sorry they failed to properly deliver the correct quantity. Two of my daughters and I stayed here for a week and were very happy with the location and the facilities! The beach was very accessible and clean and when the weather was a little windy/rough we used the nearby pool which was more sheltered from the wind and clean with no other guests at the pool most of the time. Love this condo, comfortable bed, great design/decor, and well equipped along with an elevator in the back for 3rd floor condo access. The great pizza and bike rental place next door was perfect for us. Fantastic 30A bike paths down to Rosemary and Alys beach one day and to Seaside and Grayton beaches the next.
