Just a short stroll from the beach, this two-story retreat is perfect for any season. Step inside to an inviting, sunlit open-concept living room and kitchen, where warm wood floors, stainless-steel appliances, and sleek granite countertops create a welcoming space. The home comfortably accommodates guests with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunks and a sleeper sofa—ideal for kids or extra guests. After a day of exploring the beach, unwind with a cold drink on the back patio or settle in for a cozy movie night on the flatscreen TV. For added convenience, an optional golf cart rental makes it easy to cruise around and head to the shore effortlessly. The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool, and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar-white beaches.

*Max 4 vehicles allowed: 2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RVs, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Area Attractions:

Seaglass Shack is located about 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The home was both beautiful and comfortable. However, I did notice that the floors were not clean. After removing our shoes, we walked around in white socks, which quickly became dirty. Additionally, I would suggest placing soaps in all bathroom sinks, along with hand towels. Lastly, there were no trash bags provided for the kitchen bin.

Loved this beautiful and super comfortable home! And the location is excellent! An easy golf cart ride to the beaches (or a 15 minute walk) and fun restaurants/coffee shops! Will def book again when I get the opportunity to visit the beautiful Emerald Coast!

Peace away from home

Everything was great. The home was clean and as described in the listing. The only downside was the limited amount of bath towels and wash cloths for our group of 10…we were washing constantly, but it wasn’t a biggie. The kids LOVED being able to ride the golf cart to the beach. We would DEFINITELY stay again.
