Welcome to One Ten Again, a 2-bedroom 2.5-bathroom. It is just a short 350 yards from the beautiful white sand beaches. With a king in the master and twin bunks and a queen bed in the guest room on the second floor, this home sleeps 6 comfortably! Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and lots of seats for your guests around the table or bar. If you need to wash a load or two of clothes, there is a stacked washer and dryer. Enjoy sitting on your private balcony or your porch watching the sunsets. Come escape to the adorable One Ten Again!

Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is within walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals, and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4-minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goat feathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip, and more. This well-appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Area Attractions:

One Ten Again is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Donut Hut for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music, or eat at one of the half-a-dozen small places.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis - you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

If you want a cozy, beautifully decorated Bungalow with spacious bedrooms, storage space, and many extras, this is your place! We felt right at home and eager to explore the area with the bicycles included with our stay. Our trips to the beach were made easy by how close the beach access point is and a beach wagon with four chairs not mentioned in the description (happy surprise)! We slept well (super comfy beds), relaxed well (quiet community), and took every advantage of exploring by car or bike (so many nearby shops, restaurants, and areas of interest!) 30A as a destination has so much to see, so we'll be back to our RealJoy bungalow soon!

Had a great stay here as our first vacation as a family of 3 with our daughter. Lots to do in the area and close to the beach about a 10 minute walk. We had rainy weather so we spent a lot of time inside and there was plenty of games, comfy couches and great kitchen for us to use. Can’t recommend enough!

We loved our stay at 110 Again! Steps from the pool, conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants & things to do with kids. Close to the beach! We could have walked, biked, or rode a golf cart anywhere we wanted to go. With the kids, being right next to the pool was an amazing experience. We loved the layout of the house and had plenty of space for 4 adults & two kids. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

One ten is a cozy home that fit our family of four perfectly. The home is clean and lovely beach decor. It is a short bike ride off the beaten path of 30A, and is very peaceful. The added bikes with the rental was key to explore the area and we biked to the beach daily. Would stay here again!

My family of four had a great time at one ten again. We loved the coziness and decorations perfect for a beach setting. The proximity to the pool was nice. Beach was not a long walk, although we do wish it was a little closer. We enjoyed riding on the bikes which come with the rental. You have to send them an email for them to send a rental agreement for liability purposes before they can give you the code to the bikes.
They had all the amenities you would need to cook meals even an airfryer which we very much took advantage of.
We had a wonderful, relaxing time in the sun at one ten again! ???

We loved our stay at OneTenAgain and would stay again. It was so comfortable, and the amenities were the best. My kiddos especially enjoyed the hot-tub and included bicycles. I loved the walk to the beach and lounge chairs at the pool.

The house was incredible, kids loved the pool. We had a lovely time. There are signs saying “beware of alligator” however we spoke to some owners at the pool who had been there for four years and said that they and no one they knew had ever seen one.
